Hot tub was great and loved the area

Awesome spot and can't wait to go back again. There is so much to do and perfect for families.

The property is undergoing renovations, however, that did not affect our stay. It was a lovely stay right across from Birch Bay. Nicely appointed rooms with everything you need to create a meal. Meticulously clean. Beds are a little soft, but all was nice overall. Nice little town.

The Bay was right across the street. We were there in the winter and the pool and a few surrounding businesses were closed.

Great property and location. My only complaint is the fitness room should open earlier.

Beautiful property and location. The outdoor pool and spa area were not super clean, the fitness area had a good selection of equipment On the 2nd day the indoor/outdoor pool and spa were opened. They were very sparkling clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave all great. Because we got an ADA unit (did not need it) it lacks storage under the sinks. I think that’s why we didn't have dish or dishwasher detergent. The gas fireplace was great, got a nice breeze from the balcony. Gas bbq grill worked well. We enjoyed the live music you could hear from Beach Cat Brewing. Great sunset views! Here is the one big complaint I would make: At check in we were clearly identified as Hotels.com guests. We got the 3 prong approach sales pitch. Very aggressive in trying to book us to do a timeshare presentation. I told them that we own two with Hilton. I trade with RCI. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham and Worldmark properties using points. We stayed last year for a week at the Sandcastle at Birch Bay, a sister property next door We never got pushed or called frequently to attend a presentation. We were called at least 6 times and every time we answered we said we were not interested. Every shift change someone else tried. We had to cancel our Maui RCI Reservations and ended up doing two stays at Hotels instead of flying. This was not our original vacation plan, and we had no idea that this stay would make us feel so pressured.

Perfect size, great pool and hot tub, and it’s refreshing to not have a bible in any of the drawers. Great price. We had a great and relaxing time, and we’ll be back!

I like the location close to the beach and restaurant. I didn’t like the bed and small space. I book for king size bed ahead of time for my husband & kids, and when I check in they gave me a queen bed. It was unfair to pay for king size and don’t give a discount. And I didn’t even get notified that the king size room was not available. We didn’t sleep well It was a squeaky bed and broken. But good thing they were able fix it next day. They also didn’t clean the room well my husband found a soap or toy under the couch. Room for improvement for their customer service.

The room was as expected, the outside deck had not been cleaned and was uncomfortable to use. We had to clean off the moss ourselves before using.

Everything about this stay was great. The price I considered reasonable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and welcoming. My problem is that my elderly relatives, who also had reservations, were told 2 days prior to their stay that they no longer had a reservation as “the owners wanted to stay” in those same rooms. When I was checking out I asked about this and if my reservation could have been cancelled in similar fashion and was told that it could have been. So why would I risk a stay here again in the future?

Check-in time is 4pm. The room wasn’t ready until 5:30. You think they could get the room ready considering checkout time is 10:00am. The room was comfortable. It was tiring getting pressure to sign up for the timeshare sales pitch. I wish their cleaning team was as well staffed as their sales team.

Conveniently located in a beautiful area with outstanding accommodations. The WorldMark Birch Bay offers spacious suites at a very fair price.

Very comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed including bowls with covers, decent frying pans and other bakeware. The 2 bedroom unit has 2 full bathrooms, it’s not described anywhere but leaving in the review for those it matters to. Only negative is there is no AC, and the second bedroom did not have a window so couldn’t get any air flow in the room. There was a ceiling fan, but I imagine the room would be extremely hot in the summer. Also a new brewery opened up a couple doors down- definitely recommend trying Beach Cat when you’re out in Birch Bay!

We loved staying at the Worldmark. They are always so helpful and personable.

Everything about this stay was great. The price I considered reasonable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and welcoming. Be prepared to have a condo HARD sell at this Worldmark Vacation resort when booking at this condo. Even though I had gone to their presentation before, they called me 3 times wanting me to give them an hour (which last time ended up being 2 Hours) of our time. Even after I told them we were there because our mother passed, they called AGAIN!!!! We never got what they promised us last time. Anyway we will probably stay again sometime but I just wish they’d accept my “no” without an extra amount of pressure!

Nice location. Staff is very immature, untrained, careless. thought it was a hotel, it was a timeshare - had to go to presentation - wasted everyone's time. Staff was clueless.Internet woudln't work and wanted $15.
