I had sort of disappointing stay at this hotel. The toilet in my executive room did not close properly as the handle was broken, which was quite inconvenient. The sink was leaking, adding to the discomfort. There was no mini bar available. Additionally, the elevators were quite slow. Overall, the facilities and maintenance need serious improvement

Came to Tbilisi for a football came, but left with a memory of a fantastic city... Everything was good with Hotel. Breakfast had everything we needed , and even more than that. That staff in the breakfast area was super nice ,and helpful on questions. The Hotel locaction is a little far from downtown, but we love to walk , so the 4km (one way) was not a big issue, and it was safe. Due to the extreme heat, we also used the pool wish was super nice after a long day outside in the heat. There is many nice restaurants in the area, unless eating in the Hotel.

This was our first time in Tbilisi and stayed at Pullman for a week. We arrive early and were met by Salome's smiling face. She allowed us to check in early, and we were surprised to find an afternoon tea and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The hotel is 15 to 20-min. taxi from Old Tbilisi, but using the Bolt app made securing rides easy. The hotel has everything you could possibly ask for -- a rooftop bar, finely decorated rooms, a massive breakfast buffet, a world-class gym, etc. The staff is incredible! They prepared box breakfasts for us when we had an early morning tour, graciously a large bill into smaller bills, answered our questions, and made check-in and check-out so easy. Carrefour is right down the street and we fell in love with Kinkali Factory restaurant a block away. If my travels take me back to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay at Pullman Axis.

For a hotel that promotes itself with its beautiful pool — one of the main reasons to visit — it was surprising that the room didn’t even have a drying rack to hang and dry swimsuits. In addition, there was no refrigerator in the room, which felt unusual and inconvenient, especially for a 5-star hotel.

Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Der Blick auf Tiflis war einfach umwerfend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber nicht künstlich übertrieben. Einfach nette Menschen. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich habe mich dort einfach unglaublich wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Pullman Tbilisi Hotel from August 14th to August 21st, 2023, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing and frustrating stay. First and foremost, the behavior of the gym manager at the Pullman was beyond appalling. On our first visit, my wife and I were excited to use the gym facilities. However, our excitement quickly turned into disbelief when the gym manager rudely refused us entry, citing the absurd reason that our sneakers were not "gym fit." What exactly constitutes "gym fit" sneakers is a mystery that the Pullman gym manager failed to clarify. This encounter left us feeling unwelcome and humiliated. The issues didn't end there. The hotel staff's responsiveness to our requests was nothing short of abysmal. Despite repeated reminders, they consistently failed to provide us with extra towels and water bottles. It's astonishing that a supposedly upscale hotel like the Pullman couldn't even meet such basic guest needs. It seemed like our requests were either ignored or forgotten, and we were left with no choice but to make multiple calls and visits to the front desk, which only added to our frustration. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff at the Pullman Hotel demonstrated a complete lack of attention to detail. We had requested basic amenities such as dental kits, shower caps, and vanity kits. Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Der Blick auf Tiflis war einfach umwerfend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber nicht künstlich übertrieben. Einfach nette Menschen. An unforgettable family reunion thanks to exceptional service. I rarely write reviews, but our experience at the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to share it. I stayed here for 4 nights to reunite with my family after two months apart, and the hotel staff made this moment incredibly special for us. The front desk team was incredibly attentive and accommodating to our family needs, helping us upgrade to a beautiful suite as soon as it became available and ensuring my son's comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast was spectacular, with amazing variety and quality, and the views from the property are simply breathtaking. Also, the pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing. A solid 10/10 for the facilities, but most importantly, for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back.

Great hotel in a good location, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a free upgrade to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was amazing with a wonderful view as all of the walls are glass windows. We will definitely stay there again when we’re next in Tbilisi.

As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best and most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. It offers beautiful views, spotless rooms, highly professional staff, an excellent bar with delicious coffees, cookies and snacks, and convenient access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it!
