Nous adorons le style simplissime et confortable, mais ne le dites pas, nous adorons aussi le parking sous l'hôtel pour ranger notre petite voiture. L'accueil est parfait et le personnel très arrangeant, nous reviendrons !

Hotel super convivial. une mention spéciale pour les 2 réceptionnistes de jour et de nuit: super accueillante, super sympas et vraiment des personnes idéales pour être devant les clients. Le bar resto en bas avait l'air très agréable et accueillant comme le reste de l'établissement.

J’ai passé une très agréable semaine dans un éco quartier fraîchement sortis de terre. L’accueil est au top et toutes les équipes qui composent l’hôtel, le bar et le restaurant où l’on y mange formidablement bien pour les prix très abordables. Très bien insonorisé, confortable et agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Le parking ne m'a pas plu. Payant et peu pratique

The hotel is new, in great condition and in a terrific location right on the tramway. Staff was always available and helpful. I liked being able to either order food at restaurant or prepare my own food. Really liked the combo hostel/hotel style.

Oui séjour très agréable, mais faire attention quand vous prenez le parking en plus veillez à ce que votre carte soit activée pour le parking !!! Car suis sortie une nuit à 2h30 du matin suis restée près 10mn à attendre qu une personne puisse me ouvrir la porte. Car ma car n a été activée pour le parking.

Eklo in Toulouse is a fun, budget-friendly, and apparently eco-friendly spot in a hip, safe neighbourhood, with a tram stop right outside. There are lots of food options nearby, including a small Carrefour, plus a playground and splash pad for kids. The funky building has foosball and arcade games in the lobby, which the kids loved, as well as plenty of seating, and a common fridge. The dorm-style rooms are clean, and kids loved the bunks with privacy curtains. Each room has a small window with automated blinds, and the family room includes a TV. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. On the downside, room access is via an outdoor wraparound deck, which was tricky for me with vertigo, especially on the 5th floor. I had no way of knowing I’d be walking a deck that high! There’s no AC, just a suction fan in the private dorm, despite being advertised on their website, and the rooms get quite hot, especially in the bunks. The black walls make rooms dark, which wasn’t cozy and accentuated the heat inside, especially since the window is quite small and barely let in natural light and air. We were originally not close to our kids’ room at all, which was a big hiccup but that got fixed the second night. There were a few small annoyances like missing soap and too few hangers. Not luxury, but a cool and affordable option.

Quartier neuf et immeuble devant la ligne de tram. Parking introuvable avec le gps. Après avoir appelé, on m'indique comment m'y rendre. Arrivés devant le parking: porte clause et un interphone. On me dit que l'on m'ouvre. À l'interieur un drôle de parking, neuf comme l'immeuble mais très bas et j'ai peur que mon 4x4 soit trop haut pour passer car aucune indication.Heureusement une voiture derrière moi me propose de rester derrière moi pour vérifier. Quelques mètres plus bas, je me retrouve à nouveau devant porte close. Le Monsieur derrière moi souhaite entrer à droite dans un autre "sous-parking", mais il doit attendre que je passe. La porte du parking indiquée être celle de l'hôtel ne souvre pas, pas d'autre interphone...Je rappelle mais on me met en attente. Je maneouvre difficilement afin de laisser la voiture derrière moi passer, porte finit par s'ouvrir par miracle après 5mns! Là les places sont particulièrement étroites mais le calvaire/parking est terminé... jusqu'au lendemain. Avec de la chance un Monsieur prend l'ascenseur avec moi pour monter à l'hôtel car apparemment il faut passer la carte de sa chambre pour débloquer l'ascenseur (carte que je n'ai pas encore)Je me plains gentiment à l'accueil mais le jeune homme qui me recoit est fort peu compatissant. Pour le reste : le service au bar/restaurant est impeccable. La chambre est telle que décrite. Beaucoup de bruit dans l'hôtel et la rue et encore des problèmes à la sortie du parking car mauvaises explications...

清潔でとてもよかったです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで、フレキシブルに対応してくれて助かりました。 部屋に冷蔵庫があればもっとよかったです。 それとルームシューズは持っていたほうがいいと思います。

Very clean, modern and comfortable

The bed was left unmade by someone else, and it was such a mess. The shower facilities were very outdated, and to make things worse, the drain was clogged, so I had to shower in all that filth.

Le personnel et l'accueil à l'hôtel sont top mais l'odeur dans la chambre était désagréable ce qui nuit à la qualité du séjour.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und modern. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr laut durch den Straßenverkehr und die Tram.

Dorm room was okay, but location was inconvenient from central Toulouse. As well, the entire facility despite being new is very poorly designed. Rooms entry from the outdoors versus internal hallways, and minimal natural lighting. To make it even worse, to get daylight and fresh air from outside, had to open a window that completely exposed the room interior visible to other guests, with no screen or bars at all, and it also allowed mosquitoes and flies to enter the room. Everyone in room complained about mosquitoes entering their bed area, and biting them. And we had to open the window, because there is no air conditioning - seriously, you open a brand new hotel / hostel in 2023, and don't install air conditioning?! That's an expected & standard modern amenity. At minimum, since they can't fix the design now, either add window insect screens, install air conditioning units to the dorm rooms, or install those blue anti-insect lights to the rooms that will attract and kill mosquitoes & flies.

This was a really beautiful hotel the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that the rooms were small and hot and we had to keep the window open all night and it was kinda in the middle of no where and not walking distance to downtown. Though accomedation in the city is very expensive, this was the cheapest option, and it was really worth it because it was beautiful and the common area was really fun to hang out in with a good bar and market across the street. So I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. The room was cramped, and the lack of proper ventilation made it uncomfortably humid, especially after showering. The inability to open the window for fresh air without sacrificing privacy was a significant drawback. Additionally, the absence of an air conditioner added to the overall discomfort. Not the most pleasant stay.

Chambre moderne mais on entend beaucoup le tram qui passe en dessous et surtout impossible de régler la température dans la chambre... Il fait bcp trop chaud la nuit !!!! Bon petit déjeuner Lit confortable

Bon hôtel pour une nuit de passage car il ne faut attendre du confort. Chambre très petite un lit en 140 y rentre juste et une cabine douche minuscule avec son wc.

Bonne découverte, bon hôtel avec bon rapport qualité/prix ! Seul petit bémol du séjour : le garçon du check-in est très désagréable !

Convenient public transportation right outside the building. Parking is less expensive than in other places I've stayed. Friendly staff. Very helpful.

Ne connaissant pas Toulouse j’ai été agréablement surprise par le fait que l’hôtel soit super bien placé. Il y a Les Halles juste à côté à pied des endroits pour manger. De plus l’hôtel est situé près des services de tramway et bus. A part ça le service est génial les employés sont gentils le directeur aussi, la formule petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup !! J’y étais pour un concert et nous étions fatigués et nous avons pu en dernière minute retarder notre départ ce qui normalement doit être fait la veille donc vraiment génial (à ne pas refaire). J’ai adoré y séjourner et pourquoi pas m’y rendre une prochaine fois.

Very convenient hotel with excellent access to public transportation. Friendly staff. Perfect for my needs ~ traveled solo and the room was just fine.

the actual property itself is very nice but the staff are so unwelcoming especially if you are not french. i genuinely would never stay here again they made me feel like a bother rather than a guest.

Le personnel était au petit soin de l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ - et même après-. Equipe agréable, serviable et tout dans la bonne humeur et le sourire (réception, restau, même la femme de ménage). Mon fils et moi avons passé un agréable moment, merci !

Being there without a car, the location was great; it is next to a tram line, just across a public square from the Cartoucherie, and within a neighborhood of new buildings surrounding the old Cartoucherie, I would have been happy to pay more for a bigger room.

Eklo is a very nice place to stay. The beds are soft and wifi in my room was a good speed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was good too. Tram and bus right at entrance. I wish I stayed longer

Great value hotel, very clean rooms and extremely convenient location right beside a tram stop, with lots of shops/a bakery/food available in the newly developed area beside the property.

Personnel à votre écoute, agreable et performant. Hotel tres bien placé. Quartier certe un peu bruyant mais à 2 pas du Zenith. Belle surprise

Nous avons réservé une chambre duo pour assister à un concert au Zénith de Toulouse. La proximité du zénith (moins de 10 mn) à pieds à motiver notre choix. Prix très raisonnable avec le petit déj. Petit déjeuner à volonté de type continental ou britannique (j'aurais bien aimé des œufs brouillés et des saucisses pour ma part) et pain de qualité. Etonnamment, pas de chocolatines à Toulouse, que des croissants. Concernant la chambre, elle était largement suffisante pour passer une nuit, cela dit un peu bruyante en raison d'un soucis d'isolation au niveau du joint de porte (la rue est très envahissante et le tramway dont l'arrêt se trouve à coté également)

Bon hôtel avec un concept intéressant. Petit bémol, wifi HS dans la chambre, la dernière nuit bruit infernal de la ventilation mécanique et service petit déjeuner anarchique (plus de plateaux, de sucre, de tasse et chocolat en poudre.) Personnel accueillant et agréable.

Very comfortable and easy . Loved the fact that it was just next to the tram station and a big Gym . Staff were very helpful . Breakfast very good , quite busy @ 8am , maybe because school holidays. Will definitely stay here again .

Il posto è carinissimo, tutto nuovo. La zona bar è davvero stupenda con tanta selezione di birre e cocktail. La colazione a buffet è varia (dolce e salato). La stanza pulitissima è un po’ piccola ma noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Chambre fonctionnelle et parfaite pour une nuit. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du salé et du sucré et le tout pour 10 euros... que demander de plus

Desayuno bueno Ruido por el tranvia. Mejoraría intimidad con cortina en habitación y no perder luz al bajar persiana.

This stay was good, my second stay here. For me it is well positioned close to a gym and public transport. Room was ok, quite small this time around, TV has his own mind, luckily i don`t need it. Breakfast is alright, could be much better with a bit more variety (breakfast is quite important for me).
