The historic property was beautiful and had a large roof terrace that was a nice retreat after a long day of walking. It was incredibly quiet for being right in the heart of Naples.

Lots and lots of stairs (74 stone stairs!!!) so word of caution to anyone who struggles with stairs. The air conditioning kind of worked and the upstairs neighbors were SO loud walking around. The apartment itself was nice and clean, very spacious and had great views of the city around us. Pick up some paper towels for the kitchen but the kitchen does have everything else you will need. Overall a good stay and a nice place to stay.

Pros - Right in the middle of Naples city center - shops, stores and cafes are right there. Cons - No onsite staff to get urgent matters settled quickly, You deal with the manager via whatsapp/call/messages during day time operating hours, the mattresses were very uncomfortable/sagging. The biggest downside is that there are no elevators - only stairs - old age style - so big steps. Hauling the luggage to your room can be a big pain. Like the owners advertise - don't stay here until you are fit to carry your own luggage and/or can climb stairs. Also - since the property is bang in the middle of main streets - you may feel noise late night as well as early AM when garbage collection trucks start to show up.

The video instructions and live interaction with the host were excellent for this unique property located in the heart of Napoli. This is a walk-up only building, and we had one unit on the ground floor and one on the top floor. We loved both, but the upper floors are for those who don’t mind stairs.

Location was right in the middle of everything so it was great to step out the door and have so many options for restaurants. Also appreciated the space in the property. Some of the air conditioners did not seem to work properly to cool down the apartment. The furniture was also pretty worn down. Parking was definitely a challenge if you have a car.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. The best bit is the location, right in the centre of the old town so everything was right on our doorstep. The apartment was quiet and cool. A nice place to escape the heat and busy streets when we had finished sightseeing. We were travelling by car and you can't park at the apartment as it is in the ZTL but the host gave us details of a nearby car park which was good and easy to find. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was so spacious and conveniently located in the heart of Napoli. We all slept very well because the beds are very comfortable. Although, outside is full of action and people, the windows and covering kept the noise out at night. In the mornings and most nights it was quiet. We would definitely love to stay here again! The only slight issue is people should know the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, of course because its in an old building. This was not a huge problem but it would be good to know for people with limited movement issues, i had recently broke my leg and it stood out. Thanks to our host!

Communication was a bit weak and did not realize that we would be on the top floor with no elevator carrying bags on very steep stairs. One of our party members actually fell on the stairs during the trip. Communication came through a YouTube video and very impersonal. The location was great, however, in an area that people come to visit and take pictures of the property so kind of awkward. The water pressure was very weak, incredibly loud. Not exactly what we expected. Probably would never stay again.

Enrico was very helpful and responsive in getting us checked in to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and overall clean. The kitchen appliances were somewhat dated and there was not coffee in the kitchen. Also, the property listing stated that breakfast would be provided, but that turned out not to be the case.

This is a pity because the property is in a historic building that is right in the middle of it all in Napoli. The manager of the property is super helpful and available for any issues or questions. I would honestly give him a 5 star review. However the property itself is terrible. The bathroom has mold and looks dirty. There is a chair in the main room that really needs to be replaced instead of being covered up with a nice cloth. And the beds are very uncomfortable. It was definitely not for us.

Don't go, mold on the walls, dirty batch room, humid air and dodgy environment. Got there and realize it was probably the worst hotel I have ever seen (see pictures). Obviously the staff refused to reimburse me and I strongly thing that the reviews are fake cause that impossible people like this place (and it is was more than 100E per day)

Enjoyed the location of the property close to everything and easily walkable. There were no blankets and limited pillows so we were uncomfortable at night. The cleanliness of the room was not great and not having a front desk/concierge made it difficult to get needs met.

Check in was a bit of a mess. If not for the kind stranger hanging around the alley entrance, we may have never gotten in. The space could have been cleaned better, as we found old underpants in the clothes storage area. The shower head was broken, the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere, and there is a fair bit of mold in the shower.

Only a top sheet no fitted sheet or blankets. No extra pillows. Sofa bed was broken, had to put sofa cushions under the sagging hole. Enrico was fantastic and very helpful.

I was thrilled to see the palazzo - it really added a dash of excitement to an already thrilling trip to Naples. Entering the courtyard was very special and the apartment itself was very large and appointed in the bedrooms with lovely antiques that complemented the style of the building. The location is superb for getting right into the action of city life. Our unit, the Don Paolo, was several floors up so we didn’t hear any noise. The A/C and the Wi-if worked perfectly. The owner was very responsive and check-in is handled very effectively and efficiently. Our unit had a wonderful kitchen with a great oven, but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use it. The building does not have an elevator so be mindful of that if it’s a potential problem for you. Naples is a fabulous city, full of life and wonderful people. Please don’t believe the stereotype that there are pickpockets on every corner; we never felt unsafe for a moment. The location of the palazzo is right in the midst of the historic center and you will enjoy the vibrant scene at its door.

There is a chair in the main room that really needs to be replaced instead of being covered up with a nice cloth. And the beds are very uncomfortable. It was definitely not for us.

Had a great stay at Palazzo Marigliano. Enrico has such a thorough, efficient method of getting information to you, that I had one of the easiest contactless check in experiences I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and quiet and the location is incredible. You can literally walk out of the hotel and straight to some amazing Naples street food. Really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back. Thank you!

The apartment was so spacious and conveniently located in the heart of Napoli. We all slept very well because the beds are very comfortable. Although, outside is full of action and people, the windows and covering kept the noise out at night. In the mornings and most nights it was quiet. We would definitely love to stay here again! The only slight issue is people should know the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, of course because its in an old building. This was not a huge problem but it would be good to know for people with limited movement issues, i had recently broke my leg and it stood out. Thanks to our host!

Pros - Right in the middle of Naples city center - shops, stores and cafes are right there. Cons - No onsite staff to get urgent matters settled quickly, You deal with the manager via whatsapp/call/messages during day time operating hours, the mattresses were very uncomfortable/sagging. The biggest downside is that there are no elevators - only stairs - old age style - so big steps. Hauling the luggage to your room can be a big pain. Like the owners advertise - don't stay here until you are fit to carry your own luggage and/or can climb stairs. Also - since the property is bang in the middle of main streets - you may feel noise late night as well as early AM when garbage collection trucks start to show up.

Communication was a bit weak and did not realize that we would be on the top floor with no elevator carrying bags on very steep stairs. One of our party members actually fell on the stairs during the trip. Communication came through a YouTube video and very impersonal. The location was great, however, in an area that people come to visit and take pictures of the property so kind of awkward. The water pressure was very weak, incredibly loud. Not exactly what we expected. Probably would never stay again.

Check in was a bit of a mess. If not for the kind stranger hanging around the alley entrance, we may have never gotten in. The space could have been cleaned better, as we found old underpants in the clothes storage area. The shower head was broken, the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere, and there is a fair bit of mold in the shower.

Palazzo Marigliano ist ein altes Haus in der Ausgehmeile von Napoli sogenannte "Spaccanapoli" in herzen der Stadt. Das hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. Erst die scöne Seite. Es ist sehr lebhaft und interessant dort. Es gibt dort sehr viele gute Restaurants und nette Bars uns es wimmelt dort von Menschen. Das Haus hat auch sein Charme und unsere Wohnung war sehr geräumig mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Dann die Schattenseite, es ist natürlich abends sehr laut dort. Und das Haus hat keinen Aufzug und die Gänge sind schmal. Die Aussentor ist nicht einfach aufzuschließen, es braucht schon viel Fingergefühl und Geduld. Und Matrazen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Und es ist auch eine kleine Herausforderung fünf Tage mit den gleichen Handtuchset zu schaffen, aber natürlich sehr Umweltfreundlich. Dann war da noch das interessante Check-In. Unsere Gastgeber hat uns ein Video geschickt und das Check-In von der Entfernung organisiert, es hat ja alles auch gut geklappt, aber mir hat der menschliche Kontakt gefehlt. Für meine Arbeit verbringe ca. 100 Tage im Jahr in verschiedenen Hotels, daher im Urlaub mag ich es lieber persönlich als unpersönlich. Meine Fazit wäre, die Wohnung ist nichts für alte Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten, sondern eher für junge Menschen oder Familien mit Lust zum ausgehen. Und auch dann die Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen :-)

Palazzo Marigliano é uma propriedade de excelente localizacao bem no centro de Nápoles com ótimas opções de cafe damanha, jantar e bar. O local permite explorar a cidade a pé. O quarto é espaçoso e localizado em um belo Palazzo. Único ponto negativo sai as escadas para que esta com malas grandes. Se vier de taxi peça para parar na Via del Grande Archivio 15 que é bem proximo ao Hotel. O Manager é muito atencioso e apoia em tudo o que e necessário. Nos sentimos em casa e voltariamos!!!

The place is well located close to main attractions and centric. The room was enough for three people and we had a good stay. The only pain point is to carry big luggage too many floors as part of our 20 days trip in Italy and guest service could improve.

Great spot for tourists, busy quaint street with lots of little shops and cafes. Nice and cool from the air conditioning in the apartment and felt safe and secure at night with the big doors. Clean apartment could have done with an extra key card and bigger fridge. I did think an apartment would have a little kitchen area but it wasn’t too much of a problem as reasonably priced cafes and take away right on the doorstep but could have done with a couple of glasses at least.

Enrico was very helpful and responsive in getting us checked in to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and overall clean. The kitchen appliances were somewhat dated and there was not coffee in the kitchen. Also, the property listing stated that breakfast would be provided, but that turned out not to be the case.

Lige midt i det hele - og bestemt en napolitansk oplevelse med alt det kaos og charme der hører til. Meget stejle trapper og så er billederne i profilen fra forskellige lejligheder og det udeområde som vises under den valgte lejlighed, var ikke en del af den lejlighed som vi boede i, der var en fælles tagterrasse men uden møbler og den var beskidt og så var møbler og køkken i lejligheden slidt. Lige midt i det hele - og bestemt en napolitansk oplevelse med alt det kaos og charme der hører til. Meget stejle trapper og så er billederne i profilen fra forskellige lejligheder og det udeområde som vises under den valgte lejlighed, var ikke en del af den lejlighed som vi boede i, der var en fælles tagterrasse men uden møbler og den var beskidt og så var møbler og køkken i lejligheden slidt. Men udover det, var det en super service og vi fik lejligheden tidligere end aftalt og generelt var lejligheden i god stand

When we arrived we had a small issue with the key, the Property Manager came right away and fixed the issue while we had small conversation. Very friendly and helpful property manager. The property is extremely quiet and peaceful, maybe at first glance it may seem like there will be issues when you arrive in the city; but the property is a quiet little hidden gem. There is no elevator currently, so if you have issues with stairs this is not for you. We had 2 small issues with the actual room itself once we booked. The issues were not big enough to not stay there so we breezed them off. But we did tell the property manager about them so they can work on them. And he responded peacefully. Other than the above, the stay was fantastic. And again don’t let the exterior fool you, this is a 2500 year old city and building. If you’re hungry and are looking for something different than Italian Cuisine, a must try is “Mister Chicken” a short 6 min walk down the road. It is absolutely the best Rotisserie style chicken we’ve had.

I would say that the property is in the historic area of Naples and its location is good. Its close to some of the landmarks to visit in Naples, restaurants. but the room has no amenities and the bathroom shower and toilet needs a lot of cleaning and sanitizing. although the bedroom itself is spacious.
