Dog-Friendly Accommodation Rules1. When booking a Pet Room, guests may bring up to two small-breed dogs weighing no more than 7 kg each. (The base rate covers one dog; a surcharge of KRW 30000.00 applies for a second dog. Accommodation for more than two dogs is not permitted.)2. These rooms are designated exclusively for dogs; accommodation with other types of pets is prohibited.3. Dogs without mandatory vaccinations are not permitted.4. Upon check-in, guests must sign a pet liability waiver at the front desk. (Terms include confirming vaccinations administered within the last 3 months and an agreement to carry the dog while on hotel premises.)5. Guests must adhere to the following rules during their stay:- Outside the room (in the parking lot, elevators, lobby, etc.), dogs must be carried or kept in a carrier/crate.- Allowing dogs to roam freely (on or off-leash) in public areas will result in immediate eviction without a refund.- Guests must remain with their dog at all times, even during brief absences; leaving a dog unattended in the room will result in forced eviction (due to potential noise complaints).- Guests must wipe their dog's paws upon returning to the room.- Guests must dispose of waste in the toilet; used puppy pads must be placed in a sealed bag before disposal in the trash bin.- An additional fee for repairs or cleaning will be charged in the event of damage to or soiling of bed linen, furnishings, or equipment. 6. Staying with pets without prior approval will result in mandatory eviction and the imposition of fines.Dog breeds prohibited from the premises include: Pit Bull Terrier, English Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Malamute, Presa Canario, Doberman, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and other breeds classified as aggressive, including mixed breeds of these types.The hotel operates a contactless check-in system. Room keys can be obtained via a dedicated terminal.To retrieve a key, guests must enter their booking number (provided in a text message sent on the day of arrival) into the terminal located on the ground floor.For extended stays, housekeeping service is not provided during the first three nights. For stays of four nights or longer, housekeeping is available once upon request. (To request housekeeping, guests must notify the front desk in advance no later than 01:00 PM on the day the service is required.)
