The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. There are a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped but the bed (mattress and pillows) is not comfortable. There is a gym (the AC was not working so working out was not an option) and a small laundromat on the premises. The breakfast actually offered real food: fried eggs, biscuits, sausages, turkey bacon, cheese, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cereal. All in all, it was a good option with the only but important limitation being the quality of the bed.

Property is pristine and right in the main street of this sad little town. Chose this hotel for its laundry on site - our little one was car sick all the way from Canada 😫. When arrived the front desk informed laundry 3$ to wash and 3$ to dry. Machines takes quarters. Front desk did not have any quarters I could purchase as is cashless sight. Had to go to another store to get quarters- but I bought my laundry detergent there too and saved. Was inconvenient. Also pool closed in April at 33 degrees Celsius - front desk said I’d have to go “more south” after driving 13 hours south from a place where our backyard inground pool had just been opened !! It’s clean and new but for the price the service was poor and the hot breakfast was really lacking also.

Great stay for me, my partner, and my pet. All the amenities we could need. We loved the kitchen area and the front desk was very helpful and polite. We had an issue with not having a remote in the room and called to inquire about it and the front desk immediately brough it up in less than 5 minutes. We will always choose this location when we come to visit family in columbia. Cant recommend enough

The mini kitchen had full size fridge and freezer, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the dishes needed to make.dinner in the convection oven. The water in the room didn't get hot, i called the desk and immediately got moved to another room where there was hot water. Great breakfast included in the stay. Larger lobby area, pool outside and covered this time of year. Meeting rooms, gym and a beautifull patio x2. 1 patio had grills to do cook out if you wanted and another had furniture and beautiful electronic fireplace for sitting out and visiting with friends.

Going into the Hotel the trash can was running over with trash. Not a good look going into check in. Dog hair was inside the shower & when I pull my sheets back the 1st thing I saw was hair on the pillowcase and on the sheets, but I always bring disposable bedding travel sheets. The hotel, rooms, staff, was nice & breakfast was good.

The room was spectacular. I have traveled a lot and I was very impressed with the room, staff, breakfast selection and especially how clean everything was! It was immaculate! I will look for Home2 Suites everywhere I travel now! The only complaint I have is the bathroom door which is a rolling barn door panel and it makes a TON of noise. So at night when you have to use the bathroom you wake up everyone that's sleeping. It was very annoying! It was a very pleasant day and trip.

Our room had two beds. After we were in the bed and settled for the night, we noticed the top layers smelled of urine! Absolutely disgusting! We ended up using the blankets from the 2nd bed. When I told the front desk about this, all I got was a "I will let them know". Not even an apology!

The staff was friendly, but very unattended and responsive to our needs as a guest. As a Hilton Honors member, we have come to expect more. I stayed at the hotel for seven days, and had to make several requests to have our room service. Over that seven days it was only serviced once. We were promised that it would be several times, but it never happened. We were forced to visit the front desk, repeatedly to just to get fresh towels.

The Amenities were fantastic. The decor was pleasant and ergonomic. The room(Suite)was spectacular and more than enough space. Refrigerator was larger than expected with large freezer. I slept so comfortably with the bedding and mattress provide that I called to ask about the brand so that I could purchase my own.

We stay at this hotel on the way to Florida. I like it because it’s clean, quiet and convenient; however that I disliked this time is our neighbors who were making noises and keeping us awake until 5 am. We were placed on a fourth floor and it appeared that certain people were not staying, but living there. We were unfortunate to spend a night near them. My husband wanted to complain about constant noise, but we were checked in by a nice old gentlemen and I did not feel safe to creat any commotion. I think it’s unfair that I had no sleep at all paying $150 and people behind the wall pay 0, but create disturbances .

Excellent checking experience, beautiful decor all around, clean and very comfortable. Beds were amazing and we loved the full-sized frig and microwave, huge shower. We’ll seek out Home2 Suites for future travels!

At check-in I was notified by the staff member that my reserved room had been giving away. The staff member did not try to assist with accommodation. It took a whole day for Expedia to track down the manager to authorize refund.

The property itself is not bad. I reserved two rooms with Travelocity, but when we arrived, they had only one reservation in a fully booked hotel so we ended up having to share a room with a sleeper sofa. When I asked if the sofa would be made up for us the answer was no, you could find sheets in the drawer. So now we are the maid at 12 o’clock at night. When we opened the sofa, it actually had old sheets in it so now we are the maid at 12 o’clock at night. The hotel said the mixup was Travelocity’s fault not theirs. I don’t care whose fault it was, but I feel that I should be compensated for the situation .

We had a problem with the room and the manager, Tasha, was quick to resolve - moved us to a new room the next morning! Dee and Betty are great receptionists. We were there for 8 days to enjoy a 5 day graduation at Camden Military. . They always greeted us with "have a good day" and "how was it" when we returned Highly recommend!!

The keys to my room did not work. The manager was supposed to come to the hotel to fix. This did not happen. Once in my room I could not leave or I would be locked out. Extremely inconvenient!!!

They had no record of my reservation. I showed my confirmation number and email. Manger walked by without speaking or greeting me. It took more than 30 minutes to get room keys

David at the front desk was so polite, professional and helpful. The staff there the morning we checked out were just as friendly and efficient. It was a peaceful and cozy place to stay for me and my four children.

The room was very well designed, clean and like new. The staff is very helpful and professional. Blythewood is going to need some new roads, because traffic is awful and it is hard to get in and out of your hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. There are a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped but the bed (mattress and pillows) is not comfortable. There is a gym (the AC was not working so working out was not an option) and a small laundromat on the premises. The breakfast actually offered real food: fried eggs, biscuits, sausages, turkey bacon, cheese, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cereal. All in all, it was a good option with the only but important limitation being the quality of the bed.

First time here. Very nice, updated room. Very quiet. Good amenities. Only issue (and I was aware of this going in) was exiting the property. No signal and a very busy road can make turning left very challenging. But otherwise I was very pleased.

It was great. We decided to come here at the last minute from a bad experience at another hotel across the street. They had a suite available, was very clean, comfortable, check in was easy, front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with our questions. Convenient location.

The concept of the suite is new to us but we loved it. Comfortable, quiet, good breakfast. Who could ask for anything more? Plenty of food restaurant’s in the area.

We had to change rooms 2x during our stay due to issue's and it was an inconvenience. My card was overly charged so I'm waiting to ensure that I get charged based off my receipts. The rooms were nice and comfortable and spacious. The amenities were nice too. Breakfast was good but it's first come first serve, so get there early because they only serve once.

I travel for business quite often and I've been staying at this hotel since it opened and never had a complain. This stay was different: Started with no hot water (front desk acted like they didn't know a thing). Then, out of the 11 days I stayed, on 9 the hot breakfast was anything but hot (their breakfast is one of the reasons I stay there) and to wrap it up, when I request the room to be cleaned, they only took the trash out, replaced 2 towels and left a box of gloves, no cleaning whatsoever.

Absolutely perfect, nice big room, king bed with sofa and mini kitchen. Electric blackout blinds, closet, desk and plenty of counter space for everything. The mini kitchen had full size fridge and freezer, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the dishes needed to make.dinner in the convection oven. The water in the room didn't get hot, i called the desk and immediately got moved to another room where there was hot water. Great breakfast included in the stay. Larger lobby area, pool outside and covered this time of year. Meeting rooms, gym and a beautifull patio x2. 1 patio had grills to do cook out if you wanted and another had furniture and beautiful electronic fireplace for sitting out and visiting with friends.

The breakfast was good. The rest of the hotel, not so much. The first room they put us in had a broken st a nd around the air conditioner unit, a broken lamp shade with a bare bulb hanging there, and the tub didn't drain while we were showering. I stepped on a fake press on nail on the bathroom floor. We asked to have the tub snaked while we were out the whole next day. It didn't happen so the seond night we were put in a different room. There were full garbage bags by the elevators all weekend. There were crackers in the only working elevator all weekend. Not a great experience.

Home2 Suites is perfect for a family AND it's pet friendly! The rooms were very accommodating. We had two queens and a sofa bed! So plenty of room. There was ONLY one bathroom so if there are multiple girls in the family it'll be hard. The staff is somewhat neutral. We had a fire alarm go off and they didn't provide us any update. The guests were standing around confused with zero engagement from the staff. No, the fire department didn't give any update either. Housekeeping made it a point to be as loud as possible walking through the hallways. The pool was shutdown for the season. Breakfast was average not much to be impressed with. There were a few incidents in the hotel. Gentleman has his car broken into. Lady had her dogs unleashed and nearly attacked my wife.
