Abdo and his staff were amazing. They greet you at the taxi stand and walk you 4 minutes through the maze to the Riad. It was so authentic though. The Riad is beautiful and well maintained. They treat you to tea and cake upon arrival. The meals were delicious. The Hammam Bath is not to be missed. I have no complaints.

The riad was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with charming Moroccan décor and a touch of French elegance. We stayed in the junior suite, which was absolutely dreamy. The rooftop terrace was a stunning spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, with views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and absolutely delicious. After long walks exploring the city, the small pool was perfect for dipping our tired feet and relaxing. The riad is ideally located — everything is within walking distance. Abdolah and Idris were wonderful hosts, always warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, constantly ensuring the place remained spotless. Overall, our experience was excellent. We’re so grateful to the entire team for their hospitality and hope to return very soon! Maryam & Essi

Riad Sapphire and Spa Located away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina in one of the side streets. A lovely way to experience local hospitality. A nice, very clean and spacious environment, with great staff at all levels who were always ready to please. Fantastic for lone female travellers where personal security is made a priority. The inclusive breakfast is really substantial and even though a small establishment, freshly cooked lunch and delicious evening meals are available to order. The luxury of an in-house Hammam and Massage facility meant I did not have to travel far to experience some self indulgence. My thanks to Driss and his team for making my stay here a safe and pleasant one 🙏 Highly recommended!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le personnel très accueillant, serviable et attentionné, le petit déjeuné copieux et varié, le Riad est très beau. Nous avons trouvé le spa et la piscine petits et ne les avons pas testé car nous voulions faire les soins tous les 3 en même temps. Comme dans toute la Medina, le réveil par les chants est à 6h le matin. L’environnement (les ruelles) le soir est un peu inquiétant, mais nous nous sommes habitués et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le personnel très accueillant, serviable et attentionné, le petit déjeuné copieux et varié, le Riad est très beau. Nous avons trouvé le spa et la piscine petits et ne les avons pas testé car nous voulions faire les soins tous les 3 en même temps. Le service à l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel. Abdo et son équipe sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables : nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Ils nous ont conseillé d’excellents endroits à visiter et nous ont guidés vers des transports sûrs et à des prix corrects. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec beaucoup de variété, ce qui est vraiment appréciable avant de partir explorer la ville. Notre chambre était très agréable et la propreté irréprochable. Seule petite remarque : la piscine n’est pas la plus simple à utiliser, car elle se trouve au milieu du jardin d’hiver. Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

An unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, Driss, the hotel manager, made us feel like VIPs. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the tranquil courtyard to the rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The breakfast was also really good, showcasing local flavors with flair. Plus, the location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet nestled in a tranquil neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very happy with our stay at Sapphire Riad,the property itself is lovely. Quiet, clean and an oasis of calm after the chaos of the Medina. No more than 25 minutes by taxi from the airport and at the north west side of the Medina,within walking distance to all the major sights but we did get a taxi back to the Riad from the Fnar square on one occasion as it was very hot. Taxis are cheap-if you haggle! We were greeted by the wonderful Abdo who served us Mint tea and delicious cake on arrival and throughout our stay was always on hand,along with his colleague, to assist in any way he could, including ringing a local restaurant to book a reservation. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a walk-in shower and very efficient air-con, there is a small plunge pool and several delightful quiet public areas to sit and also a roof top terrace to sit in the sun if preferable. Breakfast was particularly impressive, beautifully presented with a huge array of delicious savoury and sweet items which varied everyday (the chocolate cake was particularly good!) all served by the delightful staff. We would not hesitate to stay at this Riad again and highly recommend

Superbe séjour passé au Riad Saphire. Les chambres étaient parfaites. Abdo et Jawad sont très professionnels et à l écoute. Super service ! Le petit dejeuner est varié avec une specialité locale qui change chaque jour. Service Spa Massage très bien réalisé et agréable. De bons conseils de la part du personel pour les restaurants et les sorties dans la ville. N’hésitez pas à réserver, ce Riad et ses employés sont merveilleux.

An excellent riad, calm and quiet, in a great location. Abdo and Driis who run it are both very helpful, with well organised airport transfers, directions around Marrakech etc. The riad is absolutely clean throughout, very well cared for by them and the other staff. We had the delicious breakfast on the roof space/terrace where you can also relax in the shade with a cold drink. The hour massage in the spa room was excellent.

The breakfast was awesome as well and customized to our taste for no additional cost. Abdullah was very responsive and made our stay amazing! We didn't have much of a plan coming into Marrakech and he helped us with every part of our stay. Very honest and genuine staff, made our stay great!

Pros: Good service. Riad staff picked us up and dropped us to the roads for pickup service.Great breakfast. Packed up take away breakfast on our tour days. Clean but small room and a clean riad. Room cleaning was great. Google map works for navigation within Medina. Cons: Location within Medina we didn't like. Too many alleys. Price for food is definitely for tourists. We didn't eat there except breakfast.

Was a lovely Riad in the center of the Medina. The staff were so friendly and lovely, I cannot put into words, so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The workers just made the experience. The room was lovely and clean and very big the only down side was I couldn’t get the shower onto a perfect temperature but that was probably just me😂overall lovely Riad and lovely people. Highly recommend :)) xx

We were greeted by the wonderful Abdo who served us Mint tea and delicious cake on arrival and throughout our stay was always on hand,along with his colleague, to assist in any way he could, including ringing a local restaurant to book a reservation. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a walk-in shower and very efficient air-con, there is a small plunge pool and several delightful quiet public areas to sit and also a roof top terrace to sit in the sun if preferable. Breakfast was particularly impressive, beautifully presented with a huge array of delicious savoury and sweet items which varied everyday (the chocolate cake was particularly good!) all served by the delightful staff. We would not hesitate to stay at this Riad again and highly recommend

The Riad staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt extremely well taken care of. It was a pleasure to stay there. It is also an experience to stay in a Riad compared to Hotel. After the initial surprise to get there from the Taxi drop off at Sidi Ben Slimane (ask them to pick you up - best option or, if you are a seasoned traveler follow the sign to Dar Zellij, ask along the way, then just before take a left then 25m or so is a foot with the name plate) the Medina becomes familiar to you and people start recognizing you and are dry kind. Do not try to find your way from the other side - really tough. Again, the staff is very helpful and will guide you whenever you need it. Breakfast really good and they vary the menu ever day. The ambiance is welcoming and nice.Good smell as well. The bed we had was very comfortable and we slept well until late every morning. Superbe séjour passé au Riad Saphire. Les chambres étaient parfaites. Abdo et Jawad sont très professionnels et à l écoute. Super service ! Le petit dejeuner est varié avec une specialité locale qui change chaque jour. Service Spa Massage très bien réalisé et agréable. De bons conseils de la part du personel pour les restaurants et les sorties dans la ville. N’hésitez pas à réserver, ce Riad et ses employés sont merveilleux.

Was a lovely Riad in the center of the Medina. The staff were so friendly and lovely, I cannot put into words, so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The workers just made the experience. The room was lovely and clean and very big the only down side was I couldn’t get the shower onto a perfect temperature but that was probably just me😂overall lovely Riad and lovely people. Highly recommend :)) xx

The rooftop terrace was a stunning spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, with views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and absolutely delicious. After long walks exploring the city, the small pool was perfect for dipping our tired feet and relaxing. The riad is ideally located — everything is within walking distance. Abdolah and Idris were wonderful hosts, always warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, constantly ensuring the place remained spotless. Overall, our experience was excellent. Le service à l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel. Abdo et son équipe sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables : nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Ils nous ont conseillé d’excellents endroits à visiter et nous ont guidés vers des transports sûrs et à des prix corrects. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec beaucoup de variété, ce qui est vraiment appréciable avant de partir explorer la ville. Notre chambre était très agréable et la propreté irréprochable. Seule petite remarque : la piscine n’est pas la plus simple à utiliser, car elle se trouve au milieu du jardin d’hiver. Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Pros: Good service. Riad staff picked us up and dropped us to the roads for pickup service.Great breakfast. Packed up take away breakfast on our tour days. Clean but small room and a clean riad. Room cleaning was great. Google map works for navigation within Medina. Cons: Location within Medina we didn't like. Too many alleys. Price for food is definitely for tourists. We didn't eat there except breakfast.

A superb stay at the Road Sapphire. Special mention to Chris who was an incredible host. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him! They fixed my mother in laws uncomfortable trainers and sourced me safety pins for a flappy dress. Amazing service all round!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le personnel très accueillant, serviable et attentionné, le petit déjeuné copieux et varié, le Riad est très beau. Nous avons trouvé le spa et la piscine petits et ne les avons pas testé car nous voulions faire les soins tous les 3 en même temps. Comme dans toute la Medina, le réveil par les chants est à 6h le matin. L’environnement (les ruelles) le soir est un peu inquiétant, mais nous nous sommes habitués et avons passé un excellent séjour.

An excellent riad, calm and quiet, in a great location. Abdo and Driis who run it are both very helpful, with well organised airport transfers, directions around Marrakech etc. The riad is absolutely clean throughout, very well cared for by them and the other staff. We had the delicious breakfast on the roof space/terrace where you can also relax in the shade with a cold drink. The hour massage in the spa room was excellent.

The riad was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with charming Moroccan décor and a touch of French elegance. We stayed in the junior suite, which was absolutely dreamy. The rooftop terrace was a stunning spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, with views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and absolutely delicious. After long walks exploring the city, the small pool was perfect for dipping our tired feet and relaxing. The riad is ideally located — everything is within walking distance. Abdolah and Idris were wonderful hosts, always warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, constantly ensuring the place remained spotless. Overall, our experience was excellent. Riad Sapphire and Spa Located away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina in one of the side streets. A lovely way to experience local hospitality. A nice, very clean and spacious environment, with great staff at all levels who were always ready to please. Fantastic for lone female travellers where personal security is made a priority. The inclusive breakfast is really substantial and even though a small establishment, freshly cooked lunch and delicious evening meals are available to order. The luxury of an in-house Hammam and Massage facility meant I did not have to travel far to experience some self indulgence. My thanks to Driss and his team for making my stay here a safe and pleasant one 🙏 Highly recommended!

Le service à l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel. Abdo et son équipe sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables : nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Ils nous ont conseillé d’excellents endroits à visiter et nous ont guidés vers des transports sûrs et à des prix corrects. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec beaucoup de variété, ce qui est vraiment appréciable avant de partir explorer la ville. Notre chambre était très agréable et la propreté irréprochable. Seule petite remarque : la piscine n’est pas la plus simple à utiliser, car elle se trouve au milieu du jardin d’hiver. Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Pros: Good service. Riad staff picked us up and dropped us to the roads for pickup service.Great breakfast. Packed up take away breakfast on our tour days. Clean but small room and a clean riad. Room cleaning was great. Google map works for navigation within Medina. Cons: Location within Medina we didn't like. Too many alleys. Price for food is definitely for tourists. We didn't eat there except breakfast.

Very happy with our stay at Sapphire Riad,the property itself is lovely. Quiet, clean and an oasis of calm after the chaos of the Medina. No more than 25 minutes by taxi from the airport and at the north west side of the Medina,within walking distance to all the major sights but we did get a taxi back to the Riad from the Fnar square on one occasion as it was very hot. Taxis are cheap-if you haggle! We were greeted by the wonderful Abdo who served us Mint tea and delicious cake on arrival and throughout our stay was always on hand,along with his colleague, to assist in any way he could, including ringing a local restaurant to book a reservation. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a walk-in shower and very efficient air-con, there is a small plunge pool and several delightful quiet public areas to sit and also a roof top terrace to sit in the sun if preferable. Breakfast was particularly impressive, beautifully presented with a huge array of delicious savoury and sweet items which varied everyday (the chocolate cake was particularly good!) all served by the delightful staff. We would not hesitate to stay at this Riad again and highly recommend

First and foremost an extremely welcoming and tentative staff. We felt very welcomed and every request was followed. The Riad is beautiful with a nice cool pool. Its very quiet inside and we were almost alone at breakfast, which was served to our table each day with local and international foods. The Riad is about 5 minute walk from the nearest parking and shopping or restaurants is near y. As well as several kiosks with cheep drinks and snacks, compared to the Medina hot spots. Room was very good with nice shower and AC.

I was really happy with my stay at Riad Sapphire (once I finally found it)! Highly recommend leveraging their greeting service to help you with locating the riad in the quiet narrow alleys of the Medina. Once inside, it was a beautiful oasis where the team including Abdo and Driss welcomed you home like family. The rooftop terrace and central atrium were beautiful, and the morning breakfast was the perfect way to start every day of adventures in Marrakesh.

Fantastiskt trevlig personal och värdinnan som ägde hotellet var också mycket trevlig. Testa gärna Hammar och massage på hotellet. Litet - men väldigt avkopplande. Frukosten är helt superb- med massa variationer varje dag. Åt middag två ggr på hotellet som också var mycket bra. Var uppmärksam på att det inte går att köra taxi fram till riaden men inte så långt att gå. Trevlig rooftop där man kan sola och äta middag.
