Hotel Frankfurt Messe

Fremde Haare unter dem Bettlaken und im Bad. Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber. Freundlicher Mann an der Rezeption. Keine Rückmeldung von der Geschäftsführung nach Beschwerden.

I booked 3 nights the morn of my arrival (last minute booking). When I got to the hotel I was less than impressed by what lay in front of me. However, I still checked in. I made my way to a small, dated, musky room with black mould, water damage and a smell which would test the resolve of a seasoned silage farmer. There were hairs & stains on the bed. Similarly on the curtains. The noise from the railway lines out front was grating on my ears. It was the sort of room that I was half expecting Spiderman to come through the window and a landlord to bang loudly on the door demanding my overdue rent. I was less than impressed by the situation I found myself in. I quickly went online to see what other accom was available. I knew I couldn't stay here and returned to reception. I explained my situation, especially considering the black mould. I was offered another room - but there was no way I could stay in this hotel. I asked for a refund and was refused. I even offered to accept a refund for only 2 out of the 3 nights. I was told to take it up with @hotels.com. They have also refused to provide a refund as this decision lies with the hotel manager. This hotel wasn't cheap, as they were clearly capitalising on a large conference in town - so it was almost 4 times the normal rate - which they are entitled to do. However, it is of such a poor standard. Awaiting response from Hotel. My advice AVOID AVOID AVOID. hotels.com should remove from site

Odeur de tabac dans les chambres. Attention pas de petits déjeuner disponible malgré la photo du buffet. En face une gare donc on entend les trains.

Alles in Ordnung. Das Bad war klein aber sauber. Frische Handtücher, Duschgel und Fön war alles da. Das Bett angenehm hart. Danke

Établissement petit mais très agréable, chambre propre dans les apparences, balayer sous le lit serai un peu mieux car 1cm de poussière en dessous, sinon tout était parfais, bon personnels

Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock. Es roch im Zimmer stark nach Chlor. Den Grund erkannte man ziemlich schnell: es gab / gibt Wasserschäden und nun schwarzen Schimmel im Zimmer, auch das Badezimmer war unglaublich feucht und stinkend. Auch hatte ich ein schwarzes fremdes Haar auf meinem Kopfkissen, aber das war mein kleinstes Problem. Ein Zimmertausch war angeblich nicht möglich „das Hotel wäre ausgebucht“ , allerdings konnte man auf der Internetseite des Hotels für den Abend noch ein Doppelzimmer buchen, nur für das vierfache meines bezahlten Preises über Expedia. Als „Entschädigung“ wurden mir 2 Freigetränke aus dem Kühlschrank angeboten- dankend abgelehnt!

Das Zimmer roch trotz "Nichtraucherzimmer" extrem nach Qualm

Well , i know that its just cheap compared to other hotel but 1 thing you need to consider is to clean the room properly.we complain about it that it 's dirtt underneath the bed , bottle of water is under the bed.the smell is so crazy ..smeels of cigarrettes

Er is gerookt op de kamer wat ik echt heel vies vind, het bed was heel hard en de kamer heel erg gehorig. ben enorm teleurgesteld zoveel geld betaald en zelfs geen ontbijt.

Kleine Zimmer, ein bißchen hellhörig, es ist auch ein älteres Gebäude. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Problematisch ist, daß für ein Frühstück eigentlich nur der "Service Store" im Bahnhof West da ist, auch der Bahnhofsbäcker ist morgens zu (es war Samstag). Gratis-Instant-Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, es war nur zu eng, um gemütlich was vom Bäcker zu essen. (Einzelzimmer). Aber: Für diesen Preis ist das Zimmer sehr gut.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. "Desk" is 1ft by 2ft in size only and tight up against the bed, so not very usable. Only 1 coat hanger. 15min walk from Messe halls however and room was quiet. No food. Area seems safe. Clean and tidy though somewhat outdated decor. Bedding changed daily. Front door key lets you come and go as you please. Photo is taken from the door.

Nice hotel, small rooms but clean and quiet. I will definitely come back

Die sehr weiche Matratze kann für Leute mich Rückenproblemen tödlich sein. :-(

Das Zimmer ist klein und teilweise ist der Putz ab im Zimmer und die Gardine war auch nicht ganz heile und es war super warm im Zimmer .

Besonders in Messezeiten zu empfehlen, da vor allem dann das absolut beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vorhanden ist. Solide und gut. Vor allem sehr hilfsbereite Rezeption ist zu erwähnen.

Der Check In ist nur bis 23 Uhr möglich, leider gibt es danach keinerlei Möglichkeiten ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Man darf also keine Verspätung haben.

Zimmer sehr klein, nicht wirklich Sauber teilweise fehlende Ausstattung. (Wasserkocher nur Basis vorhanden Kocher fehlte, Kein Licht am Bett bei einem von 4 Zimmern, Rauchmelder nicht montiert). Einzig positive ist die Nähe zur Messe und der S-Bahn

Perfekt für Messebesuche, guter Preis, gute Anbindung.

Det minsta, absolut genom tiderna det dyraste rummet jag bott i. Hotellet serverade inte ens frukost. Men det fanns en säng och dusch/wc så OK.
