We had a great stay at Bliss Riad. It's perfectly located in the northern Medina and close to a few favourite places such as Le Jardin Secret and Cafe Arabe. Step into the riad and it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Rooms are clean. The rooftop was a really nice place to hang out too, though the pool isn't swimmable at around 12 inches depth. On the whole, staff were kind and helpful. A couple of things could have made the visit even better. Communication with staff wasn't always great. For example, we weren't warned about the building work which was taking place during the final 2 days of the visit, and which was very disruptive at times. Just a simple warning to let us know timings would have been appreciated. Also, staff didn't always communicate between themselves: we ended up being the go between amongst staff who couldn't agree what time to book our airport transfer.

The Riad is very well located, just a few steps from the souks and the nice cafe Árabe. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We just missed a bit the privacy of the bathroom, as it’s opened and busy separated through wood sticks. We loved the massages and hammam. The terrace is beautiful (it lacks a bit of shadow). The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it lacked a bit of diversity (it was every day the same thing)

Très beau Riad, parfaitement situé. Par contre, je pensais qu’il y avait une piscine sur le toit, il s’agit d’une mini pataugeoire de 30-40 cm de profondeur. Finlement, ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais j’aurais aimé le savoir.

Andet gang jeg bor på den Riad. Den ligger meget centralt, personalet hjælpsomme og venlige. Vi fik fin Hammam og en skøn massage på stedet. Morgenmaden er god og det var perfekt for os at bruge den lille pool på taget på de varme eftermiddage. Stedet er meget smukt indrettet. Jeg har nu boet på 3 forskellige værelser - alle store og individuelt indrettet.

Estancia inmejorable en Marrakech. Habitación familiar muy grande. Limpieza excelente y todo personal simpre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. La ubicación es inmejorable,a escasos metros del Jaardín Secreto. Zona llena de vida con multitud de restaurantes cerca y apenas a 10 minutos de la plaza Jama el Fnaa o de la Madrasa de Ben Youssef. El desayuno tradicional es abundante y todo hecho al momento. Preguntamos por un sitio en el que poder hacer tatuajes de henna para evitar el "sablazo" que pegan en las plazas turísticas y recomendaron varios que teníamos cerca. La recomemdación fue todo un acierto tanto por calidad vomo por precio. Si volvemos a Marrakech, sin duda será al Bliss Riad.

Riad Bliss was a very clean and calm place to rest amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were all very friendly and professional. You’ll be conveniently located to everything in the Medina as well as an easy pick-up point for any excursions. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared in front of me each day!!

Gorgeous riad in a great location. Area around is really nice and and walkable to everything worth seeing in the city. Felt safe in and around the road as a solo female traveller. Staff were great, rooftop was gorgeous and room was clean and comfortable with a fab bathroom!

Excellent accueil dans l’ensemble, le lieu est magnifique et très calme. Les chambres sont bien équipées, propre et avec climatisation, ce qui est très appréciable. Concernant le personnel de l’accueil, certains se distinguent par leur professionnalisme, d’autres un peu moins, mais cela reste globalement très correct. Je donne une note de 95/100 et recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. I had fallen ill one night and the hotel made me fresh squeezed orange juice at midnight to help me get my sugars back up. We would definitely revisit if we go back to Marrakesh, just for the great treatment from the staff. The room was beautiful as well. The rooftop area was serene and peaceful. Location was also great and you enter the souks straight away. The secret garden is also close by, as well as different restaurants.

Logement très beau et très bien situé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Petit bémol pour la climatisation un peu bruyante pour les nuits. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et la terrasse très bien aménagée. Et le bassin sur les toits un gros plus pour les journées d'été !

Excellent accueil dans l’ensemble, le lieu est magnifique et très calme. Les chambres sont bien équipées, propre et avec climatisation, ce qui est très appréciable. Concernant le personnel de l’accueil, certains se distinguent par leur professionnalisme, d’autres un peu moins, mais cela reste globalement très correct. Je donne une note de 95/100 et recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. I had fallen ill one night and the hotel made me fresh squeezed orange juice at midnight to help me get my sugars back up. We would definitely revisit if we go back to Marrakesh, just for the great treatment from the staff. The room was beautiful as well. The rooftop area was serene and peaceful. Location was also great and you enter the souks straight away. The secret garden is also close by, as well as different restaurants.

Gorgeous riad in a great location. Area around is really nice and and walkable to everything worth seeing in the city. Felt safe in and around the road as a solo female traveller. Staff were great, rooftop was gorgeous and room was clean and comfortable with a fab bathroom!

C’est une riade calme et située à deux pas du souk. La majorité des visites se situe au grand maximum à 30 min à pied. J’y retournerais lors de ma prochaines visite de Marrakech. Je la conseillerais à mon entourage, amis et famille.

Estancia inmejorable en Marrakech. Habitación familiar muy grande. Limpieza excelente y todo personal simpre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. La ubicación es inmejorable,a escasos metros del Jaardín Secreto. Zona llena de vida con multitud de restaurantes cerca y apenas a 10 minutos de la plaza Jama el Fnaa o de la Madrasa de Ben Youssef. El desayuno tradicional es abundante y todo hecho al momento. Preguntamos por un sitio en el que poder hacer tatuajes de henna para evitar el "sablazo" que pegan en las plazas turísticas y recomendaron varios que teníamos cerca. La recomemdación fue todo un acierto tanto por calidad vomo por precio. Si volvemos a Marrakech, sin duda será al Bliss Riad.

Riad Bliss was a very clean and calm place to rest amidst the chaos of Marrakech. The staff were all very friendly and professional. You’ll be conveniently located to everything in the Medina as well as an easy pick-up point for any excursions. Breakfast was amazing and freshly prepared in front of me each day!!

Logement très beau et très bien situé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Petit bémol pour la climatisation un peu bruyante pour les nuits. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et la terrasse très bien aménagée. Et le bassin sur les toits un gros plus pour les journées d'été !

The Riad is very well located, just a few steps from the souks and the nice cafe Árabe. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We just missed a bit the privacy of the bathroom, as it’s opened and busy separated through wood sticks. We loved the massages and hammam. The terrace is beautiful (it lacks a bit of shadow). The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it lacked a bit of diversity (it was every day the same thing)

Een prachtige riad op een mooie locatie. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en helpt je graag. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker en handig voor als je in de ochtend de deur nog niet uit wilt. Kortom een aanrader!

We had a lovely stay at Bliss. The room was really nice, beautifully decorated and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was especially appreciated. The overall decor of the riad is lovely and it has a really nice atmosphere. Just a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests: there is no TV & fridge in the room, which we expected and didn’t mind, but it’s worth knowing in advance. One small suggestion regarding check-in: we arrived around 8pm after a long journey and were keen to drop our bags, freshen up and head out for dinner. We were kindly invited to sit in the courtyard and were offered tea and biscuits while our passports were taken for check-in, which we appreciated as a lovely gesture of hospitality. That said, after a long journey, we were quite tired and hungry, so it would perhaps have been helpful to be able to go straight to the room first and settle in, with the tea and biscuits offered afterwards. It’s a very minor point, but something that might make the arrival experience even smoother for guests arriving later in the evening. The riad is right in the middle of the souks. The gates can close later in the evening, and Google Maps doesn’t always factor this into its directions, so you may end up being directed towards a closed entrance. Be cautious of anyone offering directions in the souks, people will offer to help and expect money afterwards. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the room and riad were beautiful.

Chambres et hôtel propres, dommage qu'il y avait des petits visiteurs avec nous dans la Chambre (des blattes 🦗), et la piscine (ou plutôt le pediluve) de la terrasse était un peu sale (☹️). À part ça, l'emplacement est parfait et le personnel était au top, merci a eux !
