Staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast was much tastier than the usual offerings at hotels. Room and hotel were very clean. The outside pool is heated and lots of room for gathering outside and inside. The only thing I would add to this hotel is a hot tub!!

Good stay in Medford. Having a couple of EV stations would be super helpful. Gym area had nice, clean equipment and good space. Breakfast was a good experience and it was nice that service staff actually greets you.

Actually was pleasantly surprised. 3-year-old Hotel very good facilities overall excellent service food was better than expected and prices were reasonable especially at happy hour. Pool area was nice, clean, well kept. Really not a bad thing to say at all. Good place to come for families or just couples. We found time where there weren't kids everywhere and other times we enjoyed watching them play as well

Would stay here whenever passing through Medford. Greeted warmly, efficient check in, good casual restaurant on site, clean, comfortable, spacious room (booked the suite). Coffee and water bar in lobby. Pool looked great but too cold on our trip (although it was heated and open). Nice landscaping. Fitness center had everything needed. Only small negative for us was no EV charging and not really near anything, but the great far outweighs that for us. We will be back.

The facility is outstanding, clean neat new modern the staff at the desk is also very very professional. Very nice. It was a pleasant experience. Overall their dining was limited but was extremely good. The pool area is beautiful well-maintained well highly recommend would stay there every time I went through Medford.

Overall great. The only a couple of weird things that happened with the room - the comforter had some weird chocolate-looking stuff on it, which I'm hoping was chocolate... We called the hotel staff and they were able to replace that and sheet. We also found a piece of gum on the window sill that a threw away with a napkin. The room looked like it was super clean on the surface level, but wasn't as clean as we thought. However, we bring our own wipes to wipe down the room with.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always look forward to returning. It is exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is exceptionally good with a large variety. The amenities are great including a wonderful outdoor pool. The staff was most helpful and I always look forward to returning again.

Compass MV is like a mini resort located in Medford. I like it bc I come down once a mo to visit my grandson and it feels like I’m not in Medford. It’s the only hotel w a nice pool and outdoor area, they have a decent food menu, breakfast and bar if you drink and the atmosphere is upbeat. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and new and beds comfortable. There is a mini fridge in room and filtered water/ice on each floor. What I WISH they had: a microwave in room to reheat food, a bathtub for my 2 yr old. He slipped mult times in the shower and it’s hard to bathe him. The TV isn’t smart so there are no streaming apps, you can’t airplay from your phone either, however, You can cast Netflix from you phone.

The bathroom wasn't great. Only one side of shower actually had a door, so it was a little cold in there (breezy). Also no sort of nightlight, which was odd for a hotel where the layout is unfamiliar. The tropical theme was a little odd in the area.

My major issue was with the room. The bed was hard as a rock. I ended-up sleeping on the sofa. The AC unit would only go as low as 64 degrees and barely affected the "living room" of the suite. Windows could not be opened which caused the room to be stuffy - not good sleeping conditions. The shower head was SOOOOO high that we couldn't reach to adjust the flow. With thick hair, it was a tedious process to wash and rinse. The layout of the room was nice, everything was brand new and very clean. Oh, and the bar area closed at 10pm with not much else open in the area.

Our room was next to the elevator and it was so noisy until 11:00 PM and then the noisy started again at 6:00 AM. the people are noisy but worse than that was the noise of the elevator that you can hear in the room. If you want a relaxing place to stay - do not stay here!

Staff was amazing. Common areas great, but noisy. Floors are laminate with little to no insulation between floors. Definitely get a top floor or listen to upstairs neighbors stomping in morning and night. Also tremendous hall noise. Slamming doors and kids running down hallways banging on doors.

I live the atmosphere, bar and food onsite is a positive. Just confused where this “resort” is at. No hot tub, pool is average sized, no slides into the pool for the kids, the breakfast is definitely better than most but not amazing. The rooms are clean and new (the showers are shortsighted with no way to close off the rest of the bathroom so water gets everywhere) the gym is also good compared to other hotels but also nothing mind blowing. I just feel like at the end of the day it’s an above average hotel no better than a Hilton with nothing I can say is “resort”.

My only concern is the size of the room with 2 queens and a bankbed is as same as a room with one king bed. Why the latter is specios, the former is hard to walk around. I think they need to stop offering rooms for 6 of this size.

The room was very clean. The bed wasn't as soft as I prefer but it was fine for a night. Water pressure wasn't great. There were some noisy kids running up and down the hallway but we told the front desk and they were on it. The front desk was wonderful and very accommodating.

The staff was extremely accommodating and met every one of my requests with a smile. There is a fridge and Keurig in the room, no microwave. Bottled water and water in the lobby are available, towels at the pool are provided, breakfast rings until 1030am (thank you!). A/C works like a champ. Everything closes at 10pm. EVERYTHING (except the gift shop lol)- No pool, no food, no bar, no fire pits. I did experience extremely noisy families running up and down the hall before 8am on Saturday and Sunday. The doors to the hallways are NOT soundproof. Please families, you are not at home. Be considerate. Also at the pool, your group is not the only one there. Share the space instead of letting your preteens take over half the space doing flips into the (shallow) pool. Cabana use is $150 + $150 in food and drinks (yikes unless there are 10 of you). There were spots of sunscreen literally floating like oil slicks in the pool - not unexpected but eeww. The pool area is relatively small and next to a large (unused) lawn area. An adults only pool in that area would be better use of the space.

The property is nice. It was our second stay. The check in/front desk needs a lot of work. Their system seemed to either be glitching, not working or their staff is clearly in need of training. I was told my 3 reservations were good to go and cleared on my first day. Then they couldn’t find them the next, day. The next day, they were not linked or paid for. I was called in the middle of the day to check out of my room on day 2… I was asked to leave my wedding day preparations to come back and check in- again. They insisted on a time frame. It was very inconvenient and unnecessary. This could have been such an easy process but they chose to inconvenience the guest instead of communicate with their staff first.

The hotel was nice, we loved the look of it. It was clean. Checking in went fine. Joseph in the restaurant was very nice to us. Gloria in the restaurant / bar area was not! My husband, myself and our son had lunch and then went to the pool. I asked Gloria 3 times for to take our drink order and she kept saying she would be back and then would walk past me and take another persons order. My son went and asked her to take our order and she said she would be rite over and then did the same thing again. I felt like she was ignoring us on purpose. She was very disappointing.

This hotel was a delight from check in to check out! The staff is top notch for friendliness and anticipation of needs. The hotel appears to be new or meticulously maintained. The rooms are clean and beautiful! Breakfast was beyond industry standard! Thanks for an awesome stay!

The staff at this hotel are legit problematic. The hotel itself was clean, new etc. And I have stayed her a number of times on business trips with no problems until this last visit. To say they behaved bizarrely is an understatement. It all started on the second day of my stay with a request to leave a card for incidentals, I informed they already had and had the "hold" on my credit card statement to prove it. I thought this was the end of it. Oh no, throughout the evening of the second night the staff proceeded to continually wake me up in the middle of the night demanding that I get dressed and come down immediately to take care of "my incidentals". It escalated from phone calls to banging on my door. It really felt dangerous and more like a mafia shakedown than a legitimate request. I repeatedly asked to be left alone, repeatedly told them I had already given them my card. They would not be disuaded - apparently the $40 I owed has to be paid in the middle of the night OR ELSE. BTW this is the first review I have ever left for a hotel, I normally cannot be bothered but folks need to know about this place.

I stay here almost every time I come to Medford. I work late when I am in the area and they have a restaurant that is open late. It is also clean and bright.

Nice clean, fresh, comfortable hotel room. The staff were very courteous. Parking was easy. It was nice that they had a restaurant on site. It was not in a walkable area, but parking was easy.

Would stay here whenever passing through Medford. Greeted warmly, efficient check in, good casual restaurant on site, clean, comfortable, spacious room (booked the suite). Coffee and water bar in lobby. Pool looked great but too cold on our trip (although it was heated and open). Nice landscaping. Fitness center had everything needed. Only small negative for us was no EV charging and not really near anything, but the great far outweighs that for us. We will be back.

Perfect location to airport, Jacksonville, wineries galore, sports, etc... nice pool and amusements, excellent comp breakfast daily, nice dining and bar options available too. Very clean w/super staff.

Quick trip as I was down for surgery so it was close to the hospital and easy for my husband to come visit me. Very nice as usual. He loves the breakfast, so much variety.

The staff was extremely accommodating and met every one of my requests with a smile. There is a fridge and Keurig in the room, no microwave. Bottled water and water in the lobby are available, towels at the pool are provided, breakfast rings until 1030am (thank you!). A/C works like a champ. Everything closes at 10pm. EVERYTHING (except the gift shop lol)- No pool, no food, no bar, no fire pits. I did experience extremely noisy families running up and down the hall before 8am on Saturday and Sunday. The doors to the hallways are NOT soundproof. Please families, you are not at home. Be considerate. Also at the pool, your group is not the only one there. Share the space instead of letting your preteens take over half the space doing flips into the (shallow) pool. Cabana use is $150 + $150 in food and drinks (yikes unless there are 10 of you). There were spots of sunscreen literally floating like oil slicks in the pool - not unexpected but eeww. The pool area is relatively small and next to a large (unused) lawn area. An adults only pool in that area would be better use of the space.

Great stay! The pool area is inviting and reasonable happy hour offerings. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Friendly and helpful staff. We will be back in the future.

This hotel is relatively new. It’s clean , and our room was great. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Well stocked room. Friendly staff and a very convenient location. I will say that the coffee in the room is absolutely terrible. And breakfast was a little lacking.

the "complimentary" breakfast buffet is far better than any other I've ever eaten at the hotels that cost 100 bucks less. it has a spacious lobby with tons of seating and what passes as a bar. again, both way superior to any hotel that costs 100 bucks less. this is a great hotel, but maybe next time I'll spend a few dollars more since I was already in for 250. the staff was great, and if you're into gambling and golfing then you couldn't be any closer to a casino and a golf course.

This is definitely a family hotel. Not a quiet stay. Nothing special about the pool but restaurant and bar pool side was nice. There weren't any adult only sections, so the noise of happy energetic children was part and parcel. The noise went well into the night. I would have loved it as a young mother looking to have fun and entertain my kids at the same time. As an empty nester, not so much. Clean and comfortable but didn't really live up to the price.
