Modern 4 BR Near Downtown, Zoo

This was a fantastic space for a group of friends to stay and hang out in! We would totally stay here again if we are in Dallas again. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, and I am so grateful for their flexibility as I added guests after booking. We would have given it 5-stars all around, however cleanliness was 4 stars because half of the glassware was visibly dirty and just needed some washing. They were totally fine for use after washing, though!

Had a great time but the house smelled awful when we got there. Trash wasn't changed and it stunk. There was vomit outside the back door and we had to jump over it to get to the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot. Jets didn't work well and the water was dirty. Lots of gun shots going off around us all night. 👀 Won't rent again.

appon arriving there was trash in the front yard and back yard, i immediately took pictures and sent them to the owner. i had previously let the owner know i wanted to use the pool soccer, and volleyball court but when i arrived neither of them were set up. there was some pretty expensive fees especially for cleaning. while all the rooms we are very put together, there were multiple things that were left out or not cleaned properly like the grill in the backyard and I had also let the owner know that I wanted to use that before hand. multiple things were broken in the bathroom and in the kitchen. there was no sponge for us to wash the dishes. none of the doors in the house locked properly, so anyone could get in. the freezer on the right side was broken and my ice cream melted :( . the tree in the back yard was collapsed and the back wooden fence was broken and just covered with a wire gate.

Absolutely beautiful home, lots of games and room to have fun. Would book again
