Apres reflexions on est tres decus... l'arrivee en cours de nuit suite pb avion a ete difficile avec les codes qu'il a fallu interpreter suivant une traduction et descriptif inadapte... meme la commande de l'ascenceur est capricieuse sans compter les boutons electriques qui repondent a vos solicitations de facon capricieuse... Dommage pour un tel etablissement qui devrait avoir un minimum d'humanite.. par contre on a eu la chance d'etre depanne 3 fois par des usagers de l'etablissement qui le connaissait bien et s'en gaussait de ses defauts... Un proces plus simple d'arrivee serait le bienvenu notament en specifiant bien toutes les touches incriminees, en parlant d'acces aux chambres par ascenseur et non par batiment etc...

Bien placé, bien aménagé. Seul bémol : check-out à 11h00, c'est un peu tôt (surtout que la femme de ménage entre dejà dès 10h45 dans la chambre pour bien vous faire comprendre qu'il n'y aura pas de rab...). Dommage car tout le reste était parfait !

Her er ingen reception og intet personale, så man skal selv checke ind og ud online. God beliggenhed og super værelse, men elevatoren er helt håbløs.

The location was perfect and made it incredibly easy to explore Berlin. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the facilities were excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out, was smooth and well organized, which made our stay completely stress-free. We would be delighted to stay with you again on our next visit and will gladly recommend your accommodation to others.

Ok first up this is not a hotel with a human at the front desk, this is more of an air b/b but you don't really know who you are dealing with on the hotel side, you never get the feeling that you where in contact with anyone, yes e-mails where exchanged but it felt remote and cold. The room was very clean, when we booked the room we had asked for a room not on the street side but on the courtyard side, that request went nowhere and we got a room on the street side, now would not be a problem if the room had A/C it does not, we where given a fan and ear plugs. not really effective. our first night we had a pillow per person, yes just one and it was very thin, we did email the hotel and another thicker one was on the bed the next day. as far as shampoo and soaps we where just given a bottle of body wash, so bring your own. as far as the location, for us it was wonderful and safe, public transport almost at the front door and lots of places to dine within a 15 minute walk.
