Came to Moab for a 2-night stay and couldn’t be happier with our choice of lodging. The bungalows are roomy, well taken care of and comfortable. The property is top notch too. There is a coffee shop on site for our early morning outings and the pool area was peaceful and just right at the end of a long day.

We were all very happy with the elegance and roominess of the townhouse. There was plenty of room for all eight of us. The dining room was wonderful with a table for eight. The swimming pool and spa were clean and uncrowded. We loved the view of the bluff behind the pool area. We enjoyed the hammocks, clean spring water in a manmade creek and corn hole in the park. The shade and grassy area made the park inviting. We were invited at check in to visit the ice house and use ice even to fill our ice chest. We were given some coupons to use for coffee and treats at the main office. We all enjoyed the morning treats. All members of the staff were helpful and friendly. I called ahead of our visit and asked for directions as to where to park for check in etc. These directions were very helpful. The garage was great for keeping our car cool. The entire facility was immaculate. We look forward to returning. I used GPS to be sure to locate the correct place to turn into the grounds. We could not have enjoyed our trip more.

This is a lovely property! Beautiful, quiet and calm. The meadow and pool area were a great respite from the heat of the afternoon. Bed was great and the room had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

Stayed in a king cabin and was wonderful. The cabin and view were awesome. But we were really surprised by the pool and meadow area. They’ve done a great job integrating an actual spring into it. Lovely property and experience.

Gorgeous! Construction a bit annoying. Didn’t think they’d be going at it on Sunday. But they quit when they said they would and I guess they need to get it done. Need closer ice.

The on-site coffee shop was so fun to visit every morning, and the staff was always welcoming and kind. We are so happy to have discovered Moab Springs Ranch, and as frequent Moab visitors, we will be returning! :)

We enjoyed our stay, but wish that the outdoor furniture would have been cleaned. We cleaned it ourselves with rags that were provided. The interior was clean, but the outdoor furniture needs more attention. Check in and check out was very easy. We would stay here again.

Our bungalow had the best bathroom I've ever been in. The office, coffee shop and front patio are ruled by a great, grey house cat named Wizard. The road to under visited and mind blowing Kane's Creek Canyon is virtually across the street. You can look at the red rock, Yosemite-like portal from the patio tables while having pretty good oatmeal and a very good cold brew coffee in the morning. Beautiful water park from springs, with ducks, pool and hot tub, shaded pools. The folks are lovely, I hate raving about this because we want this place for ourselves.

We enjoyed the comfy, clean cabin. Beds were soft. However there were two smaller windows up high that did not have shades to block out light. Kitchenette is small but had the basics to cover our cooking needs. We enjoyed walking the little trail around the property and using the fire pit and complementary wood. Loved having our own mini cabin!

We had a wonderful stay. I would give this property 6 stars. Our bungalow was super clean, modern and well maintained. The shower had both a rainfall and a hand held option plus a soaking tub. Bed was super comfortable. Resort was quiet with a nice meadow to hang out in plus pool and hot tub. Quaint coffee shop with breakfast options was open until 11 am. Close to both parks and Moab, it is a better choice than many of the chain hotels in the area. Highly recommend

The front desk person was extremely helpful and great to talk to. The bungalow was fantastic and surpassed my expectations. Love that rain shower head in the bathroom! The Horse Thief Coffee Shop on premises was great. Good food and wonderful coffee.

Our cabin was wonderful! Well furnished, clean, very comfortable. Very stylish (cabin-style), and suited us perfectly. It was 100 degrees outside, but the AC and ceiling fan kept it cool inside without being noisy.

Loved this place. It’s beautiful and convenient. The only two things that I didn’t like were the road noise while sitting outside and the water pressure while showering was terrible. I would stay here again regardless.

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The staff was amazing from the day I booked my room. They kept in contact with me, gave me options, and made sure I was happy during my stay. They allowed me to do a late check in and even checked on me the next morning to make sure I made it in and that everything was to my liking. We stayed in one of the small cabins and it was so cute and cozy. It had everything you could ask for and was so clean and tidy. It was the off season so it was very quiet, but I loved it. I would recommend staying here to all my friends!!!

Fantastic experience! Check in as easy and they were very attentive. The cabin was excellent. Nice to be able to park close to the entrance. Beds were comfy, room was spacious, and I loved the shower. Would absolutely stay here anytime I come back.

Awesome location in Moab. I don't normally take the time to write long reviews, but this place impressed us. Very quaint and historic site. Modern cabins, very comfy and well appointed. Large bathroom with a rain shower. The grounds are very well kept and easy to navigate. I especially like the effort they put into the binder in the cabin that explains everything about the grounds, the area, things to do, places to eat, and some interesting history. After checking in, they called the room about 15 minutes later to make sure I was all settled - top notch service! Coffee shop in the old historic main building. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location in Moab. I don't normally take the time to write long reviews, but this place impressed us. Very quaint and historic site. Modern cabins, very comfy and well appointed. Large bathroom with a rain shower. The grounds are very well kept and easy to navigate. I especially like the effort they put into the binder in the cabin that explains everything about the grounds, the area, things to do, places to eat, and some interesting history. After checking in, they called the room about 15 minutes later to make sure I was all settled - top notch service! Coffee shop in the old historic main building. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little property that with very nice bungalows. A little bit north of the busy part of Moab so nice and quiet and feels a bit remote, but only maybe half a mile from the restaurants ect….absolutely we will come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Moab Springs Ranch. The bungalow accommodations were perfect and we made full use of the hot tub in March after hiking each day. The Ranch location is perfect - just outside of town and very close to the entrance of Arches NP, River Road, Potash Road and many other area sites. Wizard the cat greeted us whenever we came and went. Oh, and the coffee at Horsethief was great!

Moab Springs Ranch has a great variety of rooms and bungalows, some of which are pet friendly which is really nice when traveling with a dog. Immaculately clean and cozy rooms. Only complaint is the road noise from the highway, but our cabin was closest to the road so if yours in further back into the property it won't be an issue. Staff is very friendly and their property manager, Wizard, excels at his job. Only place we'll stay in Moab!

We were in the cabins, you could hear the trucks on the main road but a small sound machine would have fixed it. I am a deeper sleeper so it didn't affect me. Friendly staff with thorough instructions and a cute coffee shop attached. Parking was a little tight in the top two cabins. Spacious room with potential second bed, large bathroom area. Convenient to parks and downtown. Would love to stay again.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and it was pure bliss. We were in a gorgeous town home - completely clean, quiet, and the most comfortable bed. The on-site coffee shop was so fun to visit every morning, and the staff was always welcoming and kind. We are so happy to have discovered Moab Springs Ranch, and as frequent Moab visitors, we will be returning! :)

Lovely place to stay in Moab. 5 minutes from Arches. Beautiful meadow with stream, hammocks and bbq. Pool and hot in were divine as was the morning coffee from the Horse Thief Cafe. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Moab.

Our bungalow had the best bathroom I've ever been in. The office, coffee shop and front patio are ruled by a great, grey house cat named Wizard. The road to under visited and mind blowing Kane's Creek Canyon is virtually across the street. You can look at the red rock, Yosemite-like portal from the patio tables while having pretty good oatmeal and a very good cold brew coffee in the morning. Beautiful water park from springs, with ducks, pool and hot tub, shaded pools. The folks are lovely, I hate raving about this because we want this place for ourselves.

Came to Moab for a 2-night stay and couldn’t be happier with our choice of lodging. The bungalows are roomy, well taken care of and comfortable. The property is top notch too. There is a coffee shop on site for our early morning outings and the pool area was peaceful and just right at the end of a long day.

The grounds were wonderful, the townhouse was spacious and had everything one might need. I was disappointed with some of the information given about the coffee shop. Flyer said it was open from 6:30-12:30 for grab n go items. I went in a little after 10 am and the girl running the shop almost didn’t allow me to use the coupons I was given to grab a couple items. She seemed put out by the fact that I walked in even though the sign said closed but their front desk had informed me the times were from 8:30-12:30.

I needed a break & was able to book at last minute because in January, the crowds are gone. Love the historically preserved house for check-in. The cabin was perfect. Updated furnishings, high ceilings, kitchenette & bathroom. A bit too cold to sit on porch. Liked facing the red rocks. Coffee shops & grounds closed but don't mind as I enjoy solitude. Not really walkable to town but nothing is too far as Moab is small. Love being so close to Arches & Canyonlands NP plus Dead Horse State Park where we watched sunset. Staff & notebook in rooms helped us decide different activities. Can't wait to come back & explore more. Even though there are a ton of no frills up to fancy lodging, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful property, spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the bungalow was awesome and I would love to return! The best feature about this property has to be the coffee shop! Our family are coffee lovers and usually disappointed in our options when we travel. Horsethief coffee has the best coffee and it’s right on property. Thanks for a great stay!

Grounds and rooms were beautiful. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. The coffee shop on grounds was super convenient. Common grounds such as the pond and pool were great. The location is super close to the restaurant strip in Moab as well as Arches National Park. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Moab.

Our absolute favorite accommodation during our 8-day Utah trip. Only a few minutes away from Arches National Park and close to shops and restaurants. We were in bungalow 29, which is furthest from the road and therefore the quietest. (I would say avoid units 40–45 if you are worried about traffic noise.) Spacious, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped, in like new condition. Small kitchen area with microwave, stove, and coffee machine, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Very comfortable bedding. We particularly liked the patio with a table and chairs—perfect for breakfast/dinner or just drinks. A/C and WiFi worked great. There’s also a pool, which looked lovely, but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Staff were nice. There is no cleaning service for stays shorter than 5 nights, which we didn’t mind at all—replenishments can be requested. Smooth check-in and check-out. Small coffee shop at the entrance with extraordinary coffee and some sweet/savory breakfast options. We appreciated the coupons for the cafe. My only critique is regarding the use of plastic plates and bowls in the rooms. It was a bit odd at a place that’s otherwise so environmentally conscious. (One of the bowls also had food remains in it.) Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back!

Moab Springs Ranch was fantastic! The location was convenient to both Arches and downtown. All the finishings in our deluxe bungalow were high end. We appreciated the small touches too, like towel hooks and plenty of space around the bathroom sink.
