I had surgery nearby and the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, they arranged an early check in and helped me to my room. They were attentive, checked I could see everything I needed, and helped me connect to wifi. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The hotel is quiet. It’s a perfect place for staying if you’re having medical treatment nearby.

All around everything a bit perfunctory, not a lot of heart. Basics provided as required. Good neighborhood. Staff did not have a lot of knowledge about London. Not particularly homey. Adequate,

This hotel is located really good, underground is near, also restaurants and other services. The double room was little and not so comfortable for 2 people. There were 2 hand towels for each person and not 3 (no bigger one).
