Bonito hotel a menos de 5 min andando del centro. Recién reformado y en perfecto estado. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. Habitación amplia y limpia, con un baño perfecto. El desayuno era excelente, propio de un hotel de una categoría superior.

Wonderfully welcoming small family owned and managed hotel. Gregor and his father are so friendly and helpful as are all the staff. We were given room 5 for our 3 night stay which with very large with a separate living area and balcony with a view of the mountains. Decor and furniture are fairly simply but feels quite homely and most importantly bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms, though, appear to have been recently modernised and we had a walk in shower. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Good buffet breakfast is included with cooked to order eggs, if you want them. There is on site parking both outside and in the underground garage and even a small fitness room. The location is just a 5 min walk to bars and restaurants in the small village centre. Excellent place to stay.

This was the most disappointing stay we have had in many years. We paid extra for the incredible mountain views promoted by the hotel and were so excited to stay there as we had read good things. Upon arrival, we are told we had been upgraded, but instead we are given a room with a view of the parking lot. We are told many people dislike slanted ceilings and usually only a wife and husband should share a bed (we were a mother and daughter). We had been in contact with the hotel but they did not bother asking us if we were okay with their decision. To them, an extra bed was an upgrade. They had given our room away to someone staying longer than us. The manager apologised for making assumptions but took no action to rectify or compensate us for not giving us what we paid for despite us asking them several times. The manager has been awful to deal with. Instead of taking responsibility, it feels like they have stolen our money. I encourage all travellers to not support such business practice and book elsewhere. The hotel is also really noisy. I don’t know why they have TVs in the rooms when it sounds like the neighbour’s TV is on in your own room. It was also so loud every time someone walked up and down the stairs. Paper thin walls. Breakfast was okay but should be refreshed more as several hot items were cold and some items had become stale. Nice breakfast staff. This was the only upside to the hotel, but brought little joy in light of how the hotel treated us.
