Clean and big room, was disappointed when I was told I can not go to the spa in the evening of arrival only to realize the next day that bookings are private and I had a sauna and small pool all to myself for an hour. Good parking facilities and decent breakfast.

I actually checked out early Review for Grace Forum Positives The hotel was very cheap. The communal areas were immaculate. Breakfast was a good selection and good quality food Negatives It’s further out than the main centre than I would like to be with poor side walks The hotel rooms aren’t very high quality The bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on cement I ordered food at the hotel bar the evening before I left, although the food was reasonable quality, it took over an hour to arrive even though there was nobody else there. The bar tender, Edmond spent all his time playing on a game on his phone. Even when I went up to the bar he looked up and then finished what he was doing on the game before serving me. The Long Island iced tea wasn’t very nice, I poured most of it away. The rainfall shower was so full of sediment all the water just poured out the middle The shower had lots of mildew in it There was an extremely loud alarm going off in the hallway for around 20 minutes in the night, preventing me from sleeping. The automatic doors to get into the hotel didn’t work properly and twice I had to pull them open just to get in/out

The hotel was fine. The location is a bit of a distance away from the city centre (my fault, not theirs) but the staff were professional and helpful. It is also nice and quiet. My one issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working properly but I wasn't in my room enough to warrant reporting it.

My mom and I stayed here for two weeks during our visit to Yerevan. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the spa was lovely and private — I liked that we could reserve an hour and have the space all to ourselves. Breakfast was basic but good. The beds were extremely firm and could definitely use an upgrade. Housekeeping was disappointing. We often had to ask for fresh towels and sheets, and the bathroom counters were never cleaned during our entire stay. At one point, I even had to grab toilet paper from the janitor’s closet. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and unreliable. The location isn’t ideal if you want to be within walking distance of Republic Square or the Cascade — it’s not in the heart of Kentron. However, Yandex rides were quick, easy, and very affordable, so getting around wasn’t a big issue. What really made the stay better was the staff — they were truly wonderful: kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. Their hospitality stood out and made up for a lot of the hotel’s shortcomings.
