Staff great, but administration is poor and stressful. No point using this platform for booking as you can still be told they are fully booked. Some parts of the building are tired and could do with better maintenance. If looking for one night stay, maybe. But for a longer stay, not really. Its not a relaxed environment. .b

The hotel is lovely, with great water pressure and light. The AC was not particularly strong, but the room had a nice temperature regardless. Also, we were on the 5th floor and we were able to hear the noise (music) from the rooftop. Just be aware.

The room was dirty, no towel (I had to request for this), the AC wasn’t cooling. Cockroaches in the room and to cap it all, there was no running water in the morning, I had to use bottled water to shower. I was told they’re pumping water but I couldn’t wait because I needed to go to the airport. And the noise from the hotel is almost at the level of a night club especially if your room was on the 6th floor like mine. It was a terrible experience overall.
