Séjour très agréable.Appartement propre et bien situé: restaurants et bars à 300m, plage à 600m. Piscine agréable et propre. Le personnel très sympathique et disponible.

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel, y compris et surtout le au manager. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 1h du matin,, assez épuisé après un retard de 3h de notre vol, et 1h d'attente pour la location de voiture. Le check-in a été un véritable calvaire, il semble que ma réservation ait été mal "faite". J'ai soit disant renseigné 0 an l'age de ma fille, alors qu'elle en a 16 ans. Le réceptionniste nous a complètement démoralisé pendant plus d'une heure, nous annonçant en premier un supplément de 190e/nuit, puis trouvant une astuce pour arranger les choses, pour nous rappeler 15mn plus tard dans notre chambre en nous explicant malgré le pour boire donné qu'il ne pouvait rien faire sauf d'en parler au manager. Cela nous a fait coucher quand même à 3h30 du matin avec beaucoup d'inquiétude. Le lendemain, cela nous a pris à peine 10mn avec le manager pour trouver une solution acceptable. Hormis ce check-in désastreux, le séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Réception h24 nous sommes arrivée vers 2h du matin à cause d’un retard de vol. Sont très à l’écoute. J’ai apprécié le fait qu’ils essaient de parler français. A 10 min de la plage. Restos proches supermarchés proches. Sont très à l’écoute

Spacious but very basic. The buildings are all tired and need a refurb. We stayed in block 3 which was by the road and it’s noisy. You can hear traffic from the bedroom even with the AC on. There’s no lift either. Lacked essentials like a kettle, condiments ie salt pepper etc. did get a kettle off housekeeping eventually after asking. Theres a safe in the room but its an extra €4 per day to rent it. Only one spare pillow in cupboard. Got another from reception but no cover. The duvet didn’t have a cover either, you had to use the sheet on the bed which didn’t fit it right. Balcony walls grotty. Kids at pool were annoying; noisy throwing a ball about, splashing guests etc and left unsupervised - I’m sure they were the maintenance/ground staff’s kids as they knew them well and spoke same language (not Spanish more like Moroccan Arabic or something). All for kids playing etc but this was OTT and you couldn’t relax. Location was good and reception staff were friendly and upbeat. Overall it wasn’t worth the money paid, and it meant our hols started on a downer. I’d do more research and stay somewhere else nearby as the area is sound and on the quieter side of the bay.
