The listing has false information. It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property has extremely poor communication. Thankfully after hours on the phone, I was able to cancel and get a refund.
