I can't say there was anything we don't like about this place. Everything was fantastic. The whole place and the staff was so inviting and great. It is even within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The gift shop was so cute and very reasonable priced.

The staff at the front desk could be friendlier and more welcoming, I get the sense that they might be short-staffed? The room was pretty clean, beds were comfortable, very quiet, nice decor, but there was a tear in my quilt and one corner of the fitted sheet didn’t tuck under completely so it was not staying under the mattress. The bath soap was cracked in pieces. I observed dust on the floor and a piece of candy on the carpet from a prior visitor. These are not big things independently but multiple things overlooked start to add up and leave a less than optimal impression. But maybe the cleaning staff is short on personnel as well. They don’t make up the rooms each night which is fine for me, but we only had 2 caffeinated K-cups for our 2 nights. Perhaps offer more k-cups at check in if the customer stays more than 1 night. Maybe a lot of demand of a Best Western? I’m not familiar with this brand’s customer service. I did like the Christian elements around the hotel and the nice man working on the exterior just outside the front door who warmly greeted me as I entered.

This is a standard hotel. Very clean. Nice people on staff. With 2 or 3 hockey teams and a bible convention group it was very full yet still very quiet. What I didn't like was they have really no gathering space for groups as the lobby was small and they shut the lights off at 10. If you are in the area, know there is not many options past 10 for food. Plan accordingly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating when I realized I had not booked enough nights - they were able to make it so I could stay in the room I was in even though it was MY mistake. It was very quiet and welcoming. Siren is a small town, but they are within walking distances to many shops and places to eat.

A best western like no other. This Best Western in the small community of Siren, WI was a bit of a haven for my family and I following an accident in this corner of Wisconsin. Finding ourselves stranded without our vehicle, we chose this hotel as our launching point for our return trip home and not only was it a great, clean and charming hotel, with its cabin like feel, but most importantly to us, the staff was above and beyond helpful getting us sorted out and on our way home, going so far as to offer to drive us to a not so nearby town in Minnesota where we could catch transportation to Minneapolis airport to fly back home. They made the world of a difference for my sons and I starting mere minutes after our accident and if you ever find yourself in this corner of Wisconsin, be sure to look this place up and stay a night or more at their wonderful establishment. For those with kids, pool was great as well and is open all day. Thanks again guys, we will forever be grateful!

The property was in a nice spot and was a nice hotel. Our issue was we booked this a few months earlier on Expedia and chose the pay at property option.When we arrived it was $50 more than what we booked it for online. With 2 rooms booked that was $100. The prices were already very high for the location. The staff said there was nothing she could do about it, even though I had the paperwork printed out with the quoted price, we would have to contact Expedia or the manager. At 10 pm we didn't have any other options but to pay it and stay there. When I talked with Expedia they said they would contact the manager and try to resolve this discrepency. After a week of trying Expedia said the manager would not call back or work with them to resolve this discrepency :( very disappointing! Will not stay here again.

This is a standard hotel. Very clean. Nice people on staff. With 2 or 3 hockey teams and a bible convention group it was very full yet still very quiet. What I didn't like was they have really no gathering space for groups as the lobby was small and they shut the lights off at 10. If you are in the area, know there is not many options past 10 for food. Plan accordingly.

Loved the interior. It truly expresses the north woods. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was really nice.

Great pool & gym, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a stay at a hotel! Beautiful cozy room. Clean everywhere! Smelled good, like Christmas, throughout the hotel. Cute little gift shop too.

Enjoyed the property greatly. Very quaint log-cabin style hotel. Easy access and nice rooms. Breakfast was good and the staff had excellent manner.

Everything was lovely. Relaxing ambiance starts outside and continues throughout the space. Very clean and well maintained and very helpful staff. Small breakfast area, but was very efficient and kept up.

Amazing room and really great breakfast. We used the hot tub too and enjoyed it. The elevator was out though and the steps are hard on my parents. Their ADA room was on the second floor! I hope management is on that repair quickly. We will be back - great summer stay.

Well. If you can find the entrance to the parking lot around the street construction. It's pretty good for Siren. Really poor planning for the street construction. It's literally in front of the building and all the entrances.
