IFSC Townhouse Apartments

Kommunikasjonen var tilnærmet ikke eksisterende før vi ankom kontoret deres. Jeg måtte jobbe for å få kontakt med de. Innsjekkingen er innviklet, kontoret er langt unna leilighetene. 30 minutter gange for å være eksakt. Leiligheten var svært skitten og dårlig støvsugd. Leiligheten så heller ikke ut som på annonsen og stod ikke til forventningene.

En otrolig varm lägenhet som gjorde att man var tvungen att sova med öppet fönster och på utsidan lätt det konstant … Så installera ac hade löst situationen. Incheckningen låg 2 km från lägenheten och tog onördigt med tid samt man fick 1 nyckel på 5 personer vilket skapa lite problem .. Rummet och lägenhet annars fräsch och låg i hyfsat bra läge i Dublin.

We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed in. The unit has no views. It was an interior unit that looks only into courtyards. It was dark because it was on the first floor and the perimeter units towered over us. The only sunlight that came in was a reflection off of other apartment windows. The air freshener system malfunctioned & needed repair as it beeped every 10 seconds. The washing machine broke. We tried to spend as little time there as possible. The only thing I can say that is positive is that it’s located on a LUAS line.

We enjoyed our stay at IFSC apartments. We felt very safe in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The dryer part on the washer/dryer combo didn’t completely dry our clothes but luckily there was a drying rack in the apartment to use. We did appreciate the washer in the room to do laundry during our stay. We liked that the property was very close to the tram stop and to a tesco. Everyone we encountered from the help desk on property to the key pick up location to the customer service emails and calls prior to our trip were so incredibly helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Dublin and hope to visit again one day!
