It was a good, safe place to stay for the night. The pool area was nice. The beds were good. It's nothing fancy, but I wasn't looking for fancy... just a reasonably priced place to stay for a night. Staff was friendly.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. The pool, however, was not usable at the time of our stay. I would recommend this Motel as a good place to stay. Check the status of the pool before you expect to swim though.

It was the greatest experience that we've had in eureka springs so far! We stay there a few times a year ! Best hotel so far ,! The owner Lou and her husband are the nicest people you'll ever meet they made us feel like family! It was very clean and the pool was great! They are coming to AZ to see us at Christmas! Not only did we have a great stay we made some new friends ! Highly recommend staying there !

Definitely not worth $113.00 ceiling has mold, cob webs, lot of dust. floors were nasty and bedding had not been washed. The overall cleanliness was just disappointing.

The lobby never once opened on time during my stay so don’t depend on the morning coffee or breakfast if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. TV didn’t work my first night and WiFi didn’t work half of the time. I will say, the people that worked the desk were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The air conditioner in the room did not work very well. We went and bought an ice chest and filled it with ice and got a fan from the office and place the fan next to the ice to blow the cold air. Because this was July, it was HOT! The people that run, the motel are very nice very kind and very pleasant. They would have their way to help us and get us as comfortable as possible. The rooms are dated. It is old but clean.

This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. Unassuming on the outside, FANTASTIC on the inside. Thanks Shane and Lu. You’re THE BEST.

Had dirty mattresses sitting out, tv did not work half the time and the room had 1 plug in for yourself to use. They don’t serve anything for breakfast other than granola bars, they had a bunch of trash thrown into one of the entrances and the staff was rude towards us.

Stayed here for a girls weekend. However we got to the property and the office messed up our reservation that was booked in August. Instead of a 2 Queen bed room we were given a King Room. And because the property was sold out already due to a lot of different things going on in town they could not change our room. They only offered a $20 credit for THEIR error and of course since pretty much every other place in town was already sold out we didnt really have a choice were we stayed. They just kept apologizing and of course it didn't matter because THEY were the ones to screw up the reservation.I definitely would recommend calling this place if you do stay here to double check you have the correct room type that you paid for and requested. I do know I will not be staying here again!!!

I booked a king bed with jacuzzi tub.. after getting there I was told they gave it to another person and I Would get 2 beds they put me in the very back dark area my room smelled my door lock was broken.. and no one in town had another room because of bike rally so I payed much more for the room than what was on line and got a less valve room only so the hotel could make more money.. I want a reimbursement for at least one night

Pro’s = front desk clerk nice and helpful, room was clean, some updates, shower okay. AC worked great. Towels were nice. Con’s= bed pretty hard, sheets not great. Neighbor thought our patio area was his, smoked there all the time, left his can of cigarette butts. Pool area looked nice. They had breakfast but we did not go have anything. Back of building could use some work. Careful pulling out onto road, on a corner and hill, hard to see cars coming.

This is a great stop for bikers traveling through Eureka Springs. they were very noisy but also respected the Quite hours of the hotel from 10pm-8am. so they weren't overly disruptive. the other draw back was the closeness to the highway intersection. truck breaks were going all hours of the night one of the nights we were there and i didn't sleep at all that night lol the staff are amazing though! very pleasant and they care about their customers. so if road noise doesn't bother you then you'll be well cared for :)

This is a mom and pop hotel one of the best hotels that I’ve ever been in traveling with my family. Every morning, the owners of the hotel with greet you with a smile, and always willing to help you with anything that you needed. The breakfast was great, the service was great. All I can say everything was great. I would highly recommend anyone coming to this area to book this hotel. You will not regret it one bit. The rooms everything was clean. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was so good that makes you want to stay longer and come back. With other hotels people just do it as a service because they get paid here they want to police. Which makes a difference.

This is a mom and pop hotel one of the best hotels that I’ve ever been in traveling with my family. Every morning, the owners of the hotel with greet you with a smile, and always willing to help you with anything that you needed. The breakfast was great, the service was great. All I can say everything was great. I would highly recommend anyone coming to this area to book this hotel. You will not regret it one bit. The rooms everything was clean. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was so good that makes you want to stay longer and come back. With other hotels people just do it as a service because they get paid here they want to police. Which makes a difference.

Misrepresentation about a hot tub in Expedia advertisement.No ice ice machine broken.Continental breakfast as usual a joke.Stage three days never had any room service and was told we don’t do that.Probably will not recommend staying there.

Had dirty mattresses sitting out, tv did not work half the time and the room had 1 plug in for yourself to use. They don’t serve anything for breakfast other than granola bars, they had a bunch of trash thrown into one of the entrances and the staff was rude towards us.

The lobby never once opened on time during my stay so don’t depend on the morning coffee or breakfast if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. TV didn’t work my first night and WiFi didn’t work half of the time. I will say, the people that worked the desk were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Family owned with excellent quality of service. The family is constantly working on updating the rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was only a quick service breakfast so do not expect a full breakfast. They had plenty of choices though for a quick service breakfast. I would highly recommend.

My classmates and I came down for The Passion Play and stayed here. It was terrific! The owners were delightful and helpful. Nice breakfast bar too. Convienetly located. We’ll stay there again if we go back😊

Room was clean and well presented. The owners/staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable. Only thing I would change is to have a fan to circulate air in the room, we visited when it was cold, so we had the heat running which made the air dry. Overall, a very enjoyable visit, we'll come again.

Owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will make sure to stay there again. We normally go to Eureka Springs every year and the other place we normally stay at would only take us if we here staying for three nights and we were only staying for two nights. Glad I pick a good place!

The bedroom smelled terrible. My significant other helped me lift the mattress. We didn’t see any alive bedbugs. On the bed skirt you could see where some had been previously killed.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms comfortable and clean. The only negative aspect was the check in area was so messy and unorganized looking. . .papers all over the place behind the counter.

Our stay was fantastic! The environment was very quiet, and the interaction with the hotel owners was very, very wonderful. They are super nice! The pool was very relaxing. Our room was clean and we slept very sound. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! I cannot stress enough of how we were made to feel welcome here!
