Helt okej hotel om man är där en heldag för att njuta av deras fina spa. Men som hotellrum på genomresa är det inte prisvärt. Slitna rum som är gamla för det priset. Dock trevlig personal och god mat samt fin miljö ute.

Après un séjour inoubliable au Bivouac de Napoléon, je dois rendre hommage à ce qui se fait trop rarement en Suisse : un service véritablement attentionné et une équipe d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Du moment de l’arrivée au départ, chaque membre du personnel incarne une hospitalité sincère et généreuse. Ce ne sont pas des gestes robotisés, mais une véritable bienveillance qui change la qualité de l’expérience. C’est rare de trouver une telle harmonie entre convivialité et professionnalisme — une qualité qui disparaît malheureusement dans de nombreux établissements suisses. La carte et le menu sont excellents. Nous avons savouré une cuisine traditionnelle savoyarde-valaisanne généreuse et savoureuse, mettant en valeur les produits régionaux avec talent. Chaque plat révèle du soin et de la passion culinaire. Au-delà de la qualité gastronomique, c’est avant tout cette atmosphère chaleureuse et ce dévouement du personnel qui feront que nous reviendrons. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle parenthèse en montagne. À recommander sans hésiter.

So freaking cute. No A/C but renovated bathrooms. Hosts were the best part, staff included. Everybody was so kind and willing to help where possible. Dinner was okay - expensive for low quality steak but no other options in the area really. Breakfast underwhelming but on par with other options for the area. Bus is sparse so prepare properly. No real check out time but they prefer 10-11 am, the former higher desired so they have more time to flip the room. Reminded me of staying at my grandparent’s house in the best way.

In general it was good, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast simple, is a continental breakfast, you get full. I don't smoke and I noticed people smoked inside of the property. My view was parking view wirh partial mountain. Bathroom very nice, room confortable. Is no closet, where you hang clothes is limited just for few items. Winter jackets to be hang is difficult due the low height. Furnitue old but is a cute property.
