We had a 2 bedroom Villa with private pool. There was a third bedroom in the house, we asked for access and got it immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly and everything went smooth. Breakfast was lovely. The Villas are a bit old, but the value for money is incredible. The location is perfect. We are very satisfied and will come back.

Love the layout of the villas and the pool was great. The rooms are massive. The villa has 3 bedrooms but we only had access to one give we were a purple. The place unfortunately needs a lot of work and we had issues daily with the toilet and shower, The staff were very responsive to any queries or help. The location is perfect close walk to Seminyak square

The breakfast is really good and they always let you pick what you want and at what time it should be served (if you stay more than 5 nights they give you one free floating breakfast). The pool is giant, great for swimming any time of the day or night. The villa is 100% private. The staff is super friendly and quick to help with whatever is needed. The villa is cleaned on a daily basis (if you want) at the time you want. Now, the villa itself is a bit rundown and has definitely seen better days when it was newer, they have a critical problem with maintenance and keeping things neat and updated. Personally we didn’t have anything malfunctioning during our stay, but if you want a very modern and actually luxurious place, than this might not be the best option for you.
