A unica coisa desse hotel é a Localização. As instalações deixam a desejar, os funcionários nao fazem o mínimo para ajudar. O chuveiro nao funcionava. Depois não havia agua quente, um caos...elevador parou de funcionar e para ter uma toalha tive que pedir por 3 vezes para pessoas diferentes

Clean rooms with great ventilation and power backup Excellent hotel for family . It was neat and clean , location was on main road ,all were very helpful and caring. We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Location is perfect beside the Dashashwamedh ghat. Rooms were good. Staff behaviour was good and very helpful. Given us recommendations for things to do & arranged local guides at right price. Parking is Free near the ghats but they arranged for parking and provided pick & drop luggage service.

It's a very good place to stay with family. They arrange your tour along with different tour operators, they have a good restaurant and serve almost everything from breakfast to dinner. They provide excellent room service.Their check in and out time 12-00 noon. If your flight or train timings didn't matching with your hotel's checkout time you may keep your luggage at their separate luggage room and can rest at their big lounge with out any changes. Evening snacks are really excellent. If you are TV addict you may face some problem because the 2 two rooms we stayed found both the TV sets were malfunctioning. They have a good operational lift ( elevator) and they assist aged and wheelchair dependant guest for quite and safe movement. In my opinion it is a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel af Varanasi.

Hotel Sahoo is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Even after confirming one day before that we will arrive in the evening please keep our room ready. On arrival our room were not ready. We have to wait for the room . Our room’s bed sheets & pillow cover were not changed. They were smelly and dirty. You can see hair on them. Our bathroom toilet was broke and water was leaking all over the floor. For two persons only one towel was provided. Even after requesting 2 to 3 times no towels was provided. No toiletries was provided. No bathroom tissues. Even after our request they ignored it.

No hot water until requested. AC is switched off periodically by the staff. Sheets are stained. No towels provided. There is no proper transportation service from this location. Have to walk to get a rickshaw. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I have visited Varanasi many time but my experience at hotel sahu was verst and their premium rooms were like at slum, bedsheet were turned, ac was not working, water supply in washroom was not proper. If their we opinion of negative rating i would be given that. I would like people not to book this property their are many other good property near that location.

I have visited Varanasi many time but my experience at hotel sahu was verst and their premium rooms were like at slum, bedsheet were turned, ac was not working, water supply in washroom was not proper. If their we opinion of negative rating i would be given that. I would like people not to book this property their are many other good property near that location.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

It's a very good place to stay with family. They arrange your tour along with different tour operators, they have a good restaurant and serve almost everything from breakfast to dinner. They provide excellent room service.Their check in and out time 12-00 noon. If your flight or train timings didn't matching with your hotel's checkout time you may keep your luggage at their separate luggage room and can rest at their big lounge with out any changes. Evening snacks are really excellent. If you are TV addict you may face some problem because the 2 two rooms we stayed found both the TV sets were malfunctioning. They have a good operational lift ( elevator) and they assist aged and wheelchair dependant guest for quite and safe movement. In my opinion it is a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel af Varanasi.

i stayed for six days. They cleaned my room and changed linen only once that too after much pursuation. The room was very humid but they won't turn on the A/C. The place is near most places I wanted to visit. It provides the minimum convenience. Will accept my international credit card.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel recently. From start to finish, everything was disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the management was completely unresponsive to any complaints or issues. The cleanliness was awful – the room was dirty, with no effort made to maintain hygiene. No room amenities were provided, not even basic things like toiletries. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed throughout the stay. One of the worst issues was the AC – they kept turning it off, and every time we called to ask, they gave the same excuse of a "power cut." It's very clear they do this intentionally to save electricity, and it happens often. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online – it was smaller, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic facilities. The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the Ghats, but that’s not enough to make up for such a miserable stay. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Property was in bad shape. Very dirty. Bathroom had all kind of problem. The property manager was asking deposit or advance money even though in Expedia web site the property was booked as pay in hotel when check in. The property manager was the most horrible person I had met ever. While traveling he keep asking about money. When we reached hotel there were no towels in bathroom. We were families of 2 groups 4 adults and 4 kids. travelled almost 12 hours, we were expecting clean toilets and at least some towels, but it was just opposite. Toilet was very dirty and smelled very bad. Hotel should give back money if they don’t deliver quality. I paid almost 11,000 INR for 1 night for two rooms and we were expecting quality rooms. Either they charge less if they don’t have facilities or at least mention these horrible situation in hotel rooms so family folks who has kids don’t book this horrible hotel Sahu.

Staff service turnaround time is very slow, in fact I felt they completely ignored the request. At check in, room were missing towels, water bottle, AC was not working. Last day cable was not working because they didn't recharge, and even on request multiple times they didn't recharge at all !!!

Uber / car can't reach to property address as road does not allow non pedestrian traffic. You need to carry your own luggage till property. Bath tub was dirty like it was 100 years old. Outlet water of AC was into a bucket which we need to through out regularly into bathroom.First two floor of building are shops of saree and suit jewellery etc...makes it shady hotel. Smell of dry cement and and mud is everywhere in hotel. Rats are jumping into property here and there If you open window you see an old demolished building right next to you. Before checking hotel sends message that you must pay now if you want to keep your booking which is a violation of payment at property rule. Two days after checkout hotel sends a tarrif bill way more than what you booked for which makes no sense. Expedia customer care says to ignore such messages

No Car is allowed on that road so you need to walk for 3 KMs before your reach the hotel. Rooms are very Dirty and are not same as of pictures. Terrible property. Don’t book! Expedia, please take this property from your recommendation list! Dirty and smelly rooms, bathroom is disgusting and disfunctional. Leaky toilet. No hot water until requested. AC is switched off periodically by the staff. Sheets are stained. No towels provided. There is no proper transportation service from this location. Have to walk to get a rickshaw. I will not recommend it to anyone.
