This is a terrific hotel right in the heart of Covent Garden. Although in a noisy area, nothing could be heard in the room itself. The lobby and room was immaculate and the front desk staff immensely helpful and service oriented. All of their restaurant recommendations led us to affordable and quality nearby places; they even managed to snag a last minute reservation for us one night. Pluses were a Brita water tap right in the room and complimentary wine and Prosecco service from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.

This property was clean and rooms large; excellent AC in the rooms; no restaurant or gym and very small reception area. The location was ok and easy to get around covent garden and theater areas, although there was a high profile mugging in the area while we were there, and it didn’t always feel safe. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. We had a miscommunication about gym passes, please note these are not free and you will be charged. This was the only negative part of our experience, as it was not communicated until checkout that this was an extra fee.

The room was clean and fresh, everything in good working order. I particularly liked the kitchen in the room - Brita water on tap and a fridge. All the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly; they bought us a pint of milk so we had proper tea. No restaurant but an arrangement with an excellent cafe if you’d like breakfast in your room. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little kitchen area, which is perfect for making drinks, even if you don’t want to use it for anything else. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but this is not an issue with so many places to eat.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Covent Garden, so perfect location. We stayed in an executive room, which was perfect. Very comfy bed, and pillows. Small bathroom, but with everything you need, and great shower. All seemed very new so not sure if there has been a recent revamp. Great to have good tea and coffee making facilities, and water on tap. Not an issue to me that they don’t do breakfast, as there are so many places nearby. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Great location with excellent staff to help you out with everything. Room is clean and modern. Shower is great. Lift didn’t work for 3 days but we were on second floor so no worries. No breakfast included. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

Overall a pleasant experience. Close to everything or most things that you’d want to see in London as a tourist. Quite a few restaurants / eateries in close proximity to the property. It is more aptly a bed and breakfast and not so much of a hotel . There is not a real lobby or restaurants on site. They have a check in area with a table and two Loungers and a window bench. That’s pretty much it for Lobby. Rooms are on the very small size. We had two suit cases and if you open both, besides your bed, that’s pretty much the room. Washroom is equally small with a tiny wash basin but has Molton Brown Toiletries. Overall , if you want to be close to the strand, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Covent Garden, Soho, Chasing Cross, shopping and dining but don’t mind extremely small quarters , you be pleasantly surprised. If you are expecting a hotel, especially if you are from North America, you may be disappointed with the size of the room and the toilet.

Hotel was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant but I feel this doesn’t matter due to the fact you are in central London. Rooms are comfortable and have kitchen facilities which is a nice addition. It was also my birthday during the visit, I had mentioned this to receptionist during check in and when I came back from my evening out there was balloons and chocolates waiting. A nice touch.

The hotel was nice. Good location and the staff were very friendly. We were able to check in early which was nice after a long flight. Room was spacious enough and pretty modern. Housekeeping would be my only complaint. Our shower was out of soap and we thought it would be refilled when housekeeping came, but we ended up having to ask at the desk. We also ran out of the hand soap for the sink, which was also never refilled. We ended up just using the soap dispenser from the shower until we left. I would have expected that those were checked each day to ensure guests had enough. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is conveniently located for all your London destinations and has many restaurants, pubs, bars and stores within a one-minute walk. The only nice thing about this property is its location which is super central. Rooms are unbelievably small and not so clean! Bathroom so small and uncomfortable! The wall painting in our room also needed a touch up and the carpet wasn’t clean at all! Overall not so happy with our stay also taking into account the amount they charge per night!!!

We arrived very late they were waiting for us, helped us in with our bags, and gave us a glass of wine which was appreciated after a very long day of travel. Rooms are very clean and have very good amenities. Staff is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just minutes away from a couple of underground stops, and a short walk to Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square, and only about 12 minutes to Big Ben. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with dinner suggestions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great!

The rooms were so soundproof you couldn’t hear anyone in other rooms, hallway, etc. wonderful staff! Walking distance to Buckingham palace, Piccadilly Circus, museums, theatre, shopping. Perfect stay! And…the showers were the best I have ever had at a hotel! Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely Loved this hotel for our stay in London. It was in walking distance to everything including a tube station. Dining all around, shopping all around, landmarks all around, museums all around. It was nice to have a mini kitchen with a mini fridge and microwaves. Plus a sink with filtered water and an Nespresso coffee machine including creamers in the fridge provided by the hotel. The housekeeping took very good care of us. The bathroom was very spacious and we were fortunate to have a room with a bathtub. The beds were so comfortable!

Clean and located in a wonderful place! It was quiet and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was okay however the layout was odd and not ideal. The shelves were occupied with various plates and glassware so you will need to consolidate all the dispersed items before you can stow your luggage.

Rarely leave reviews but this hotel is genuinely worthy of praise. From the moment of arrival and through the stay, every single staff member we met were polite, professional and friendly. It is an unusual thing to have staff that make you feel you are truly welcomed and valued. Room was immaculate, quiet at night and shower was fantastic. The queen bed was a little small for us but I really am nit picking there. Not sure if it has recently been refurbed but the whole place was in 1st class condition. Location was excellent, such a nice thing to only have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel after an evening at the opera house. Would not hesitate in recommended or staying again. If you need a hotel in a central location, you will not be disappointed with this.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary last month and had an amazing stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay enjoyable. The room had a great view of the main street with Christmas lights about to go up and was quiet. The room was a bit on the smaller side but most of our time was spent seeing London anyway. Everything was relatively newly renovated in bathroom which was nice and having the mini kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel also had a pre-dinner drinks/snacks service which was also a nice touch. Everything was within walking distance to Covent Garden and the train. Highly recommend this property and would stay again in London!
We stayed for our wedding anniversary last month and had an amazing stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay enjoyable. The room had a great view of the main street with Christmas lights about to go up and was quiet. The room was a bit on the smaller side but most of our time was spent seeing London anyway. Everything was relatively newly renovated in bathroom which was nice and having the mini kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel also had a pre-dinner drinks/snacks service which was also a nice touch. Everything was within walking distance to Covent Garden and the train. Highly recommend this property and would stay again in London!

We arrived very late they were waiting for us, helped us in with our bags, and gave us a glass of wine which was appreciated after a very long day of travel. Rooms are very clean and have very good amenities. Staff is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and comfort in a fantastic location. I was injured the week before the trip and had to use a cane; the hotel staff moved us to an accessible room, called us cabs, and gave us tips on close by eateries. The hotel could not be better located. We were able to walk to plays, short cab to other attractions and would have been easy tube ride without my walking challenges. We were traveling as a family and felt safe letting the teenager rest while we went to dinner or saw a show. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful or nicer across the board on every shift. Small kitchenette was useful and well designed; beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, which was key for our stay and the room was a good size for downtown London. Just an excellent experience overall.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just minutes away from a couple of underground stops, and a short walk to Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square, and only about 12 minutes to Big Ben. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with dinner suggestions. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great!

The Resident Covent Garden was a wonderful hotel to use as a base of operations for sightseeing in London. Many things - Covent Garden, Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, the City - are all easily walkable from here and there are many MANY eateries, coffee shops, shops and pubs close by as well. In our many stays in London this was the most convenient of all the hotels we stayed in. The staff was amazing, too, and, even though our room looked out on The Strand, it was quiet and very comfortable.

This is a terrific hotel right in the heart of Covent Garden. Although in a noisy area, nothing could be heard in the room itself. The lobby and room was immaculate and the front desk staff immensely helpful and service oriented. All of their restaurant recommendations led us to affordable and quality nearby places; they even managed to snag a last minute reservation for us one night. Pluses were a Brita water tap right in the room and complimentary wine and Prosecco service from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.

The room was clean and fresh, everything in good working order. I particularly liked the kitchen in the room - Brita water on tap and a fridge. All the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly; they bought us a pint of milk so we had proper tea. No restaurant but an arrangement with an excellent cafe if you’d like breakfast in your room. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed for one night with a friend. This hotel is ideally located just off The Strand and round the corner from Covent Garden. So great for shopping, the many theatres and sightseeing. Charing Cross is a very short walk away. The hotel staff were lovely. Really friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and secure. The room is well equipped with everything you need. I didn't expect a microwave or a fridge. Fluffy towels and toiletries are provided. We were offered a complimentary drink in the reception area at 6.00pm which was a really nice touch. Whilst there isn't an onsite bar or restaurant, it really doesn't matter. You have the option of ordering a breakfast which is delivered to your door. Or just pop out, there are plenty of places to choose from. Huge thanks to all for a marvellous stay.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Covent Garden, so perfect location. We stayed in an executive room, which was perfect. Very comfy bed, and pillows. Small bathroom, but with everything you need, and great shower. All seemed very new so not sure if there has been a recent revamp. Great to have good tea and coffee making facilities, and water on tap. Not an issue to me that they don’t do breakfast, as there are so many places nearby. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Great location with excellent staff to help you out with everything. Room is clean and modern. Shower is great. Lift didn’t work for 3 days but we were on second floor so no worries. No breakfast included. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

Absolutely Loved this hotel for our stay in London. It was in walking distance to everything including a tube station. Dining all around, shopping all around, landmarks all around, museums all around. It was nice to have a mini kitchen with a mini fridge and microwaves. Plus a sink with filtered water and an Nespresso coffee machine including creamers in the fridge provided by the hotel. The housekeeping took very good care of us. The bathroom was very spacious and we were fortunate to have a room with a bathtub. The beds were so comfortable!

The staff were very helpful with restaurant and tour suggestions. They have a complimentary happy hour every night. Great location to restaurants and attractions. Room was a bit small but housekeeping did an excellent job. Hotel was a bit pricey but that’s London! I were certainly stay there again!

We stayed 3 nights here and it was our most expensive hotel for our 10-day travels. Rooms were $575 a night, so would think there would be amenities or some nicer aesthetics. No lobby just a check in desk. Very narrow hallways and tiny lift. Rooms were so small and looked out on busy street and Burger King. Staff was incredibly friendly though. Bed was not comfortable, towels were rough and bathroom was tight.good location but not worth the hefty price tag.

If your going to shows or other tourist sites this is a great location. In addition the staff is great the hotel is spotless and the room are a decent size. Lastly the linens are very nice including extra large towels. I absolutely will stay there again.
