The Resident Covent Garden is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. All of the staff were very kind and always went out of their way to help us. The hotel is also in a great location for sightseeing. I would absolutely return to this hotel in the future!

周辺はホームレスが多く、最初は少し緊張しましたが、ホテルのセキュリティがしっかりしており、安心して滞在できました。 スタッフの方々も、外出時や帰館時にフレンドリーに声をかけてくださり、心強かったです。 とにかくアクセスが抜群で、観光の途中で疲れた時や荷物が増えた時、トイレに行きたい時などにすぐホテルへ戻れるのがとても便利でした。周辺にはカフェやちょっとしたスーパーのようなお店も多く、食に関しては抜群の環境です。 部屋には小さなキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあり、デリを温めたり、飲み物の準備ができて便利でした。 アイロン、アイロン台、ドライヤー、スリッパがありました。 私が宿泊した部屋は景色を楽しむタイプではありませんでしたが、その分落ち着いた雰囲気で、個人的には居心地が良かったです。 またロンドンを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ再び宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。

Excellent hotel. The friendly staff were helpful in every way possible from giving suggestions, helping with directions, to booking us a car to bring us to the airport. The central location was great; an easy walk to attractions, historic sites, museums and great restaurants. The room had a kitchen area which was helpful for making morning tea or warming up leftovers and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
