Pros: Accommodation is very near to train/Metro station. That’s the only good part. Cons: Lift is so small that if you have claustrophobia, you’ll not even go in. All pictures on the portals are photoshopped, rooms are very old looking. Tiles are out in the bathroom, you can’t sit on the toilet seat if you have long legs, paint on the walls is coming out from so many places. Please check the pictures.

Bien que la déco soit vieillotte, tout est très propre et le couchage est très bon.Séjour par forte température, sans clim. Heureusement la chambre donne sur une cour au nord ; donc peu de bruit et pas de soleil direct. Jeunes gens très sympathiques à l'accueil et au service du petit déjeuner.

Horrible experience! Please never ever book this property. Wifi is not working, no air conditioning. Very hot, no way can stay there. My family (with my 3 kids) had just checked on Jun 22 and then we decided to leave. The kids cannot stay there at all. Room has bug spray smell. We were told to open the windows to keep cooler. The area and the public transportation are not safe! I talked to front desk and told them that the room conditions is not what we expected, too hot and wifi is not working. The told me they will do the refund. Then we left! But until now…already June 27…we haven’t got refund at all. We booked through Expedia , trying to connect with them, but no one pick up phone, no one reply email. On the website says there is shuttle at airport for pick up, however, there is none.

Mooi ruim appartement. Met de metro zo in centrum Parijs. Veel kleine eetgelegenheden in de buurt (Algerijns / Halal), wel wat aftandse wijk. Hotel biedt ontbijt aan maar er is een bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Pizza / patat ook binnen 1 minuut lopen. Appartement voldeed prima, auto op afgesloten parking (bellen met hotel voor toegang) tegen betaling, prima bedden en sanitair. We verbleven hier met gezin; 2 volwassenen 4 kinderen.

Hotel is located near metro but there is only one escalator in this station. Main street is a bit noisy. Restaurants have various ethnic backgrounds. Two blocks away there are nice cafes, patisserie, wine shop and market square. Evening front desk lady was super helpful. Just ask hair dryer or hot water. Rooms have tv but no safe, fridge nor water pan. Bed was good and room was very clean. There is carpet. Room is very humid during rainy day. There is no a/c. Toilet was very small and shelf was loose so there was no place to lay your stuff. I think this is ok hotel as Paris standard and good with this price.

El personal super amable. Rápidos, todos los días limpiaron el cuarto y serviciales preguntamos sobre dudas como lavandería y transporte y enseguida nos dieron respuesta. A una cuadra del metro que eso es una bendición, sin dudarlo me volvería a quedar.

Le tuyau de douche fuyait Ouverture de la fenêtre très difficile à ouvrir, la serrure est dégradée. Enfin pas d’insonorisation entre les chambres. J’entendais la TV de la chambre voisine.

L'hôtel est bien situé, nous donnant accès à différents moyens de transport pour découvrir la ville. Restaurant aux alentours ce qui est qu'à même chouette. Personnel accueillant Chambre propre. Bémol pour le lit qui n'est est pas très grand surtout pour 02 personnes adultes et les oreillers qui ne sont pas du tout confortable.

La chambre est spacieuse très propre deco simple...le coin douche suffisant et propre. Deuxième passage dans cet établissement et je suis satisfaite.. bon rapport qualité prix pour Montreuil

Odeur de vieux largement perceptible en entrant, téléviseur hors service, espace des toilettes très étroit par devant (pas de possibilité de passer les jambes, sauf si expert en Yoga et placer les jambes derrière la tête) Les photos ne ressemble pas du tout à la réalité. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés (réveillé en pleine nuit par l'expression démesurée des ébats érotiques venant d'une autre chambre) Point positif: C'est propre, le lit est confortable et le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Le personnel est sympa mais les chambres laissent carrément à désirer, en tout cas celle que j’ai eu pour la nuit. Télécommande de télé qui ne marche pas, volet roulant cassé à mi hauteur donc pas possible de le baisser ou lever ((heureusement il y a ales rideaux), poignée de fenêtre à moitié morte, pas de cache aux prises, douche à l’ancienne avec rideau plastique donc inondation salle de bain apee relancé douche, tuyau d’eau fuyard….

Hotel bien situé, très proche du métro et la chmabre est propre. En revanche très peu d'isolation que ce soit entre les chambres ou avec le boulevard. La cuvette des toilettes était cassée, réparée par un morceau de scotch marron. Le pommeau de douche fuyait assez fortement.

Horrible experience! Please never ever book this property. Wifi is not working, no air conditioning. Very hot, no way can stay there. My family (with my 3 kids) had just checked on Jun 22 and then we decided to leave. The kids cannot stay there at all. Room has bug spray smell. We were told to open the windows to keep cooler. The area and the public transportation are not safe! I talked to front desk and told them that the room conditions is not what we expected, too hot and wifi is not working. The told me they will do the refund. Then we left! But until now…already June 27…we haven’t got refund at all. We booked through Expedia , trying to connect with them, but no one pick up phone, no one reply email. On the website says there is shuttle at airport for pick up, however, there is none.

Le personnel (surtout a l'accueil) n'est pas, on peut le dire, très aimable. Quand vous sortez de l'hôtel, il faut laisser la clef a l'accueil. Quand vous revenez, il faut demander votre clef. Quand vous sortez pour aller manger, si vous revenez, il faut appuyer sur un bouton. La le réceptionniste vous ouvre la porte. La porte ne s'ouvre pas automatiquement. Franchement ce n'est pas un hôtel que je recommande. Il y a mieux pour le même prix ailleurs.

L'hôtel est bien situé, nous donnant accès à différents moyens de transport pour découvrir la ville. Restaurant aux alentours ce qui est qu'à même chouette. Personnel accueillant Chambre propre. Bémol pour le lit qui n'est est pas très grand surtout pour 02 personnes adultes et les oreillers qui ne sont pas du tout confortable.

Mooi ruim appartement. Met de metro zo in centrum Parijs. Veel kleine eetgelegenheden in de buurt (Algerijns / Halal), wel wat aftandse wijk. Hotel biedt ontbijt aan maar er is een bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Pizza / patat ook binnen 1 minuut lopen. Appartement voldeed prima, auto op afgesloten parking (bellen met hotel voor toegang) tegen betaling, prima bedden en sanitair. We verbleven hier met gezin; 2 volwassenen 4 kinderen.

Bien que la déco soit vieillotte, tout est très propre et le couchage est très bon.Séjour par forte température, sans clim. Heureusement la chambre donne sur une cour au nord ; donc peu de bruit et pas de soleil direct. Jeunes gens très sympathiques à l'accueil et au service du petit déjeuner.

The pictures are incredibly misleading... This property is very old and run down. I'm talking holes in the walls, moldy baseboards, carpets so dirty and hard that I am not even sure what color they originally were. The elevator is basically a dumbwaiter, just big enough to squeeze in two standard suitcases and two adults. Thankfully we only had to take the stairs once without our bags because they were creaky and so worn that the best steps were slanted and the worst had actual gaps and cracks between floor boards. We stayed on the fifth floor, so we had the pleasure of expriencing the whole set. The lights in our room did not work and the water in the shower ran warm on only one of the three nights that we stayed. We stayed during a heatwave so the cold water was bearable, but the lack of AC and no fans had us dripping with sweat even with the window open. The noise from the street below combined ith te heat made it very difficult to get any rest. The staff were alright, but one of the older male front desk workers hit on my friend which of course is inappropriate. The wifi cut in and out occaisionally, but was good enough to get some online work done. If you decide to stay here, my advice is to bring a fan if it's hot, not to have very high expectations for cleanliness or professionalism, and to ask the front desk if you need extra towels, toilet paper, or to borrow a hair dryer because they were very accomodating that way. Location is convienient but a bit sketchy.
