Fantastically finished property in a local district that is easy to find and walk into the old town. All automated but very seemless.

Good value for money

I usually never write reviews, but I felt like I had to.The property is very modern on the inside and clean ,but it only has a few rooms, all located on the first floor. Unfortunately, the windows couldn’t be opened because the neighborhood felt unsafe and run-down. There is also no soundproofing of the rooms as it mentions. You can hear clear conversations from the room next to you. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. There is no parking associated with the property - only street parking meaning first come first serve . While check-in was easy—there’s no receptionist, and you receive your access code via WhatsApp—I don’t believe this hotel was intended for tourism, as the name suggests.

The room was beautiful. They answered our questions and responded quickly to any issue. The neighborhood is a little far from the old town and wasn’t exactly what we expected. We always felt safe but, for the price, we were anticipating a nicer area. Within a ten minute walk to old town and we were able to see everything we wanted in our one-night stay.

Our stay was so nice, room was clean, and property was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for making our first time/day in Croatia wonderful!
