Excellent hotel right in old town by the clock tower and mosque. Have to tell them early if you’re bringing a car and they’ll reserve you a spot. Great staff everything amazing. 10/10

We like the hotel. It’s easy to walk to almost all spots. However, the hotel is supposed to include the parking, which is not available when we are here. The receptionist said that we need to make reservation for the parking, which I did not know when I made reservation three months ago.

Ett väldigt fint litet hotell i centrala Sarajevo. Rent och i bra skick. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost och gratis parkering nära hotellet. Vi kommer altid att bo där vid våra besök i Sarajevo

The hotel was amazing! It’s right on the edge of barcarsija so it’s super walkable. We loved the fact that they had parking available (you need to contact the hotel ahead of time), the breakfast was great, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The room we had wasn’t super spacious, but we were only there to sleep and it did fit our 2 big suitcases, so it was fine. If we ever visit Sarajevo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Fantastically located - right in the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful - arranged my transport back to the airport for me. Good breakfast and plenty of dining options nearby. Room was also pleasant.

Excellente emplacement, place de parking réserve dans la rue juste à l’entrée de la vielle ville (30m de l’hôtel), parking inclus ce qui est une vraie plus par contre le stationnement est dans une rue très passante (piétons, voiture) et bons pas dans un espace sécurisé privé. La chambre avec lit jumeaux est assez petite, difficulté avec 2 grosse valise.

Great hotel! I had a wonderful room with a great view of the old town. It was central to everything. They have a wonderful staff there. They have a good breakfast, and in house transportation to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Beim Organisieren von Transfer und Touren hat das Hotelpersonal stark unterstützt und sich bemüht die perfekte Lösung zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr reich und recht abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war zu beginn sauber. Das Housekeeping könnte jedoch etwas gründlicher arbeiten.

A small hotel, ideally located for seeing the sights of this amazing city, as it’s right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a good breakfast buffet.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Old Town. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, got hot immediately, and they don't have those terrible showers where the doors don't close and you get water all over the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety and good quality. Plus the location can't be beat.

This hotel ticked all the boxes - great location, tasty breakfast, pleasant staff, and very comfortable rooms. Even though our hotel was on the first floor above a busy bar, we couldn’t hear the noise and slept soundly. The bed and pillows and perfectly firm. The shower has plenty of hot water and pressure. If you need transport to/from the airport, definitely reach out to the hotel for help. We got ripped off in a taxi on the way in, but thankfully one of the reception workers organized a taxi for us to return to the airport. I wish we had asked them to organize the transfer from the airport, too! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Sarajevo at Hotel Old Town. The location was perfect right in the center of Old Town! The room was excellent with all the necessary amenities. It was very hot during our stay and we appreciated the excellent A/C! The included breakfast was good with both continental and American style items including fresh fruits and good Bosnian coffee! The best part of our stay was the welcoming staff especially including Alma who coordinated our late night airport arrival and made sure we were met and safely checked into the Hotel after midnight! Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff!

This was the seventh hotel I’d stayed at on my current trip and perhaps I’ve become spoiled after decades of travel, but Hotel Old Town and Adnan especially were EXCELLENT! I almost want to dissuade people from going there so it won’t be crowded next time I go, but the truth is the rooms were very comfortable and as spacious as the area and price range dictates, the location was insanely good, and the way Adnan helped me with parking and then chatted with me the following morning gave it almost a B&B feel. Floored. Will be back 100% and the incredible experience here made me love B&H even more.

Un gioiellino. Boutique hotel, bella camera, vista sulla moschea. Insonorizzazione ottima, così come l’aria condizionata, quando ero lì il 10-11 Luglio c’era l’ondata di calore a 36 gradi ed in hotel e in camera si stava benissimo. Colazione continentale varia e completa. Servizio top, personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Posizione top nel mezzo del centro storico. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Insonorizzazione ottima, così come l’aria condizionata, quando ero lì il 10-11 Luglio c’era l’ondata di calore a 36 gradi ed in hotel e in camera si stava benissimo. Colazione continentale varia e completa. Servizio top, personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Posizione top nel mezzo del centro storico. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Zaida, the concierge checked us in and she is vey kind, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is located at the center of old town, lots of dining and shopping options nearby and a stones throw away from the attractions in and around old town including the famous Sebilj fountain. We love our room, it has a very nice view of the big mosque beside the hotel and old town itself. The shower is big and the bathroom is clean although the spray bidet in our toilet is broken. It came with the usual amenities. The breakfast buffet is fine and enough to start our day. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the most important thing for us, the air-conditioning is working even on a cold day in November. We want sleep in a cold room covered in duvet 😚 We loved Sarajevo and if we come back here we will surely go back to this hotel. 10/10!!

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in easy walking distance of all the old town attractions and shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was, without exception, very friendly,helpful and receptive to all our questions. One of the young men even called a friend to pump up our low tire!! The breakfast was very nice, a good selection of hot and cold options. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location.

We had a great stay in Sarajevo at Hotel Old Town. The location was perfect right in the center of Old Town! The room was excellent with all the necessary amenities. It was very hot during our stay and we appreciated the excellent A/C! The included breakfast was good with both continental and American style items including fresh fruits and good Bosnian coffee! The best part of our stay was the welcoming staff especially including Alma who coordinated our late night airport arrival and made sure we were met and safely checked into the Hotel after midnight! Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff!

This was the seventh hotel I’d stayed at on my current trip and perhaps I’ve become spoiled after decades of travel, but Hotel Old Town and Adnan especially were EXCELLENT! I almost want to dissuade people from going there so it won’t be crowded next time I go, but the truth is the rooms were very comfortable and as spacious as the area and price range dictates, the location was insanely good, and the way Adnan helped me with parking and then chatted with me the following morning gave it almost a B&B feel. Floored. Will be back 100% and the incredible experience here made me love B&H even more.

The best location you will find in Old Town Sarajevo. It’s a small hotel with only 15 rooms. The rooms are small but very comfortable. No complaints at all. Due to the small size of the hotel, the front desk staff has a nice friendly connection with their guests. There is a free breakfast which is perfect. Steps away from the front door is a nice patio where you can end your day with some drinks. When I say steps, I counted myself taking 4 steps. Highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in easy walking distance of all the old town attractions and shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was, without exception, very friendly,helpful and receptive to all our questions. One of the young men even called a friend to pump up our low tire!! The breakfast was very nice, a good selection of hot and cold options. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.

Near a lot of restaurants and bars. 3 minutes from Latin Bridge. 5 minute walk by the market in old town. Very convenient hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, a lot of variety.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and an ideal location. We had a stunning view from our room. Restaurants, shops and the attractions of the Old Town and the river are just a few minutes walk away. The staff were unfailingly polite and kind, and the breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sarajevo

We stayed here for 3 nights in Sept '24 and would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Sarajevo. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and very easy to get to from the train station. The staff were always very friendly and helpful (eg, storing our cases early on our arrival day until check in). Breakfast had a great selection (hot food, cererals, fruit, cheese, cake etc) that slightly varied each morning. Room had good AC and a mini fridge. We would stay again.

Excellent choice! I browsed through many hotels & made the perfect decision to stay in Hotel Old Town Strategic location, very close to main attractions and public transports, in the heart of Sarajevo Old Town - can easily find places to eat and shop. Very very friendly and helpful staffs who'd make you feel welcomed instantaneously. Neat tidy & spacious room. Breakfast is included - gives you a taste of Bosnian morning delicacies. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the Hotel Old Town. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, got hot immediately, and they don't have those terrible showers where the doors don't close and you get water all over the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety and good quality. Plus the location can't be beat.

Un gioiellino. Boutique hotel, bella camera, vista sulla moschea. Insonorizzazione ottima, così come l’aria condizionata, quando ero lì il 10-11 Luglio c’era l’ondata di calore a 36 gradi ed in hotel e in camera si stava benissimo. Colazione continentale varia e completa. Servizio top, personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Posizione top nel mezzo del centro storico. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Highly Recommend! The hotel is in the most convenient place, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it perfectly located. As soon as you step outside, you have restaurants right, left and in front of your - so literally having the Old Town vibe on the hotel doorstep. The main mosque is 30 second walk 😎 We travelled my car, and although it’s very busy when you arrive through the 1 way street, the hotel does have private parking spaces for its residents on the side street (a big plus) Just let them know when you arrive and the staff direct you to the spot. The hotel receptionists were amazing, thank you to both the female and male staff. Super friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and modern, not the biggest but more than good enough. Wi-Fi worked great too! Breakfast was a a mix of traditional Bosnian food and European Continental; which suited us to a treat 👌👌 All in all, highly recommended because this hotel will be hard to beat in terms of location and the friendly staff! I would definitely be staying here again when I return to Sarajevo!
