Packs a punch best budget friendly hotel I’ve been to only negatives are the shower ran cold and the internet is only accesible when next to the pool other than that it was amazing overnight security so you’re safe, had a problem with the room key and they helped me out quick even though it was late

I did enjoy the pool and the family atmosphere. The hotel is a step down from the motel 6. Its perfect if all you need is a place to sleep. The ac worked great. We didnt have wifi nor the cable tv worked. If your looking for a cheap place just to sleep for the night, then this is the place for you. Nothing more then a day.

The rooms have parking spaces directly in front of the rooms, it's a good thing in case you have to be going back and forth to the car. There is a pool, we did not go there because I wanted to enjoy the beach instead, but there is a pool. The room we stayed in had one bed, a night stand, the open closet, a clean and decent size restroom and shower, and mirrors. Can't beat the price, and also it's really close to the main streets in Peñasco. I would definitely recommend the property.

The property itself was nice and seem clean inside the room with the exception of the bedding, the bed cover was full of stains, my wife had to put the towels to sleep on because the sheets did not look clean, there was trash in the stairs leading to the room, the room was clean but had a smell like if it was just fumigated. We were told there was 8 or 9 TV channels, but we could only see about 3 the rest was so grainy and no sound. The air conditioning was so loud we could not sleep so we had to turn it off. They were busy so I did not have a choice of a different room, I was at the end of the hotel. I was trying to take a shower and only got cold water, I let it run for a bit to see if it got hot but never did, when I contacted front desk I was told that it can take up to half hour for the hot water to reach that far because I was at the end of the hotel or that other people taking showers had used up all the hot water. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and friendly, but the person that showed us the room acted almost as if she was being bothered by showing the room. WIFI was only available on by the pool, pool was nice.

The parking was secure. Found two huge cockroaches in the room.

The room we booked smelled like pure chemicals, the bed spreads looked to have never been washed and the bed was like laying on the floor. Not a good experience. We left after one day and the office would not refund us our second night, so we paid for another place costing us more.

No hot water in the showers no hot water in the hot tub spiders in the room. I left a day early. Didn’t even request my money back. I just left. The people upfront are very sweet, but this is not what is advertised.

Costumer service it was so unwelcome; the Ladie that showed us the room was rude and looked angrily for some reason. House keeping, security, and the maintenance guys wore very nice and friendly. The room was clean, but it was ants most in the bathroom. I will come back if they will have better costumer service, and make us feel welcome. Without 🐜.

Jamás de los jamás haré una reservación sin investigar más!! Me urgía una noche porque en el resorts donde me estaba quedando no tenían disponible ninguna habitación, wow!! Estaba en shock, éramos solo mi sobrina u yo en ese horrible lugar, es cierto, las cobijas, sábanas, almohadas y toallas olían horrible, yo me quedaba en mi carro para cargar mi cel porque ni siquiera tienen conexión para los cables, solo donde está la TV, y como dijo mi sobrina o TV o cel, no hay conexión a menos que vayas al lado de la alberca, el cuarto porque era un cuarto de mala muerte, no se le puede llamar habitación a eso, olía a rayos, el baño asqueroso, yo no bajé nada ni dejé que mi sobrina bajara nada, se his que todos los bichos se me subían el solo pensar que en sentarme en esa cama tan asquerosísima, gracias a dios tengo un amigo que tiene una casa para recta de huéspedes y vio mis status en WhatsApp y me dijo, entrega las llaves y el control de la TV ( ah, porque aparte te piden depósito para tener el control) wow!!!! Y me dijo vete a mi casa, te digo cómo entrar porque no puedes estar ahí, entregue el control y las llaves que afortunadamente tienen abierto las 24 horas y por cierto la mujer más mal encarada que nada, ese hotel parece de mujeres de la calle, por favor no vayan, no gasten su dinero, yo tire el mío por unas cuantas horas y no es justo que no tengan nada bien cuando somos personas no animales si pudiera ni extrema dejaba grrrrrr súper híper Mega mala experiencia

Room smelled like cigarettes and it was a bit too hard to sleep on the beds as they werent the most comfortable

First of all it said they had twin beds as an option and they dont. Said they have internet but they didnt. They said they offered free coffee and they didnt. The tv only had 7 channels and the only english channel was all full of static and not visible, i went and told the office and they said they would have someone come fixit but they didnt. I paid for 2 night stay and left and the second day. Very disappointing and not what they advertise on line! I will never stay here again. The toilet didnt even flush we had to pull it from the insode of the tank.

No funcionó bien el aire acondicionado ya que estábamos en un cuarto para 6 personas y no alcanzaba a enfriar bien el aparato

Overcharged property was very old. Herassed by manager after complaining about being overcharged. Left and got another hotel. Didn't stay even one night. Horrible place

El personal es muy amable y buena actitud y cuartos muy limpios..

No están inseguras había mucho ruido y el personal dela recepción super prepotentes

Es un hotel austero pero limpio y con excelente servicio de las personas que ahí laboran, quizá un poco elevado el precio pero es que en Peñasco es carísimo todo.

No respetan precio de la aplicación y aún te agregan más

Pros....3 beds Cons....wifi only in pool area, walls are very thin could hear other people's conversations. 1 of 2 TVs worked but only 1 channel. Located a bit off the beaten path so no views of anything. The "3 bed" room was located in the rear of the facility. No chairs or tables to sit but lots of shelving. No dressers either. Maids arrived daily though

For the price, you get what you pay for. But it's a good location and served its purpose for a place to sleep. I'd stay here again.

It was close to the beach Kind of quiet. And close to the Dentist & pet friendly. Not much around.
