Cute hotel with really kind staff, especially Alina, Abdul, Madina and Sumeya. They celebrated my mum's birthday with a lovely cake which was so sweet. Loved the kittens outside the hotel. Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, the mosque and bazaar is within walking distance and taxis are easy to find. Cons: There are lots of steep hills around the hotel, so bring good walking shoes. Our room was on the ground floor and unfortunately it was very noisy. We could hear men talking right outside our window, parking their cars and smoking - the smoke would come into the bathroom so we couldn't open the windows. There was also a lot of noise outside our room and from upstairs at night. Also the lift was literally next to our room. I advise to book the rooms upstairs.

Hotel imagine is an oasis in the Sultanahmet. The room was very comfortable and the shower with the Hamam sink was a great addition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping outstanding. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Will stay there again!

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was erg prettig! Het hotel was heel schoon en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 😊 De locatie was ook ideaal: dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden, waardoor we gemakkelijk overal naartoe konden. Het enige kleine minpuntje is de erg steile weg direct buiten het hotel. Vooral met koffers of als je minder goed ter been bent, kan dit wat lastig zijn. Verder hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad en zouden we het hotel zeker aanraden!

excellent hotel for the budget , clean new and good location in old Istanbul .the staff at the reception are all so nice and helpful , the only small minus the road is too steep next to the hotel ,
