Avoca - 3 Bedroom Holiday Home - Llangennith

This is a nice property, it's comfortable. The location is great, right next to a good pub and the Gower is so beautiful and this part did not seem too busy. Lots of fabulous walks close by, and great that the property accepted our dog. If you're planning to visit, then perhaps just worth noting - It's not 'on beach' - this is misleading and should be removed from the 'popular amenities' list. But as the description says, it's only a 10 min drive to Hillend car park (6 a day) - there are no cooking essentials - salt, pepper oil - so do bring everything. - and bring beach towels.

The property is comfortable with an enclosed garden, so good for dogs too.

Nice place to stay in Llangennith. Easy walk to the pub, village and some nice easy walks. House is well appointed and comfortable. The property company was very responsive in answering our questions. As noted in one of the other reviews, entering the property by car is a two-person operation. You need one person to open the gate and watch traffic (the property is close to a bend), and it takes a bit of maneuvering to get the right angle into the driveway. Plenty of space to park, once through the gate.

Avoca is situated less than 2 minutes walk from the local gastro pub , great food served here , walks straight from the property down a quiet country lane onto Rosili hill , driveway is a little tight to access so need to be careful
