Very clean and updated room. Was disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open and we were unable to rent kayaks. Everything was shut down.

Great place on the lake with ample things to do on site. Restaurant a bar even kayak/boat rentals. Rooms itself ample and clean and looked updated. Only thing that would be negative is it’s an old style motel. Sound proof it’s not but was easily overlooked for price and the ocean sound machine lol.

What a great little find. A perfect spot right on the lake! We needed to get away from the brick hotel staring at an old rundown mall, so we found this little gem. The rooms look as if they have been recently remodeled! Keruig machine in room was a great touch. Basic TV but that's fine with us. We enjoyed hanging outside on the picnic bench or the chairs! Restaurant downstairs was convenient but just basic bar food. If you don't have a paddle board you can rent from here too(we had our own!). Def a nice little get away. Friendly people and even got to check in early! Publix is just down the way

I love that this property is on the lake and has a great restaurant with live entertainment on the weekends and water sport rentals. We rented a pontoon boat on a previous stay and had a lot of fun. It’s no frills but that is what we love about it. The rooms have all been updated since our last stay. Love the lake side deck and the staff is always amazing. We have made this our go to place while visiting family.

great people, boat dock and great dock staff that positionad and tied up our boat. , great bar and food at the attached restaurant/bar with super friendly staff... overall fun place thanks. only slightly down side was early morning traffic noise but not that bad....

The rooms are small but just fine for 2 people. Ours was spotless. For what it is supposed to be it was great. This is not the Holiday Inn. It is right on the water with a restaurant and bar downstairs on the waterfront. BTW you check-in downstairs in the bar. Super nice people! The hamburger I had was fantastic. Thick hand-made with a charcoal grill taste. If I were in Mooresville I would go there just for the burger.

The hotel was not what I imagined from the pictures but the room surprised me with having a comfortable bed, Kroger coffee pot, exceptional cleanliness and restaurant onsite. Would recommend and would return.

Nice little motel. Rooms are a little small but clean and they have new mattresses that are very comfortable. The shower is a little small for me. I'm 6'1" 205. It is located on Lake Norman with a nice restaurant and bar right behind it.

Very small room but clean and recently remodeled. Live music on Friday night which we don't appreciate but at least they stopped it between 10 and 11 PM. Nice little view of the lake off to our left from the porch right in front of our room and a nice quiet morning.

Loved this little renovated motel. It was small but clean comfortable and offered us everything we needed. I love when people take something old and make it new. If road noise bothers you, get the lake side of the motel. Just loved this little place and the view. I will be back.

Small motel with 7 units facing parking lot and highway 30 feet beyond. Other 7 units face arm of Lake Norman with nice marina atmosphere. My room best described as tiny & cramped. Clean and some unique charm, but getting a little long in the tooth.

We stayed on the lake side and I loved walking out to see Lake Norman each day. Each room had it's own little picnic table outside of it on the deck. Rooms were redone at some point in the last few years and are updated and very clean. Staff was great. The only thing that can't really be helped is the walls are very thin. We had a minor noise issue one night which the staff handled well the next day. Not a place for late night party crowds. I would absolutely book again and plan to in the future.

We went to this cute little motel to escape hurricane Helene. We were greeted by very nice compassionate people. I can’t say enough about how nice they were. The hotel makes you feel like you’re on an island somewhere. It is connected to a marina and there is a restaurant on the bottom level.

Arrived after 9 in the evening and literally no one was around to assist with my check in. Ended up calling an emergency number they had on the office door. Eventually a person came to give me the key to my room. Individual was very polite.

Nice place with a comfortable bed. Rooms are small, but convenient location to Lake Norman. Good restaurant right next door, but does not offer breakfast of coffee. Waterdraft rental right next door with a dock is very convenient and lots of fun options. Overall, I would return due to the convenience of the location.

This was a nice, off the path peaceful place on the lake with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was late arriving, they called to make sure I woukd make it in time before the restaurant on site closed.

The motel was in a great location and updated nicely. Even though it was older and nostalgic, it was perfect for a weekend getaway. There are lots of lake amenities and the restaurant was great as well. Would stay again

We stayed on the lake side and I loved walking out to see Lake Norman each day. Each room had it's own little picnic table outside of it on the deck. Rooms were redone at some point in the last few years and are updated and very clean. Staff was great. The only thing that can't really be helped is the walls are very thin. We had a minor noise issue one night which the staff handled well the next day. Not a place for late night party crowds. I would absolutely book again and plan to in the future.

The rooms are small but just fine for 2 people. Ours was spotless. For what it is supposed to be it was great. This is not the Holiday Inn. It is right on the water with a restaurant and bar downstairs on the waterfront. BTW you check-in downstairs in the bar. Super nice people! The hamburger I had was fantastic. Thick hand-made with a charcoal grill taste. If I were in Mooresville I would go there just for the burger.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming, the food is delicious, and the beds are very comfortable! We loved having the option to bring our boat and enjoy the peaceful lake views. Can’t wait to return!"

On the water, clean, courteous and friendly staff, great location. Restaurant and bar very nice. Close to a busy road so lots of traffic noise. Room adequate.

I did like the lake view but we wished the bar/restaurant would have been open on Monday, love the area and the staff that works at front desk, housekeeping and dock area are really friendly and nice

Nice place with a comfortable bed. Rooms are small, but convenient location to Lake Norman. Good restaurant right next door, but does not offer breakfast of coffee. Waterdraft rental right next door with a dock is very convenient and lots of fun options. Overall, I would return due to the convenience of the location.

Cute little waterfront hotel and restaurant. Small but very clean and perfect after a day on the water. Lakeside restaurant to get a meal and an adult beverage. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was not what I imagined from the pictures but the room surprised me with having a comfortable bed, Kroger coffee pot, exceptional cleanliness and restaurant onsite. Would recommend and would return.

Lovely small hotel. Aesthetically comfortable and quaint, great lake front location. Other clients at the hotel were friendly and respectful. Although the on-site restaurant was closed Min/Tues we had other nearby choices. Ended up at the Blue Parrot less than 5 miles away - another 5/5 review for this lake front eatery!

Our room was clean and accommodating, but some of the outside railings were very wobbly. Over-all the property was really cute and made you feel like you were in the Caribbean or somewhere. The bed was not super comfortable and the loud music and singing was very loud in our room from the Tiki Bar and was not quiet until 10 pm. This was a real bummer. Couldn't even hear each other talk and had to have the TV turned up loud to hear it over all the racket downstairs. Guess we picked the wrong motel to celebrate our anniversary. Disappointed guests.

Cute place to stay. Staff were wonderful. Rooms are small but just right for what I needed. I got the room with the lake view & it was worth it. I will defiantly plan to stay here again.

Very nicely updated rooms but keep in mind they are very small. Good for a night or two or if you're out and about all day and just need a place to sleep but anything longer than that might be more difficult. It's a really cute place right on a corner of Lake Norman.
