Özellikle Türkçe konuşan personel bulunduğu için tercih ettik ama resepsiyonda çok yetersizdi. Bunun dışında hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Park yeri doluydu yine 13 euro karşılığında başka bir yer buldular. Yemekler tek kelime ile harikaydı, mutfak ekibi Türk zaten belli. Havuz, çocuk animasyonları, sürekli atıştırmalıklar biz çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

I really don't like to write negative reviews, but I have to be honest. This was by far the worst All Inclusive hotel we have been to. Rated at 4 stars is a joke. I'll start with the positives: The cleaning ladies were friendly and so was the man who hands out towels. The food was also okay, but no more than that. The facilities were fine and the potential is there. The location of the hotel was also nice, as the beach was only 200 meters away and there were shops and supermarkets nearby. These are the reasons I haven't given it the lowest grade. The negatives: The service at this hotel was really dreadful. We always come in to a new hotel with a good attitude, but this hotel really drained our moods for every day. The receptionists didn't really seem to be interested in having guests. 3 of the 4 people that we encountered in the snackbar was flat out rude. I really can't express enough how much we hated the service from almost everyone at this hotel. We have never felt this unwelcome in any hotel we have ever been to. We spent most of our evenings away from the hotel, so we still could get a little out of our vacation, because the service there was genuinely so bad that it completely ruined our stay.

Otel Genel olarak çok temizdi. Yemekleri lezzetli ve çalışanları çok güler yüzlüydü. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Herşey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.
