When arriving to the room after check in the room door was wide open as well as the fridge door. It looked like someone was rummaging through the room. The staff did not clean the room properly after the first night. The bed was not made and the towels were not replaced. The lady working at night was rude and lazy. I needed to stay one extra night for work so I went to the front desk to ask if there were any available rooms to stay an extra night. She replied “No, we’re all booked up” in a snotty tone and didn’t even bother to look. Sorry if this was an inconvenience but it’s your job. I went on hotels.com to check shortly after and there were plenty of rooms available. However, after dealing with the lady at the front desk that was too lazy to do her job I wasn’t going to stay another night in this place.
