Overall its an ok experience. Breakfast options are limited. Gym is not well equipped. Everything else is goods.

Comfortable room with a bathtub. Water pressure was strong, but the shower drain was partially clogged so it drained slowly. I had to stop the water several times so it wouldn't run out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They charged me 1000 baht for early check-in (almost 3 hours), but I was willing to pay so I could get cleaned up. The birds outside the windows were very loud in the morning. Not everything listed on the minibar menu were actually in the room.

We had a wonderful stay in Bangkok! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I traveled with two friends, and our room was huge, with three beds and plenty of space. It was very comfortable for the three of us. The hotel is very good, and the restaurant also deserves a special mention — we ate there several times and really enjoyed it. What impressed us most was the kindness and attention of the staff. On some days, we had to leave very early for our tours, before breakfast was served, and I also had an early departure on my last day. We asked at reception, and they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take with us. It was a simple gesture, but it made such a difference. We could have breakfast on the way instead of leaving hungry. The entire team was very attentive, kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. Une attention particulière a été préparée pour l’anniversaire de ma femme, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. L’hôtel est propre et la piscine est très agréable. Elle est bien exposée au soleil et l’eau est à une température idéale. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, même si nous avons connu des buffets plus complets dans d’autres hôtels. Le restaurant sur place est pratique et le personnel est toujours disponible pour rendre service. L’établissement reste toutefois assez vieillissant. Le sommier était déchiré et taché, ce qui n’était pas très hygiénique. La moquette montre également des signes d’usure. Les peignoirs étaient déchirés. La literie est correcte, mais le matelas manquait de moelleux à notre goût. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela peut convenir à ceux qui recherchent un environnement plus calme. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour, principalement grâce à la qualité de l’accueil et au professionnalisme de toute l’équipe.
