The only downside is the parking. There is no valet parking so you have to drive around the block to park then carry your luggage back to the hotel. The traffic around the hotel is atrocious and the entrance to the hotel is easily missed.

I have a 3 starts because the hotel list they had 9 restaurants, and bar and the only thing they had was a gym and free breakfast. False advertisement not good at all

The sheets were dirty. The phone did not work. The TV did not work. The hotel appeared dirty as did our room. The grounds out front not well kept. Very disappointed. I will say the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The people above us very loud and he handled for us.

I did not like that I requested a connecting room and got rooms that were not even on the same floor. Was told they were totally booked when I complained. Then they agreed to give me a room with a king bed on the same floor. So I had to share a bed with my grown daughter. Not cool. Also asked if there was a restaurant and a bar at the hotel and was assured there was but when we got there, there was NONE. Breakfast was rolled up at 10:30 on a Sunday. Never made it. I will be making sure about accommodations in the future.

Easy check in, decent property, they are under staffed, our room had a pull out bed and no sheets were left in the room for the pull out bed. There was food on the floor in our room from the previous guest. The dresser drawers were broken/off track and we couldn’t use them. The phone in our room didn’t have a dial tone/ work. We had to use our cell phone to call the front desk and ask for bedding and towels. The lady at the front desk told us that we had to come get it ourselves. Two of us went down to get the items. When we got to the front desk no one was there and we had to wait 8 minutes until the lady came back. She gave only sheets and no blanket for the bed. I have a arm injury so even with a second person it was painful for me to carry those items back to my room. The room was small, the breakfast was ok. Don’t want to forget about all the ants at the front door of the hotel.

I’m pretty sure there was throw up stuck to the side of the sofa next to the bed. Other than that room was pretty clean and was spacious. Something about it kind of scratched me out though, I don’t know why. Outside was very slippery, we told the front desk upon entering they should put some salt down because I almost fell. Of course that was never done. I wish I ha as spent the extra couple of dollars and stayed somewhere else.

After driving 8 hours we arrived at this hotel around 2:30 in the morning. The first room we got had a massive centipede on the wall, so we went back to front desk. The agent said he could give us another room but a suite with a pull out couch. Everything looked ok, but the couch had crumbs of food on it and once you took the cushions off, even more crumbs and some loose change. You could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. There was no bedding available anywhere in the suite to make a bed. We tried to call the reception and the phone wasn’t working. We then went back downstairs and the attendant tried to do what he could and gave us a second room. This is where our third guest stayed. The suite however as we continued to explore, didn’t have one functioning television. There were two TVs in the room. All windows ledges had small dead bugs in the corners that could easily be vacuumed up with a little effort. For the price of $200/night this hotel is horrible. The only thing going for them is comfortable beds. We never tried the breakfast because by the time all the room issues were settled it was 4:00am,so we ended up sleeping through the 6-9 breakfast. That should run until 10 really, although I’m. It sure given the state of the rooms, if I would want to eat anything prepared in there.

Cleanliness was the biggest problem. Our room was very dirty and the walls in the hallway were dirty. Elevator wasn’t very clean either. Dishes were dirty in our room, the bathroom, the sheets, surfaces covered in dust. Floors dirty. Fridge dirty. Horrible experience in terms of cleanliness. Young lady at front desk was friendly and courteous.

Upon check in we had to ask someone to clean the headboard. There was something nasty on it. Then my husband went to the bathroom to find a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. Then he sat in the office chair and almost ended up on the floor because it was broken. The refrigerator made an ungodly noise what seemed like every hour on the hour all night. Told the gentleman during checkout that we didnt have a good stay and he didnt even respond

The room wasn’t cleaned well. I found bubblegum wrappers, qtips and a chicken bone. The door for the bathroom was hardly functioning and the door to the connecting couldn’t lock on the other side and the neighboring guests were having issues with it in the middle of the night. This was my 2nd time staying here and my first meh experience. So I’m going to just hope it was a fluke.

The mini kitchen with some dishes and cutlery was exactly what I needed, in a clean room with a comfortable bed. WiFi was a titch slow. Next to a bike/walking path along the river. Slight paper mill smell outside.

From check in to check out everything was easy! The rooms were clean and super cute! If you wanted to make yourself a meal you could since there is a little kitchen! The breakfast every morning was a great benefit!

I was surprised by how nice it was. It was one of the cheaper places and normal the cheaper ones arent as nice. This room was great! Having the kitchen area helped so we wouldn't have to run out for food or get take out every day. This is added to our list of hotels for weekend stays (because sometimes you just have to get away). We will be back! Also, breakfast was great!

First time at this hotel and we stayed in the king suite. Our room was spotless and we had no complaints with the inside. There was a kitchenette with a nice supply of items, full size refrigerator and even a dish washer. Bathroom was nice with a large shower. Room was very clean, large and the bed was very comfy! We did stay in the room next to the stairs so we did have noise from that door closing most of the night. We also had noise from the room next door til 2am as well. I’m not sure why people feel the need to yell talk in hotels! If it wasn’t for the outside noise this would be a 5 star!

Given previous good reviews, I had slightly higher expectations of the property. First it took 45 minutes to check in. There were a few families first but the issue was that the staff was on her own and possibly the only one on the property. She was providing towels, answering calls, and even excused herself at one point for a few minutes and I saw her going down the hall with a cleaning bottle. She did manage to remain kind during check in. The room appeared ok and was spacious. The kitchenette had a few issues - wobbly faucet and it seemed the ice maker wasn’t hooked up. There was no ice to be found in the building by the way. The room was generally clean but there was a disregard for some things - sticky spots on carpet that were visible, bathroom floor was washed but not adequately rinsed with clean water so it felt tacky. Overall, I suspect they’re severely understaffed causing oversights. Unfortunately those things will add up quickly! We stay in the area often but will think twice about returning. Breakfast was decent and the seating area spacious.

The room was generally clean but there was a disregard for some things - sticky spots on carpet that were visible, bathroom floor was washed but not adequately rinsed with clean water so it felt tacky. Overall, I suspect they’re severely understaffed causing oversights. Unfortunately those things will add up quickly! We stay in the area often but will think twice about returning. Breakfast was decent and the seating area spacious.

Easy check in, decent property, they are under staffed, our room had a pull out bed and no sheets were left in the room for the pull out bed. There was food on the floor in our room from the previous guest. The dresser drawers were broken/off track and we couldn’t use them. The phone in our room didn’t have a dial tone/ work. We had to use our cell phone to call the front desk and ask for bedding and towels. The lady at the front desk told us that we had to come get it ourselves. Two of us went down to get the items. When we got to the front desk no one was there and we had to wait 8 minutes until the lady came back. She gave only sheets and no blanket for the bed. I have a arm injury so even with a second person it was painful for me to carry those items back to my room. The room was small, the breakfast was ok. Don’t want to forget about all the ants at the front door of the hotel.

The room was very clean and generally well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had some unexpected design aspects. That all made it even better when the price was included. I would definitely stay there again if the prices stay reasonable

The only downside is the parking. There is no valet parking so you have to drive around the block to park then carry your luggage back to the hotel. The traffic around the hotel is atrocious and the entrance to the hotel is easily missed.

The mini kitchen with some dishes and cutlery was exactly what I needed, in a clean room with a comfortable bed. WiFi was a titch slow. Next to a bike/walking path along the river. Slight paper mill smell outside.

I loved that it was new and super clean. I liked the free breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about it. Had a great stay!

I have a 3 starts because the hotel list they had 9 restaurants, and bar and the only thing they had was a gym and free breakfast. False advertisement not good at all

I did not like that I requested a connecting room and got rooms that were not even on the same floor. Was told they were totally booked when I complained. Then they agreed to give me a room with a king bed on the same floor. So I had to share a bed with my grown daughter. Not cool. Also asked if there was a restaurant and a bar at the hotel and was assured there was but when we got there, there was NONE. Breakfast was rolled up at 10:30 on a Sunday. Never made it. I will be making sure about accommodations in the future.

Given previous good reviews, I had slightly higher expectations of the property. First it took 45 minutes to check in. There were a few families first but the issue was that the staff was on her own and possibly the only one on the property. She was providing towels, answering calls, and even excused herself at one point for a few minutes and I saw her going down the hall with a cleaning bottle. She did manage to remain kind during check in. The room appeared ok and was spacious. The kitchenette had a few issues - wobbly faucet and it seemed the ice maker wasn’t hooked up. There was no ice to be found in the building by the way. I was surprised by how nice it was. It was one of the cheaper places and normal the cheaper ones arent as nice. This room was great! Having the kitchen area helped so we wouldn't have to run out for food or get take out every day. This is added to our list of hotels for weekend stays (because sometimes you just have to get away). We will be back! Also, breakfast was great!

This property is wonderdul! :) The suites are spacious and include a lot of necessities that are generally found only in a home. The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast offers a lot of variety to choose from. The daily rate is very reasonable as well. I will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. :)

Hotel wasn't bad. The room was kind of misleading... cabinet door wasn't on. Brand new microwave not hooked up so they have a $20 walmart microwave chilling in the room. But other than that, room wasnt bad. Breakfast was well... not really worth it. 3 different cereals were stale. Milk wasnt cold. They ran out of waffle mix an hour before breakfast ended, wasn't refilled. Two days in a row it was just bacon crumbs. Overall subpar for breakfast.

When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in York, PA! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was delicious, and we loved that the menu offered a nice variety instead of the same options every day. It made each morning feel special. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it also included a kitchen, which was an added bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
