I worried that the price would mean scrafice quality, but this Days Inn was clean and very nice. Has 6 EV chargers so no worry of not being able to charge. All free.

I have stayed here 3 or 4 times on business and really enjoy my time and the facility. Victoria at the front desk has cheerfully greeted me on each occasion and makes the checkin so quick and easy and is always helpful with anything I need. My only issue has been that there is no working TV in the fitness room and I was told this morning that they can’t get the TV to work and are going to take it out of the room. Otherwise a fantastic stay!’

Nice hotel. Room was modern and comfortable. Staff was nice. They have free EV charging in the parking lot for both telsa and 'normal' EVs which was great. Close to restaurants as well. Definitely recommend.

Overall, the condition of the hotel was good and the staff was friendly. I did have a few letdowns though. I walked on the treadmill both days I was there and they never did get the TV working and there were no towels or other amenities in the fitness room. Additionally, the TV in the breakfast area was never working either. My room was fine except the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and the floor was very tacky from the cleaner they used. Even after mentioning this, the floor was still tacky on the second day. I got water for my water bottle and the water fountain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.

The odor of the room was similar to a bag of dirty clothes and it must have been from the stained and filthy carpet. The bathroom was clean and orderly but the beds and carpet smelled really bad. The elevator was beat up and felt mechanically unsound to say the least.

The stay was okay. The bathroom needs more attention as it was not so clean. The floor was dirty and the shower was not so clean. I had to clean and disinfect the bathroom before we used it.

This hotel was dirty . I had to ask the front desk to come upstairs and clean my bathroom. Fecal stains in the toilet and hair in the shower. So obviously not cleaned. Front staff was nice enough. The area of this hotel was absolutely unsafe for a solo female traveler. Drug deal going on in the parking lot by the dumpsters. Did not feel safe in this area or hotel.

The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. My wife put water on the floor and wiped it up. The washcloth was very dirty. We were walking in white sweatsocks and looked at the looked at the soles of the socks, they were very dirty. We kept shoes on at all times while in our room. The rugs were not shampooed.

Room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to dining and fuel (I wouldn’t suggest it because, Route 30. Hotel is located centrally. We came up from Virginia for my grandfathers funeral, staying here made the trip relaxed for sure. Front desk staff are attentive and ready to help if you need something. I’d definitely stay here again

Overall it was good for a night stay, the beds were comfortable and the area was easy to get around. If you are a light sleeper though this is not a good location the sheetz across the street is extremely busy with a lot of young kids revving their cars and trucks and busy road make for a lot of noise.

Hotel was clean and in a great location for easy highway access. Plwnty of options for food and shopping in the area. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. We thought we would be able to hear people in the hallway due to the proximity from the elevator, but it was quiet as a mouse for our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights. It seemed that 1 or 2 people ran the whole place.. front desk, breakfast, housekeeping. Our room AC was not working (room was 80F). They sent someone to fix but no change. We called and they sent someone 2nd time (both times we were away). Upon returning still 80f. I called 3rd time and was told "well we sent someone two times!" I asked to switch rooms but they were full. I asked for refund but was told I'd need to talk to owner. Finally someone showed up with another AC unit and replaced it. Breakfast was good but they need an attendant to resupply coffee and other items when they run out. We were always looking for someone and no one was at front desk. It seemed they were very short handed. Our room cleanliness was average but bathroom floor was dirty. They only have 1 elevator which was slow and made strange noises. I would not return to this location.

This is a very nice and new hotel. Parking is easy and it is very close to the historic York. I'd give it an excellent review because these reasons and the amazingly low price. However, it is understaffed. It seems this hotel usually have only one person doing different tasks. This would explain some issues like we waiting several minutes in the lobby to check in and nobody was there for a long time. But, I have to say that the staff was very polite.

First, I arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. They gave me a messy, uncleaned room with a bad smell. It turned out they had given me the key to someone else's room, which was still occupied, and I was startled. The TV was on, and I ran out of the room and went to the front desk. They apologized and gave me another room. The next day, I went to breakfast, and the person working there, who was cooking, was very rude and offended me because I accidentally left the syrup bottle in the wrong place. She got angry about it, but it wasn't a reason to make me feel bad.

Nobody was at the desk when we arrived at 10pm for check in, just several keys sitting out with guest names and room numbers. We got ours and went to the room only to find we were given a room that smelled very strongly of mildew and with 2 double beds instead of 2 queen like we had booked. I walked back to the desk and eventually someone came back. He said that the beds were queen size - I sleep on a queen-size at home, they definitely weren’t. About the mildew smell, he said the hotel was booked so he could only offer some air freshener. We declined and were going to deal with the smell, but after getting back to the room we killed two spiders. The man at the desk offered half off our reservation, but we just couldn’t sleep with the idea of more spiders so we had to find another hotel at 10:30 pm. Hopefully it was just a fluke of issues with that room, but we just couldn’t stay there.

We only stayed for one night and didn’t check in until closer to 11pm but the staff called to ensure we were ok since we were getting in so late which I thought was nice. Everyone we did come in contact with was super friendly. The breakfast was awesome! Almost missed it as it was only until 9am but we made it just in time! The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the tv to connect, but we didn’t ask for help or anything just did without!

Sleep Inn was very convenient to many things like shopping, gas, and dining. It's tucked away and very quiet.

Overall it was good for a night stay, the beds were comfortable and the area was easy to get around. If you are a light sleeper though this is not a good location the sheetz across the street is extremely busy with a lot of young kids revving their cars and trucks and busy road make for a lot of noise.

Hotel was clean and in a great location for easy highway access. Plwnty of options for food and shopping in the area. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. We thought we would be able to hear people in the hallway due to the proximity from the elevator, but it was quiet as a mouse for our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was polite and room was clean but since you can’t open a window, the room smelled a little stuffy. I don’t like that the bed has the extra high mattress and box springs which makes it very difficult for me to get in bed. Breakfast was fine but to get there before the 9am closing time is a challenge.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as accommodating. Excellent breakfast provided, not just tiny little prepackaged muffins.

IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I STAY AT THIS HOTEL, BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS GREAT, BUT THIS YEAR I STAYED TWO DAYS, EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL BREAKFAST TIME CAME, EVERYTHING WAS EMPTY, I HAD GONE TO EAT BREAKFAST ONLY 45 MINUTES AFTER THEY HAD SET IT OUT, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE ON CHECK TO REFILL WHAT HAD BEEN FINISHED AND WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST ON THAT SHIFT WAS TOLD, SHE GOT ANNOYED AND TOOK HER TIME, SINCE SHE WAS ONLY PENDING ON HER CELL PHONE. We were in town for one night and decided to stay here based on the positive reviews. The front desk worker was friendly, once they finally came out of the back room. The rooms were smaller than we expected. A canvas picture was broken on the wall. The bathroom counter was not clean and the shower did not work properly. The breakfast could’ve been decent, but many items were empty. The hotel employee that was supposed to be keeping the breakfast refilled did not seem motivated to do her job at all and continued to look at her phone while guests complained. All-in-all, we were not impressed and would not recommend staying here.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The entire hotel just looked and felt dirty. The room, the hallways, and even the elevator all needed a good cleaning. The biggest disappointment was the fitness room—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness made for a poor experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

I seldom review a property so well, at any price point. The condition, staff and room were exceptional. The elevator was large, but clanky, and slow. The breakfast was standard hotel fair. The location is a dead end parcel hemmed in by Route 30 and I-83, but is adjacent to a very well maintained bike part that runs from downtown York out to a county park area alo g the Codorus Creek.
