This was the perfect place to stay! It was small and quiet. The location was in a great neighborhood. We could easily walk to food, shopping, and the metro station. The room was comfortable, the staff was so friendly and there was always fresh baked goodies to try!

If you traveled from USA to Paris and enter this “hotel”, you don’t even call it a hotel. This hotel is like a condo with very small “lobby”. There is not even space for more than 4 people to sit and have breakfast. Everything is super claustrophobic and the room ceiling is very low. My 7 years old son was so scared when we entered the room and kept crying to leave. I have to say the location is great and the staffs are super nice

Great stay at the hotel, it’s a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms, staff there are very helpful and accomodating to our requests, it was an amazing stay. The neighbourhood of Marais is also really interesting with good cafes and shopping.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel, located in the heart of Le Marais near Rue de Rosiers. It is privately-owned with only eight rooms, so they provide personal and exceptional customer attention. The room I stayed in (#41) was well-decorated and spacious with a huge bathroom. When I checked out, the hotel stored my luggage so I could continue shopping. The only downside is meal service limited to breakfast, though there are many restaurants nearby. I only wish I could have stayed longer at this hotel and look forward to being back.

We had a lovely stay at this tiny boutique hotel, the area is amazing , the staff are exceptional, little extras made our stay special, hand written welcome notes , welcome cocktail & cake in the afternoons. Our room (40) had a tiny balcony which gave it a real Parisian feel, big comfortable bed with lots of pillows & a large bathroom with dressing gowns and slippers. You just need to update the bedroom carpet and sort the broken toilet flush and all would be perfect . Thank you again for a fabulous stay .

Overall very good. Christophe was exceptional, helped us with a recommendation for dinner and made reservations. He was friendly, helpful and offered fresh baked goods daily. Location was excellent. Rooms could use a mild refresh.

The location is super and the actual building was very gracious. After all the great reviews (and the prices) we were expecting a 5* experience. However, black mold all over the shower tiles, a room key which constantly failed, room not being made-up by 4pm, mini-bar/bathroom supplies not renewed…it was a litany of irritations and annoyances. Staff reaction was, at best, offhand. I really would not recommend.

The hotel is in the Marais. There are countless restaurants and shops just outside, you will never be bored of the options. The Metro is also right nearby so it is very convenient. It is also a short walk to Notre Dame and the Seine. The best part of all is the staff, they are the friendliest and bake goods everyday for the guests! The room is also clean and comfortable. The area is a bit noisy though and the room setup with the toilet being separate from the rest of the bathroom is a bit strange, but nothing to really complain about.

My wife and I recently spent 7 nights at the amazing Hotel Dupond Smith. From the moment that we checked in until the moment that we checked out, this was an absolutely wonderful experience which made our trip to Paris a truly unforgettable vacation. The entire staff - in particular Arthus & Nicolas but also Farid and Christof - were warm, welcoming, engaging and professional, always ready to arrange taxi rides and provide great suggestions. The daily freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, banana bread and apple cake were a real treat. The hotel is situated on a small street in the heart of Le Marais – a great location where Notre Dame, the Pompidou Center, Place de Vosges, etc. are all less than a 12 minute walk. The accommodations were 5 Star all the way. Continuous room service that begins at 7:AM was fantastic.. The mini-bar was stocked with liquors, wines, pre-made cocktails, beer, soda, etc. The bathroom was large, the beds comfortable and the room totally soundproofed. If you are planning a trip to Paris and thinking of staying in Le Marais, you should seriously consider this great little hotel. It really doesn’t get any better than this...

Well run small hotel. It IS small but unquestionably 5 star if service is the metric. Room was nice though a bit awkwardly laid out (toilet at entrance, shower and sink en suite). Still it had plenty of room and lots of light. Location was perfect. Easy walk to anywhere. I’d go back.

I LOVED my stay. It’s a 5 star hotel but boutique style. It felt very customized and personalized for reach guest. Highly recommend staying in the suite. I had more room than ever in Paris and took a luxurious bath overlooking the Parisian street. Can’t say enough good things.

Great room/suite (41) that was probably double the size of a similarly priced hotel in Paris. Great bed, excellent toiletries and all in all, very well equipped. The perfect Marais location and very walkable. Service a little flat for what is essentially a boutique hotel. A little engagement would have gone a long way.

Great stay at the hotel, it’s a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms, staff there are very helpful and accomodating to our requests, it was an amazing stay. The neighbourhood of Marais is also really interesting with good cafes and shopping.

Great room/suite (41) that was probably double the size of a similarly priced hotel in Paris. Great bed, excellent toiletries and all in all, very well equipped. The perfect Marais location and very walkable. Service a little flat for what is essentially a boutique hotel. A little engagement would have gone a long way.

The location is super and the actual building was very gracious. After all the great reviews (and the prices) we were expecting a 5* experience. However, black mold all over the shower tiles, a room key which constantly failed, room not being made-up by 4pm, mini-bar/bathroom supplies not renewed…it was a litany of irritations and annoyances. Staff reaction was, at best, offhand. I really would not recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this tiny boutique hotel, the area is amazing , the staff are exceptional, little extras made our stay special, hand written welcome notes , welcome cocktail & cake in the afternoons. Our room (40) had a tiny balcony which gave it a real Parisian feel, big comfortable bed with lots of pillows & a large bathroom with dressing gowns and slippers. You just need to update the bedroom carpet and sort the broken toilet flush and all would be perfect . Thank you again for a fabulous stay .

This hotel is perfectly situated in the Marais, near stores and restaurants. It’s perfect for people that love to walk and explore. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is in the Marais. There are countless restaurants and shops just outside, you will never be bored of the options. The Metro is also right nearby so it is very convenient. It is also a short walk to Notre Dame and the Seine. The best part of all is the staff, they are the friendliest and bake goods everyday for the guests! The room is also clean and comfortable. The area is a bit noisy though and the room setup with the toilet being separate from the rest of the bathroom is a bit strange, but nothing to really complain about.

This beautiful property is located in the trendy Marais district, which is fun and upbeat. It's a terrific location for walking to so many of the attractions of Paris! Hotel staff was delightful and always ready to help with reservations or to make a recommendation or answer a question.

My wife and I recently spent 7 nights at the amazing Hotel Dupond Smith. From the moment that we checked in until the moment that we checked out, this was an absolutely wonderful experience which made our trip to Paris a truly unforgettable vacation. The entire staff - in particular Arthus & Nicolas but also Farid and Christof - were warm, welcoming, engaging and professional, always ready to arrange taxi rides and provide great suggestions. The daily freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, banana bread and apple cake were a real treat. The hotel is situated on a small street in the heart of Le Marais – a great location where Notre Dame, the Pompidou Center, Place de Vosges, etc. are all less than a 12 minute walk. The accommodations were 5 Star all the way. Continuous room service that begins at 7:AM was fantastic.. The mini-bar was stocked with liquors, wines, pre-made cocktails, beer, soda, etc. The bathroom was large, the beds comfortable and the room totally soundproofed. If you are planning a trip to Paris and thinking of staying in Le Marais, you should seriously consider this great little hotel. It really doesn’t get any better than this...

We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted. Our bed was so comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. Our room had a balcony which we enjoyed resting in. The hotel is so close to many things but is off a side street so don’t have all the noise. Perfect for walking to all tourist attractions from the Latin quarter, Louvre, and more! The hotel provided delicious ice cream and baked goods daily. The receptionists were so welcoming and provided ideas for meals and how to spend the day. If you are looking for a small boutiquey hotel look no further! We also traveled with our 8 month old and they provided a pack and play for him to stay as well. Overall amazing experience!

Excellent little boutique hotel in the middle of Le Marais. Location can't be beat, in the middle of many shops and restaurants, and short 10-minute walk to the Metro/RER and Notre Dame Cathedral, and 25-minute walk to Louvre. We mainly interacted with three different staff members at the front desk, all were friendly and helpful. Welcome drink and snack were great touch. This is a wonderful boutique hotel, located in the heart of Le Marais near Rue de Rosiers. It is privately-owned with only eight rooms, so they provide personal and exceptional customer attention. The room I stayed in (#41) was well-decorated and spacious with a huge bathroom. When I checked out, the hotel stored my luggage so I could continue shopping. The only downside is meal service limited to breakfast, though there are many restaurants nearby. I only wish I could have stayed longer at this hotel and look forward to being back.

The property was great and the staff was incredible. The location is walkable to many cafes and restaurants which was very convenient for our family. From the moment we arrived Nicholas made us so welcome. Nicholas was off on the day we left and there was a nice surprise of some chocolates and a goodbye note. We met Antoine on the day we left who was equally as helpful and welcoming. The hotel is so well located and within easy reach of the Metro and local restaurants. A very trendy area. Would highly recommend.

The hotel location is fantastic ,staff is very friendly,however, if anyone wanted a five star hotel, in my opinion it does not qualify. There is no turn down evening service, used towels are not replaced in the evening, at lobby level there is hardly any space to sit apx 8m2,the lounge area is hardly bigger. Lovely very small 8 rooms hotel but it ain’t 5 star
