The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk into the historical area. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Well kept property with lovely garden area with swimming pool and hot tub. Large breakfast either “sweet” or “sour” .Sour a bit like an English breakfast. Sweet -croissant, cake etc. Good position by the walls of Spello. Easy walk to the station and easy parking across the road from the B&B. Room well set up. Good WiFi, hot water, air conditioning, kettle. Nice facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean property and rooms, Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as it only starts at 8am. Otherwise we cannot fault the hotel with anything. There is a wonderful pool available for use. Located within walking distance of the town

The staff was very welcoming. The owner even took us to the train station when he saw us out on the street looking at our Google Maps for walking directions. 10-12 minutes walk from the train station. (5 if you jog about halfway!) Great breakfast prepared for us. I would highly recommend staying there. (Download an offline translator because they didn't speak much English.)
