Property was very run down, no shade on the lamp, bathroom doorknob missing, no coffee maker in room. Over all it was just dumpy. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Microwave oven, fridge and breakfast.

Staff was great and friendly. Condition of property was poor and in need of updating. Services such as breakfast, housekeeping, and ice machine were non-existent. Would not recommend at all.

I reserved three rooms, but one of the rooms, number 216, didn't have hot water. I informed the staff about the issue once, but it wasn't resolved. We couldn't use the shower.

The bathroom was disgusting, the sink and mirror obviously had not been cleaned in awhile. There was a giant brown splatter on the ceiling, the floors were sticky and smelled of mildew. The chair had a blood stain on it. Place says it has free wifi but it didnt reach the room.

This is the bottom of the line for facilities in Port Angeles. There was no blanket for the bed, no hangers or even a rail or hooks in the closet, the walls were unrepaired, I had to unplug things to have a plugin for my phone and CPAP machine, the lighting was inadequate, and the door lock was hardly secure. The place is a dump!

Very good budget lodging. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee available at the front desk. Room was comfortable, and parking was easy.

No trash cans either in the bathroom or sleeping area and I had to unplug things to plug in my devices. No fan (had to leave the door ajar) and no thermostat.

Website says 1 o'clock check in, but even after showing up at 5 we still had to wait 30 minutes for the room to get cleaned. Room had no garbage cans, no blankets, no drinking glasses or cups. Bedside lamps had no place to plug into.

The first room they gave me seemed to be occupied by someone of the homeless variety.. then the room I stayed in after I told them someone was in the other room was very dirty, writing on the walls, floors not cleaned, and hair in the shower. I cleaned some of it so I could stay for the night as I didn't have another place available and I had already paid for it. But I would not stay here again.

There was blood in the comforter, lamp broken, curtain rod broken out of wall. Had a very strong odor.

This was the dirtiest room, the carpet was wet the refrigerator had mold- I slept in my car

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. Looked like it was falling apart. Bathroom was so bad, I decided not to use the shower. Looked like the ceiling might fall down. No waste paper basket. Place was a disaster!

This room had a smell. The bed hugged two walls, but the sheets seemed to be clean, so I went to bed. The bathroom had broken tile, the sink counter was very chipped, and there was no soap available in the room. We used shampoo/conditioner to wash our hands. The carpet on the floor was old, worn out, but did appear to have been vacuumed.

If you’re looking for a good place to crash, this isn’t for you. It’s really unclean, smelling and doesn’t have a hanger in the restroom. Not worth any penny. I had to buy bedsheets and towels just for a night (barely few hours) Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Staff reclined the room because it was gross. Writing on the inside of the door, dirty sheets, funky smell. I would have gone somewhere else but other accommodations were booked for the night.

The person at the check in desk was very friendly and personable. It was old , but clean. The room was small. The bathroom was just big enough to turn around. There was no spot to even put your toothbrush. The bathroom sink barely drained. On the plus side… the bed was very comfortable!!!

The carpet is ripped/torn/worn in several places. Only outlet was overloaded and had tv and fridge etc plugged into it. Curtains don’t close properly so I had to pin them. Light still shone in. Room was 20 ft from a major road and super noisy even w the old fashioned air conditioner rattling away. Unsafe for female as single pane windows extended below waist level. Parking lot was poorly lit so dangerous as there was a drop off in the middle. The best I can say is the bath is clean and there don’t appear to be bug

The room had only two lights, one above the bedside table, and one in the bathroom. It shows years of disrepair, and the first room I was given was not clean. So, they gave me another room immediately. There's no dining chair nor a work chair. There's only a reading chair. But how can someone read without lights? There were no clothes hanger, nor a mini fridge to store groceries if necessary. My clothes stayed in my suitcase until I needed them because there's no method for me to hang them. The bright side of all these is that the owner was so nice. She's a very amiable lady. Therefore, the service was great.

This is a much older property. It’s good that the area is safe enough, because the security of the doors is quite basic. Also, while everything was perfectly clean, with brand new bedding and towels, the room had that strong old cigarette smoke saturated into the walls. I think either some Ozium bombs, or some Killz paint could go a long way in improving the property. I did absolutely love the staff and it was super reasonable on the rate, so that is the trade off.

Had to book last minute due to another hotel letting us down, the lights and most plug sockets didn’t work. We had to rely on the bathroom light & tv light to see in the room. The bathroom door had no handle on the inside which meant if the door was shut it couldnt be opened from the inside. We were 2 young women staying here, wouldnt recommend it unless you really had to. Check in was fine, receptionist was lovely and gave free water.

We were first given a room with a broken air conditioner, then a room with no electricity. Then we finally ended up in a room that had no hot water, no working remote for the TV and a sliding lock on the door that didn't work. Cost us $250 for a horrible room and no other options to stay for the night. When contacted wouldn't work with us for even a partial refund. Terrible... less than 1 star.

I wasn't able to stay at the hotel. When I arrived I knocked, rang the door bell, and called to let them know I was outside and no one answered. I had no choice but to leave and find another hotel

Young man at front desk very nice at checkin … but was no where to be found when we needed to tell him NO soap, TV not working, NO hot water, dresser drawer broken. Definitely NOT worth the price! $49 a night would have been overpaying!

The guy at the front counter was ridiculously nice and the room was just what we needed for a cheap peninsula getaway. Some people in the reviews were saying things like "it's outdated" and "you get what you pay for" but honestly I've paid way more for way worse. There was working AC and the bed didn't leave me aching in the morning, which motel beds always do! Thanks for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

Upon arrival, vehicles began to drive through the parking lot, which was occupied by 3 vehicles, including ours. Made us feel like we were possibly being scoped out; there was no other reason to be driving through a motel parking lot after dark. 3rd, the neighbors (I don't think it was within the hotel) were partying until at least 3 am, think loud thumping music. 4th, There is adequate lighting in the parking lot, however not sufficient barriers to keep that light from bearing down on you when you are trying to sleep. I understand that we chose a cheap option on our way through town on a Sunday night.

People who run the business are very nice ... rooms are clean. Not enough electrical outlets. The one in our bathroom doesn't work....but it is a roof over our head ...thanks for the help...

The place was clean, comfortable bed, just what we needed for a one night stay. Staff was great, Misty & hubby were over the top gracious & helpful. This is a quaint, older building that they are giving lots of love and care in remodeling. If you're not expecting the Ritz, and need a quaint and clean place to lay your head with lovely helpful staff this is it!

Highway outside was pretty noisy; didn't get a good night's sleep really. but, not much you can do about that given the location.

We pulled in to the hotel, half of the room doors were open and people were ahuffling around the place. Garbage was everywhere on the sidewalk and parking lot. We never got out of our car. We couldnt get a refund and really didnt care. You couldnt pay us enough to stay there.

In serious disrepair, felt unsafe, windows wouldn’t close, no dead bolt, trash outside of room, room next door had taped window and torn off ac unit, unable to contact front desk either in person or via phone about room condition. Left the keys(actual key) on bed at 10pm when we decided not to stay there because we had no way to turn it in. Sketchy area.

It’s an excellent bargain but you get what you pay for. It’s a good location for Port Angeles, Olympic National Park, and Indian Casinos.

We run a high-ranking VRBO in our city. We needed a vacation of our own, and rooms were scarce in Port Angeles. We settled on Holiday Lodge for $187 per night. (It was not worth the price of admission.) The lobby had a funny smell and was very hot. The clerk was kind. Their key opened the lock, but you had to force the door open because it got stuck in the frame. The odor in the room was pungent. It was akin to a wet dog needing a bath. Running the jerry-rigged air conditioning unit all night was required to mitigate the stench. The lamps had dirt inside the shade. I suspect mold, but I do not know for sure. There was sheetrock around the room that had not yet been vacuumed. Fixtures were pulling out of the wall and others were filthy. Attempts to patch the wall were abysmal. The plumbing was broken, and the toilet hissed throughout the night. Fortunately, the bathroom door that was difficult to open kept the noise down to a minimum while the air conditioner ran concurrently. It had a fridge smaller than a college dorm, but it made a terrific stand for the microwave. There was dried paint on our sheets and must have been used as a drop cloth at some time in the motel's history. The door had no security deadbolt, but it had a chain. Unfortunately, the chain did not fit, so you could not use it, but alas, not to worry, any intruder would have a difficult time sneaking in, because the door would be stuck. Finally, although they boast of providing breakfast, they don't!

The hotel got certain age and would benefit a refresher. Rooms and building exteriors. The service from the staff was ok. The breakfast would need improvement. Also the cost is high compared to similar taking in considerations mentioned above

I got jaked on the price charged me 360 for one nite because the twilight festival now they only want 92 dollars a nite price gouging at its worst didn't even have a complimentry breakfast gurnola bars coffee and tea o boy dont stay there or you bank account will suffer
