The linens were clean and fresh smelling, good selection of programs on tv, internet and lots of hot water!!! Heat and AC worked fine.....I used both during my stay since the temps dropped a bit. The pool had not been filled yet. It is an older property and I got a great rate because of that. Surroundings made me feel safe- very good because I am older woman traveling alone. Best part of my stay was interaction with staff. Very friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about my comfort. Can't buy that in a 4 Star resort.
