Photos do not accurately represent this motel. Pool had no water, furniture was old and dirty, mattress was hard and deadbolt on the door did not work. At least, the air conditioner worked. I got what I paid for which was a place to sleep, but won't ever stay here again.

There is nothing to like about this place. It claims free high speed wifi in all rooms. I was in the center of the building with a direct site of the office and still couldnt pick it up. When i checked in there was dirt all over the floor and holes in the sheets. They dont know the difference between a futted sheet and a flat sheet. There is no daily housekeeping so i had to buy my own broom to sweep up the dirt. The bed is hard as a rock and the night i checked in i found tobacco and Marijuana in the seat of the chair next to the door. The microwave was beat up so bad i was surprised it worked. Only the bottom outlets on the tv wall worked. There was what appeared to be drug dealing going on in the parking lot thr night i checked in. The neighbors were constantly screaming and slamming thr door. It was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. I will never be back and do not recommend anyone waste their money on this nasty place

I immediately noticed before even pulling up that their pool was not in use. There's no water in it at all. It has yellow caution tape all around. The employees all look unprofessional. Street clothing, no uniforms, or at least a uniform top to distinguish between the customers and the employees. When I got into the room it didn't have a remote for the television. It had one roll of toilet paper that was less than half a roll, and the towels and wash cloths were dirty/dingy looking. When I asked the housekeepers for new towels/wash cloths it took a while before I could exchange them out for better ones. When I asked for a remote I was told they'll bring it to my room because they gotta find one and they hope they can find some batteries for it. The fridge was going out which was causing it to leak from the freezer to the fridge to the floor. The beds were kind of hard but tolerable. On top of everything else when I would use the sink it would cause a leak in the bedroom on the floor. Even though I encountered all those mishaps the room for the most part was clean, and the customer service from the owner down to the other employees were welcoming.

This place should be shut down , there is no pool (false advertising ) the staff are rude the room should be condemned. the lobby smelled like a pot party. I slept with my clothes on with out using covers. The place looks like a crack house from tv. If Hotels.com cannot remove places like this they should be shut down I stayed 1 night paid for 2 the staff doesn't care the health department needs to inspect and it would be shut down.

This place was awful. Never again. First room they gave us smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. Asked for another room. The newbie at the front desk, Kim was very nice, but had to call her boss to get permission to change rooms. Room was so out dated and neglected. Toilet ran all night. No hair dryer, no kleenex, very limited supply of very old worn towels, terrible flat pillows. The tv was nice and worked well. BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

They ride into the parking lots with load music blaring on their car radio at 1 and 3 am in the morning like that’s a cool thing to do. NOT COOL AT ALL.

The towels and wash clothes were stained BLACK !!!! The toilet seat was broken I about fell off of it !!!! And the two rooms on either side I believe people live in those rooms they were very loud all night banging things around left atleast twice in the middle of the night in their vehicles very loud and noisy we got maybe a hour of sleep because of the noise and then I went to shower towels very stained and the handle for the water was broken when I turned it on it came off in my hand was t a very nice experience to say the least

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like. And the water smelled funny but that’s probably not the Travel Inns fault. Felt it was a little overpriced in all.

The clerk checking us is was so sweet and very helpful! The sheets were clean and NO bed bugs! So it was not a total disaster. The bathroom was a hot mess and I was afraid of the shower. It was dilapidated and dark. I was afraid it was dirty but I couldn’t tell. The place was very run down. The kicker was the prostitute that came to our door at 11:30pm! Now, that is not the hotel’s fault but pertinent information.

Arrived to check-in & property was definitely more run down & dirty then the description & photos. Upon talking with the clerk, our reservation was cancelled apparently automatically due to other guests extending their stay. That was fine, I was going to cancel anyway. Staff was courteous.

They wouldn’t let me use insurance, price match or change rooms. Mold. I am out of money. Had a fall and slept breathing mold. I am being evaluated by a doctor. The man running the place wasn’t going to fix a clogged toilet. He said no maintenance and they didn’t have a plunger. I want all of my money back or the bank will sue for it and my lawyer.

Upon arrival the other patrons were leaving and telling people pulling up that the facility had bed bugs. After looking around the room doors were open, mattress' were leaned up against and housekeeping was going from room to room. So we just walked into the office (did not check in) and just cancelled the reservation. The next day there were charges to the credit card used to make the reservation. Upon calling the hotel to request a refund. The front desk attendant answered the phone, sent his manager an email and I am awaiting a response from the hotel. I requested the name of the manager at the hotel and the front desk attendant stated he was not allowed to give out the manager's name.

The fridge was going out which was causing it to leak from the freezer to the fridge to the floor. The beds were kind of hard but tolerable. On top of everything else when I would use the sink it would cause a leak in the bedroom on the floor. Even though I encountered all those mishaps the room for the most part was clean, and the customer service from the owner down to the other employees were welcoming.

This place should be shut down , there is no pool (false advertising ) the staff are rude the room should be condemned. the lobby smelled like a pot party. I slept with my clothes on with out using covers. The place looks like a crack house from tv. If Hotels.com cannot remove places like this they should be shut down I stayed 1 night paid for 2 the staff doesn't care the health department needs to inspect and it would be shut down.

Made reservations then read the reviews. Called to cancel my reservation and they still charge me 79.00. Who does that. So don’t stay there.

The clerk checking us is was so sweet and very helpful! The sheets were clean and NO bed bugs! So it was not a total disaster. The bathroom was a hot mess and I was afraid of the shower. It was dilapidated and dark. I was afraid it was dirty but I couldn’t tell. The place was very run down. The kicker was the prostitute that came to our door at 11:30pm! Now, that is not the hotel’s fault but pertinent information.

Witnessed two drug deals within less then a hour of arriving there. Room was dirty unsafe. Door would not latch or lock. Sink faucet loose. Just down right crappy. Rude people. Do not book this property. Sleeping on a park bench is club med to this place

They ride into the parking lots with load music blaring on their car radio at 1 and 3 am in the morning like that’s a cool thing to do. NOT COOL AT ALL.

The towels and wash clothes were stained BLACK !!!! The toilet seat was broken I about fell off of it !!!! And the two rooms on either side I believe people live in those rooms they were very loud all night banging things around left atleast twice in the middle of the night in their vehicles very loud and noisy we got maybe a hour of sleep because of the noise and then I went to shower towels very stained and the handle for the water was broken when I turned it on it came off in my hand was t a very nice experience to say the least

There is nothing to like about this place. It claims free high speed wifi in all rooms. I was in the center of the building with a direct site of the office and still couldnt pick it up. When i checked in there was dirt all over the floor and holes in the sheets. They dont know the difference between a futted sheet and a flat sheet. There is no daily housekeeping so i had to buy my own broom to sweep up the dirt. The bed is hard as a rock and the night i checked in i found tobacco and Marijuana in the seat of the chair next to the door. The microwave was beat up so bad i was surprised it worked. Only the bottom outlets on the tv wall worked. There was what appeared to be drug dealing going on in the parking lot thr night i checked in. The neighbors were constantly screaming and slamming thr door. It was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. I will never be back and do not recommend anyone waste their money on this nasty place

Place is run down. No pillows on the bed. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The towels had stains. The curtains were broken. Although the sheets appeared clean, I won't be staying there again.

This motel should be condemned. It’s was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Used dirty towels and bedding. Curtain rods hanging off hooks. Burn holes in the sink and shower. The shower wouldn’t drain. The room smelled of mold. It’s not fit for humans or animals.

Absolutely awful. Thank God we only booked for one night and if we hadn't been so exhausted, we wouldn't have stayed that one night! The whole place was disgusting, inside and out! They advertise they have a pool, but there is never any water in it. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. There were stains everywhere on the walls, in the bathtub, everywhere! There were extremely long grass clippings on the sidewalk leading to and from my room, like they hadn't mowed in 2 months and when they finally did just left the clippings everywhere for everyone to track into their rooms. The rooms were so outdated it should be embarrassing for the owner. There was only one towel and one wash cloth in a room rented for 2 people. There was no microwave in the room so we ask about that and we're informed we had to pay extra for a microwave (are you kidding me?!).. there was no mini fridge in the room. Just an absolutely terrible experience overall. The only positive was the very nice young lady working the reception desk, she was helpful. Other than that, this was the most vile place we have ever stayed. Please do not waste your money booking a stay here. I promise, you will regret it. Just pay the extra $5-10 for somewhere else in Danville.
