En väldigt fin och lugn oas, nära Mdina och mitt i centrum av den fina staden Rabat. Lätt att parkera utanför och lätt att ta sig till sevärdheter. Värdinnan Pauline var mycket hjälpsam och rekommenderade en mkt bra restaurang precis utanför Mdina gate. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka.

What a beautiful family run hotel. Pauline and Charlie are warm and welcoming and the attention to detail made our one night stay 5*. The area is quiet, parking is easy, lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. The pool was an added bonus as were the pool towels supplied by the hotel. Bedrooms are furnished beautifully, great space in our superior 1 room and the mattress was excellent. Breakfast was perfect with a great choice. Just sorry we were only there for one night but we will stay here on our return to Malta.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir durften auch bisschen früher einchecken. Die Ausstattung in dem Hotel ist unglaublich schön, sieht sehr edel aus und es duftet auch gut. Es gibt auch einen tollen Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen und eine Dachterasse. Das Frühstück was hier angeboten wird konnte mehr als nur überzeugen, man hat eine große Auswahl und darf vorher a la carte auswählen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und Ausstattung, gerne wieder!

We had a great time and certainly we will come back. The breakfast was amazing and they were so kind as to style or luggage for a few hours. It's very close to Mdina and we didn't have any problems to park in the street.

I stayed at 100 Boutique Living in June 2023 when England were playing at the nearby national stadium. I was glad I did. While not much to look at from the outside it was impressive inside. The rooms were excellent up to 3/4 star hotel standard & the common areas were very elegant & tastefully furnished. There was a good size swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent – I had a fruit salad mix. In addition, the owners were very friendly & attentive. 100 Boutique Living is a couple of minutes’ walk from St Pauls Basilica and 10 minutes’ walk from the old Town of Mdina (Game of Thrones Fame) with several bars & restaurants within strolling distance. Rabat is a quiet alternative to the hustle & bustle of the main resorts

Pauline & Charlie were excellent hosts, the breakfast menu was impressive, beautifully cooked and delicious. The pool was cool and refreshing. The location is great for visiting mdina and as a base to explore.

We stayed for a long weekend, left Sunday, if you are driving please note that the Sunday market will want your parking space. Just remember to move it before O6:00. The cleaning staff are quick, they came in while we were having breakfast and cleaned and made the bed and were gone by the time we came back.

This is a fabulous place to stay while in Rabat. Checking in was incredibly easy, the whole place was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast menu was amazing....what a choice we had! We ordered a different meal each morning and everything was fantastic. Thank you to Pauline and Charlie, you are amazing hosts and we highly recommend your beautiful boutique hotel.

This hotel and the owners are amazing. The hotel is immaculately clean and very well appointed. Pauline and Charlie, the owners, are hands on in the running of the hotel and take great pride in what they do - and have every right to be proud. The service is excellent, and they are welcoming and friendly whilst also maintaining an air of professionlism. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and have everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning works well, which was essential when the temperatures were 30oC+ outside. The bathroom was lovely with his and hers basins, and big powerful walk in shower and lovely big soft towels. Breakfast is excellent - the menu choices for hot food are varied and Charlie is an excellent chef, the food is so tasty, well cooked with quality ingredients. There is also a nice selection of cereal, cakes and pastries. The hotel has its own lift too which some do not. The owners live on site so are very quick to respond to any needs. The hotel is very well placed, with a shop that sells hot food, general goods and cakes a couple of doors away - we enjoyed eating snacks on the balcony watching the world go by. Within walking distance you have the twon square with some lovely eating places, a beautiful church and cattacombs. A slightly longer walk takes you to the Mdenia. You could stay in Rabat and chill for a week, especially as the hotel has it's own private pool and roof terrace. We stayed for 12 nights and will be returning. Recommended!!

Absolutely cannot fault this beautiful hotel. The owners are just the most amazing hosts. Felt at home when staying here and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean. Breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve eaten at a hotel before. Perfect location in Rabat and the nearby Mdina. Honestly would recommend this hotel time and time again.

A very nice, quiet and cousy hotel with nice terraces. Welcoming staff, fine breakfast and close to everything you need to see. The bathroom is in the bedroom though (shower in a glass unit) which might not be to everyone´s preference.

IMMACULATELY CLEAN unique property with lovely touches. Fantastic breakfast options. Nice pool area. Comfy beds and quality bedding. Sizeable room with balcony. Loverly hosts who provided us with a snack for the airport due to our early departure. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly for convenience (only about 7 minute leisurely walk to Mdina) comfort and friendliness.

We booked this hotel as it is small, around 13 rooms I think. Also because of the good reviews we read We were not disappointed. Even though we arrived a little late at night check in was easy. I received an email shortly before our stay telling us how to access the building and our room The whole building is just beautiful and always smelt lovely Our room was amazing and spacious and though it overlooked a road we never heard a thing. Even the Sunday market never disturbed our sleep when they were setting up. The hosts Pauline and Charlie are the nicest people you could ever meet, nothing is too much trouble for them to help make your stay complete They gave us advice on where to go and where to eat and I loved our little chats in the morning Breakfast’s prepared by Charlie are delicious and filling, these you order the previous night so everything is cooked to order Our room was always cleaned whilst we were having breakfast and finished when we returned. The ladies do a marvellous job and always smile and say good morning It is obvious a lot of love and passion has gone into this hotel and it shows. It is friendly and homely and after being home just a few days I am missing it already Thank you Pauline and Charlie for making our stay with you a great one we miss you

Superb location in a very central location of Rabat and close to Mdina. Everything was in walking distance. The accommodation was just lovely. Great sized room, though a little noisy from the street. A surprise shower that was within the room. Some may find that off putting we were fine with it. Good choice of breakfast. Both Pauline and Charlie were great hosts. A keeper!
Superb location in a very central location of Rabat and close to Mdina. Everything was in walking distance. The accommodation was just lovely. Great sized room, though a little noisy from the street. A surprise shower that was within the room. Some may find that off putting we were fine with it. Good choice of breakfast. Both Pauline and Charlie were great hosts. A keeper!

Very lovely welcome from Pauline and as our room was free we were allowed to check in early around 10am! Excellent choice of breakfast which was very tasty. Beds were really comfortable. Excellent location for walking to Mdina and St Paul's Catacombs and driving to Hager Qim. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel and the owners are amazing. The hotel is immaculately clean and very well appointed. Pauline and Charlie, the owners, are hands on in the running of the hotel and take great pride in what they do - and have every right to be proud. The service is excellent, and they are welcoming and friendly whilst also maintaining an air of professionlism. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and have everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning works well, which was essential when the temperatures were 30oC+ outside. The bathroom was lovely with his and hers basins, and big powerful walk in shower and lovely big soft towels. Breakfast is excellent - the menu choices for hot food are varied and Charlie is an excellent chef, the food is so tasty, well cooked with quality ingredients. There is also a nice selection of cereal, cakes and pastries. The hotel has its own lift too which some do not. The owners live on site so are very quick to respond to any needs. The hotel is very well placed, with a shop that sells hot food, general goods and cakes a couple of doors away - we enjoyed eating snacks on the balcony watching the world go by. Within walking distance you have the twon square with some lovely eating places, a beautiful church and cattacombs. A slightly longer walk takes you to the Mdenia. You could stay in Rabat and chill for a week, especially as the hotel has it's own private pool and roof terrace. We stayed for 12 nights and will be returning. Recommended!!

Pauline and Charlie were certainly super hosts!!! Their property is exceptional in every way - the room was spotless, large, light with a balcony. Comfortable bed and great ensuite with super shower! Coffee pod machine in room was a bonus! Their greeting and breakfast options were huge - our breakfast was the best we’ve had for a long time. Wish we stayed longer!! We will be back. Loverly hosts who provided us with a snack for the airport due to our early departure. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly for convenience (only about 7 minute leisurely walk to Mdina) comfort and friendliness.

This is a fabulous place to stay while in Rabat. Checking in was incredibly easy, the whole place was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast menu was amazing....what a choice we had! We ordered a different meal each morning and everything was fantastic. Thank you to Pauline and Charlie, you are amazing hosts and we highly recommend your beautiful boutique hotel.

We booked this hotel as it is small, around 13 rooms I think. Also because of the good reviews we read We were not disappointed. Even though we arrived a little late at night check in was easy. I received an email shortly before our stay telling us how to access the building and our room The whole building is just beautiful and always smelt lovely Our room was amazing and spacious and though it overlooked a road we never heard a thing. Even the Sunday market never disturbed our sleep when they were setting up. The hosts Pauline and Charlie are the nicest people you could ever meet, nothing is too much trouble for them to help make your stay complete They gave us advice on where to go and where to eat and I loved our little chats in the morning Breakfast’s prepared by Charlie are delicious and filling, these you order the previous night so everything is cooked to order Our room was always cleaned whilst we were having breakfast and finished when we returned. The ladies do a marvellous job and always smile and say good morning It is obvious a lot of love and passion has gone into this hotel and it shows. It is friendly and homely and after being home just a few days I am missing it already Thank you Pauline and Charlie for making our stay with you a great one we miss you

Absolutely cannot fault this beautiful hotel. The owners are just the most amazing hosts. Felt at home when staying here and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Pauline is a fantastic host and looked after us so well. Nettes kleines Hotel mit super netter Betreiberin. In 2 Minuten ist man mitten in der Stadt und nach Mdina sind es auch nur 12-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Viele Restaurants auf dem Weg dorthin. Würde es sofort wieder buchen und auch entsprechend weiter empfehlen. Sitzt man draußen auf dem Balkon kann man herrlich das normale Leben hier auf Malta beobachten.

En väldigt fin och lugn oas, nära Mdina och mitt i centrum av den fina staden Rabat. Lätt att parkera utanför och lätt att ta sig till sevärdheter. Värdinnan Pauline var mycket hjälpsam och rekommenderade en mkt bra restaurang precis utanför Mdina gate. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka.

We had a great time and certainly we will come back. The breakfast was amazing and they were so kind as to style or luggage for a few hours. It's very close to Mdina and we didn't have any problems to park in the street.

I stayed at 100 Boutique Living in June 2023 when England were playing at the nearby national stadium. I was glad I did. While not much to look at from the outside it was impressive inside. The rooms were excellent up to 3/4 star hotel standard & the common areas were very elegant & tastefully furnished. There was a good size swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent – I had a fruit salad mix. In addition, the owners were very friendly & attentive. 100 Boutique Living is a couple of minutes’ walk from St Pauls Basilica and 10 minutes’ walk from the old Town of Mdina (Game of Thrones Fame) with several bars & restaurants within strolling distance. Rabat is a quiet alternative to the hustle & bustle of the main resorts

La chambre 304 est spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée et literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner fait maison est de grande qualité. B&B situé dans le centre de Rabat, à 5mn de marche de Mdina. Stationnement facile et gratuit à proximité.

We booked this hotel as it is small, around 13 rooms I think. Also because of the good reviews we read We were not disappointed. Even though we arrived a little late at night check in was easy. I received an email shortly before our stay telling us how to access the building and our room The whole building is just beautiful and always smelt lovely Our room was amazing and spacious and though it overlooked a road we never heard a thing. Even the Sunday market never disturbed our sleep when they were setting up. Very lovely welcome from Pauline and as our room was free we were allowed to check in early around 10am! Excellent choice of breakfast which was very tasty. Beds were really comfortable. Excellent location for walking to Mdina and St Paul's Catacombs and driving to Hager Qim. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Hospitality from Pauline and Rever. The rooms where beautiful and the breakfast each day was delicious. In a perfect location at the centre of the charming town of Rabat. With a very pleasant community. Anyone wishing to stay in Rabat , or even Malta as a whole should definitely book the 100 boutique living. The experience was 10/10. Highly recommend staying here.

En väldigt fin och lugn oas, nära Mdina och mitt i centrum av den fina staden Rabat. Lätt att parkera utanför och lätt att ta sig till sevärdheter. Värdinnan Pauline var mycket hjälpsam och rekommenderade en mkt bra restaurang precis utanför Mdina gate. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka.

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated interiors, well working WiFi and ac. The pool and jacuzzi are great. The rooms are spacious so are the bathrooms. Location is perfect for visiting Rabat, Mdina, also Dingli cliffs are within a few minutes drive so is Mosta. The breakfast was tasty however it’s limited, there’s no buffet, instead you need to preorder from the menu. The hotel should improve the communication, I contacted them via hotels app and I didn’t get any response, so then I contacted them via WhatsApp. What I didn’t like is that our room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t replaced even though we were out all day, we ended up using the pool towels which were in the room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
