The Beach Boathouse, Carnoustie

We had a wonderful stay, the beach boathouse is gorgeous. Loved the halloween touch when we arrived carved pumpkins in the window. Perfect for our little halloween party . Comfy and cosy with a perfect view of the water. We will defo be back.

Brilliant location, lovely interior, we had 7 adults and there was plenty of room. The upstairs sitting room and balcony give amazing views.

Location superb. House is excellent for family stay. The house is spacious, clean and has a great vibe to it. The balcony is brilliant and the lounge is great. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is big enough for a gathering. Nothing really. The house is superb and the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed it. Carnoustie is lovely and the train station nearby makes everywhere accessible. I would make a communication with the client the week before just to confirm details and instructions. The experience we had was great. Thank you.

Wonderful property in a perfect location. If you want to be hyper critical you might want to complain about the furniture and kitchen facilities being in need of an upgrade, but if you want to enjoy your vacation, these are such minor issues that shouldn’t bother you at all.Our USA and U.K. children and grandchildren had a “whale of a time” and we would not hesitate to return.

Great location overlooking the sea. Lovely house - best bit having the lounge upstairs to get the best views. Easy walking distance into Carnoustie, and short drive to lovely Lunan beach. Nothing we can think of!
