Great location in the midst of Dublin. Property comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great. Parking is a pain but everywhere there. The garage isn’t far and the hotel gives you a ticket so you pay half price. Convenient to downtown Dublin restaurant, shops, and bars.

The reception and lobby area is absolutely adorable and very staff very welcoming! Beds were very comfortable and rooms exceptionally clean for an older building. The bar staff were engaging and attentive. We especially enjoyed the bar lounge with pool table and comfy sofas. I will highly recommend this hotel.

The property was central and we really appreciated that a guard was always on call at the desk and monitoring the doors. We felt a lot safer because of this. Not much not to like. :)

In the middle of everything, temple Bar area for good room rate Small room , good shower , nice Bar but does not have premium sport channels ,lani was traffic at the breakfast room and the bar , front desk friendly and helpful, arranged taxi for me early morning, recommended

You cannot get closer to the action than the Temple Bar Inn. Parking (€19 with coupon from Temple Bar Inn) is a block over and very handy. The room, while small, was more than adequate. Coffee and tea provided along with water. It was very clean as was the bathroom with plenty of towels. We stayed on a Friday night and as you would imagine there was some noise from the street (you are in the middle of the entertainment district so to be expected) while it disturbed me a bit (very poor sleeper) it didn't bother my wife so it wasn't too bad. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. I didn't have the breakfast but my wife did and at €18 it was much more reasonably priced than other hotels. She was very happy with the food. You are only a couple of streets away from Tara St Dart station which, if you are going to gigs in Malahide Castle, is the quickest way there and back. We were there for the Mumford & Sons gig and the quick route out of Malahide and speed to get you back was much appreciated. In fact we had booked the Inn because of the wase of access to Malahide Castle. I can't really fault the place it was a 10/10 experience and the next time I need a place in Dublin I will be checking them first. TL;DR Excellent stay, good staff, reasonable prices and handy parking in a very central location.

Temple Bar Inn is a little hidden especially if you’re driving and not familiar with driving on the right side of vehicle. You will have to utilize parking garage and walk short distance about quarter of a mile to the Inn. The hustle and bustle of the strip was great and definitely convenient to the live entertainment of restaurants, shops, and music!

Location in Dublin city is perfect, close to temple bar, trinity college and less than 10 minute walk to grafton Street. My single room was excellent, very comfortable and hygienic, the price I paid for room and breakfast was so reasonable I'm still surprised. I'd definitely stay again.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nur mittelmäßig sauber. Chipskrümmel von den vorherigen Gästen auf dem Nachttisch und das Bettlaken musste getauscht werden, weil es dreckig war. Während des Aufenthaltes war der Zimmerservice aber makellos. Insgesamt ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Lage. Alles fußläufig und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Our stay began with Ellie, who was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very helpful during check-in, and answered all our questions. The rooms were okay. We were located on the trash bin side of the building where we heard glass bottles being discarded at all hours overnight, and then the trash truck collect the bottles early in the morning. Our first clue was the ear plugs supplied by hotel. There is no air conditioning so we had to leave our windows open to get any cool air at all. Great hotel location but would not choose this hotel again.

We were concerned that the noise level in the Temple Bar area would be an issue. This hotel was perfect for us - absolutely quiet nights! Perhaps because we requested a room at the back (quieter room). We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the Dublin buzz. Perfect location/friendly and helpful staff.

This was our second stay here. We requested a room facing away from the street and that made a huge difference in the noise level. The street facing room was terrible, and we found out that noise is a common complaint ( the room had a second set of windows and ear plugs on the bed). This is a nice hotel as long as the room doesn’t face the bar and Hard Rock Cafe).

Right on Fleet Street overlooking all the fun. Our room had 2 av inner and outer set of windows so we could block the noise out when we wanted to sleep. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

You can’t beat this location! Right in the heart of Dublin city, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions.The staff is friendly, the rooms are super clean, a hairdryer is provided along with a safe, a refrigerator, and even a large fan. The room is a tight fit, but no worse than anything you’d find in New York City. It’s warm, dry, good shower, clean bed. I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely stay again.

This hotel has no AC. Just open windows, with no screens and fans. At least provide a Dyson that can give some cool settings. It’s was so hot and sweaty and difficult to sleep. Especially since the open windows lend to hearing every click of the casino right below the back of the hotel. If you’re looking for quiet and cool. This is not the place for you.

The hotel was clean & safe. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was unbeatable! BUT when booking this hotel, you need to be aware that the rooms are tiny. And when I say this, I am saying it as someone who lived in an NYC apartment for 7 years. My bedroom was 13’x6’. This hotel was great for our purposes- two of us were passing through Dublin for a weekend to kick off a road trip of Ireland, but as awesome as every other aspect of this hotel was, more than a couple of days would have been too much in such close quarters.

The hotel was clean & safe. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was unbeatable! BUT when booking this hotel, you need to be aware that the rooms are tiny. And when I say this, I am saying it as someone who lived in an NYC apartment for 7 years. My bedroom was 13’x6’. This hotel was great for our purposes- two of us were passing through Dublin for a weekend to kick off a road trip of Ireland, but as awesome as every other aspect of this hotel was, more than a couple of days would have been too much in such close quarters.

We enjoyed our stay at Temple Bar Inn a lot! It’s in the perfect location to shop, eat and socialize while listening to live music. We would definitely stay there again! The staff, especially in Reception welcomed us with big smiles and enthusiasm anytime we needed anything.

I have to say that the gentlemen at the front desk when you walk in the door were incredibly professional and so very kind. I had just said goodbye to my daughter who lives in Dublin. I live in the states. I was such a sad mama bear. The sweetest front desk person, Martin gave me a much needed hug and said everything was going to be OK. Such sweet service! Thank you again Martin. I will definitely return to Temple Bar Inn in the future! Thank you!!!!

The staff was outstanding! Terry at the front door was super kind and helpful with my luggage and arranged for a taxi when I departed for the airport that was right on time. The front desk staff were very friendly. Right in the heart of Temple Bar, the location was perfect!

Everything about this hotel was fab - staff were really friendly and knowledgable and the room was clean and fresh-looking. The room was quiet as well, which given its location right in the cente of Temple Bar was suprising but welcomed! Breakfast in the restaurant was plentiful and sets you up well for the day ahead. The location is perfect for getting off the Dublin Airport bus (just a short walk) and well-located for everything you need as a tourist. Only stayed for one night - the only disappointment was I didn't stay longer! Definitely will go back to stay here when I'm next back in Dublin!

The staff was extremely helpful when Aer Lingus lost our luggage — they went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options. The location was perfect — easy walking distance to many pubs, shops, and attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay to start our Ireland trip. Martin at the front desk was a delight, so friendly and helpful - he made our stay the best! Location was excellent and the room was quiet and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, location, location. Close to Temple Bar, Trinity College, Book of Kells, sightseeing buses and tours, restaurants. We never needed public transportation to see all the major sights and attractions in Dublin.

Location in Dublin city is perfect, close to temple bar, trinity college and less than 10 minute walk to grafton Street. My single room was excellent, very comfortable and hygienic, the price I paid for room and breakfast was so reasonable I'm still surprised. I'd definitely stay again.

Locations is amazing. If you came to see Dublin almost every big attraction is walking distance from here. Good room and service. Not a quiet area but super convenient.

You can’t beat this location! Right in the heart of Dublin city, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions.The staff is friendly, the rooms are super clean, a hairdryer is provided along with a safe, a refrigerator, and even a large fan. The room is a tight fit, but no worse than anything you’d find in New York City. It’s warm, dry, good shower, clean bed. I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely stay again.

Great location, triple room was good, bathroom hand basin definitely needs to be bigger…it is a tiny powder room size basin. Breakfast buffet extremely good…fresh fruit, cooked buffet. Staff great…would stay here again.

The breakfast was poor and when we complained about the coffee which tasted awful the waiter said it tasted fine to him and didn’t bring a new one. Overpriced for the basic facilities

Room was nice. William was very friendly as was the door and reception staff. Breakfast was great. Accessibility room wasn’t necessary. Shower was odd for us not needing a seat. Water got everywhere making the floor slippery.

The staff was extremely helpful when Aer Lingus lost our luggage — they went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options. The location was perfect — easy walking distance to many pubs, shops, and attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent spot right on Temple Bar. This is where Dublin folks come to shop, eat, drink and be seen. We felt very safe with the single entrance with a door man. But, it does stay loud with the noise from the adjacent business (Bingo of sorts. The caller was entertaining to listen to..and the hotel did provide ear plugs..but we never used them). Tesco right next door and the breakfast was transformative! I still rave about their fried egg on salad with just a pinch of salt. Imagine salad so tasty no dressing needed!!

First off, this location is fabulous if what you want is to be close to restaurants, bars, etc. Having said that, there IS a disadvantage to being close to all of those things--it's NOISY. We were here in July. It was hot. There is no air conditioning, so you really have to have your windows open, and it's noisy. There is just no getting around it. But the room was perfectly fine, the bed was comfortable, the staff were very nice, and it was fun being a close walk to great bars and music and food. And really . . . you're in Dublin--how can it truly be bad? The Irish are the friendliest and most fun-loving people we've encountered anywhere. Just go with the flow, bring some ear plugs, and enjoy!

The place was nice enough, but the room was very small, and the noise was very loud. It was really a problem to sleep with Fleet Street as a neighbor. There was only one chair, and it was difficult to move around in the room. It was nice with a cooler, but there was very little tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was nice and only lacked an efficient fan. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.
