The breakfast was great. When I had an issue with WiFi, the staff helped fix it quickly. Everything was great. The only thing was that the whirlpool hot tub wasn’t working. There was nice hot water but the bubbling part wasn’t working.

Weeds outside the property looks very unkept. Ice machine on 2nd floor, should be one on each floor. Pool was cloudy/dirty. Had to change rooms, as reservation included a pet, we were given a non pet room 1st & had to change rooms

I had to leave before 6 am to make an appointment and I would have liked to know if a grab-and-go option was available. There was no one around the front desk when I left and no key drop box. There was a sign-up that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This is information that should be on the website before booking to avoid disappointment.

We arrived during a horrible snowstorm. It was 3 hours before check in and we has planned on just hanging out until our room was ready. But the front desk worker found us a room right away and we were able to hunker down in our clean and comfy room and ride the storm out. All staff were super friendly and the pool/hot tub was awesome.

The carpet in the room was very damp because of the humidity. There was brown long hair on the floor of the bathroom and on the bed. Outside it’s over grown with weeds and broken down spouts and broken drainage grates. Do not agree with the reviews online.

I’ve stayed here before it was remodeled. It is so nice now! Rooms are very clean and comfy. The staff is super friendly. The new breakfast area is great and they have a wonderful breakfast selection. The pool and hot tub area is nice. So relaxing. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was not ready at 3:30 pm. Someone cleaning it; smells musty. Washcloth on closet shelf with blood on it. Ants crawling under the room door and at pool. Worn out, dirty luggage cart with rusty wheels. Phone unplugged. Hot water was not hot. Creamer empty. Coffee watery. No tea with caffeine? Stale English muffins. Mediocre food. One apple moldy! AC vent clogged with dust. Wi fi doesn’t work. Can’t sleep-too bright. LED lights emitting from the clock and the mirror and bed frame. Super thin walls. Loud people stomping, slamming doors until 2 am! Trash cans overflowing with beer cans in pool area. Hot tub jets not working. AC unit outside drips, 2 large bags of trash outside back door. No vent in bathroom? Tub didn’t drain. Mattresses worn out. Paint chipped. Staff was nice but this place needs work.

When greeted by a warm smile with seamless processing and supportive instructions & information the customer is able to come to a warm comfort level after a long travel day right off the bat. I enjoy a swim and the pool here was heated and clean. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. A folks! Thanks!

Toilet was clogged and not attached to the floor. Humidity creeped in even with air conditioner on which made everything feel wet. Live bad at nearby bar was heard loudly through shut windows and fans blowing. WiFi was terrible - unable to stream anything.

Very friendly person checking me in. Room was clean. I was disappointed when I got to my room to find despite the temperature being in single digits outside the heater was off in the room. It took well over an hour running the heater at the highest temperature to get the room warmed up to an acceptable temperature.

The hotel is very nice in appearance. Had an issue with my toilet and they told me its been an issue with the toilets on the 1st floor. After they unclogged the toilet, they didn't clean up after they were done. I had to go into the lobby and ask people to keep it down at Midnight. I would have expected the staff to help limit the noise at that time of night considering where the rooms are.

When we walked in the hotel a couple was standing at the front desk, clearly agitated. They told me they had been waiting over an hour and no one had come to the desk. The local phone number wasn’t working (it would just hang up on you). We searched the whole hotel lobby, bathrooms and found no one. We were getting ready to call the police (was starting to think some sort of foul play had happened) when the worker came out m. He said he was in the pool closet fixing the pool. The room itself was fine.

The hotel was recently updated and was in great condition. It was clean. I really dont have any complaints except for the hallway reeked of Marijuana. It ended up seeping into our room. I did complain to the front desk but his response was just "really?" I have young kids and one has asthma. I ended up doing a breathing treatment. It would have been niced to have been offered to move us.

The staff was very friendly - check-in (although we were later coming in) was quick & efficient. The free breakfast wasn't spectacular but adequate. The location was just a little way from shopping and eateries but was perfect for the purpose we stayed.(There is a bowling alley next door but didn't take advantage of it). I recommend this hotel & will stay there again when in the area

The location was just a little way from shopping and eateries but was perfect for the purpose we stayed.(There is a bowling alley next door but didn't take advantage of it). I recommend this hotel & will stay there again when in the area

Easy check-in. Very quiet property at that time we were registered guests. Noticeable upgrades in the common areas. Wonderful breakfast options. Next to a conference center/entertainment (bowling) property.

Friendly staff, clean, and affordable. Kind of out of town but easy to get around. Breakfast was out of a few things both days we were there. Didn’t try the pool but it looked nice. We would stay again.

Room was not ready at 3:30 pm. Someone cleaning it; smells musty. Washcloth on closet shelf with blood on it. Ants crawling under the room door and at pool. Worn out, dirty luggage cart with rusty wheels. Phone unplugged. Hot water was not hot. Creamer empty. Coffee watery. No tea with caffeine? Stale English muffins. Mediocre food. One apple moldy! AC vent clogged with dust. Wi fi doesn’t work. Can’t sleep-too bright. LED lights emitting from the clock and the mirror and bed frame. Super thin walls. Loud people stomping, slamming doors until 2 am! Trash cans overflowing with beer cans in pool area. Hot tub jets not working. AC unit outside drips, 2 large bags of trash outside back door. No vent in bathroom? Tub didn’t drain. Mattresses worn out. Paint chipped. Staff was nice but this place needs work.

Newly remodeled comfort inn and suites. It’s a very basic hotel and exactly what we were looking for. That said the experience was mid at best. The hotel was clean enough, the beds were comfortable enough, and the breakfast was below average chain hotel complimentary breakfast. For the price we paid a good enough enough hotel stay. Would stay again if the price was right.

The hotel was okay. It was run down quite a bit. There was unpainted spackle patches all over the place, including patching a hole in the bathroom. The hall carpet was coming up and was bunches up as if it were laid over other carpet improperly causing a large area scrunched up (enough to trip on). There was also reddish colored mildew in the bathroom all around the tub. The hot tub was very hot, which was excellent because it’s hard to find a hotel with a good hot tub. The breakfast was what you would normally find at any hotel. The pool seemed pretty clean which was nice. The main reason I booked this hotel was because I was visiting my sister at a Wausau hospital. I knew my son would be bored and want something to do, and hotels.com said there was a game room at this property. The pictures of the hotel showed skill crane, pinball, and others. There actually was nothing other than 3 adult gaming machines. When I asked about the game room, I was told “we took them out, because we weren’t making enough money on them.” Overall, the amount of $ I paid per night could have been spent somewhere not only closer to the hospital, but most likely less outdated. I would definitely not book there again.

Cant beat the price! This hotel has everything I'm looking for! Clean, comfy bed, carpeted, full body mirror, vanity is separated from the toilet/shower. We didn't eat the breakfast so couldn't speak for that.
