Good location clean well appointed Villa. No hot water on the first day. Turns out it was a dual gas cylinder driven system. No information on this topic in the Villa manual. Contact was made on the emergency number left. Email response sites the issue but the tone was rather scolding in that we should have used the portal or something like that. We switched the cylinders over and hot water restored. Update of the Villa manual recommended.

Loved the property was perfect for what we wanted accomodated 8 adults comfortably. Host was contactable and touched base when power outages occured during storm which was considerate.
