A message was left by reception to confirm booking and was advised to call said number back. When called, there is no option to speak to anyone as it is an online based booking platform. I spent 5 minutes going throigh many options in an effort to do what the message said, to only be frustrated that it wasnt possible over the phone. The pool is currently out of action which wasnt advised, and the spa in the room out of commission. Room was cleaned well. I prefer to deal with a staff member than an app however.

Didn’t like having to step into a spa that was not working. Being older people is was very scary having to climb in with only one rail to help. No breakfast available Monday which was disappointing.

Loved the room was so quiet for a busy road. Bed comfortable and room really clean👍. They only clean after a 3 day stay and not on weekends. Good value for money. Roughly half way between Midland and Ellenbrook so good for shopping. Has a free laundry for guests which was nice and clean also.

Comfortable room, very clean. Quiet aircon. Only issue was the spa in the room and hotel restaurant were not in service due to renovations which was not advertised when booking the room (kind of false advertising).

Very nice room. Guest laundry available. A toaster and microwave would have been handy with a three night stay but over all very comfortable stay.

While the establishment is in a nice state, the cleaning could be done better, Had chunks for hair in the spa bath and dropped my phone under the bed and had a bonus toenail come out with it. No microwave was an inconvenience. The room didn't even have a dustpan and brush to clean up a small mess. But otherwise a nice room for an overnight stay in a gorgeous area of the valley.

When you pay 540 we expected our room to be cleaned .fresh towels etc.everday but they do these every 3rd day.also 2 tbags cofee etc suppose to last the 3 days .may i say ill never recommend the establishment to anyone that i know

We are an elderly couple who unfortunately arrived early after driving for 3 hours to be told if we paid $50 we could have our room.We arrived back at 1.45 stood for half an hour while they tried to work out how to use the booking system.The rooms are only cleaned after 4 days a real health hazard with your rubbish and wet towels Someone should teach the staff and owners some lessons in people skills Faulty towers is a 5 star compared to this.

Nice, spacious, clean & tidy, modern kitchen. Downside was the spa bath ( a feature we specifically looked for) wasnt advertised or noted prior to booking as unavailable until i was checked in & saw the notice in the room. The sofa/sofa bed is very uncomfortable just for sitting on.

Paid for deluxe room with spa, however spa was out of order and couldn't use but was still charged for the deluxe room. Lamp stand base next to bed was dirty. There was a notice stating the room is having an upgrade. It was difficult climbing into a spa to use the overhead shower and the shower curtain did look alittle yuk! Staff however were friendly and there was a security guard walking the grounds at night which made you feel safer.

I was disappointed with facilities in room - no microwave, no toaster, no chairs to sit on (other than 1 office type chair), small desk rather than dining table. Minimum essentials like glasses, plates, but no facilities to wash or dry same. nowhere to sit to watch TV except on bed or one office chair. Although room was small, re-positioning of bed would allow space for small 2 seater lounge.

The room was great for a cheap and cheerful overnight stay. Linen was clean and nice quality. Aircon worked well given it was 42 degrees outside There are lots of options to dine in the area that are walkable distance from the hotel. Downside of the stay was that walls were wafer-thin and we could hear the tv from the other room very clearly. They had tv on all night so it was very difficult to sleep.

Staff pleasant and friendly. One bed apartment was comfortable, sofa bed was good. Accommodation was quite outdated, needing repairs, bed needs replacing. Good stay though, great dining and places to see around this area.

Great location in the Swan Valley. The room was lovely and clean. Pool area was very inviting. Only down side is most restaurants in the area closed on Monday and Tuesday night, including Gerry’s. Also check in closes early 5pm and charges extra if you don’t do online check in. Be aware Wotif does not list the $250 bond required for the room.

Friendly, welcoming staff and a super simple, check-in process. The recently renovated room was spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. A great location, with beautiful grounds. Will definitely stay again!

Didn’t like having to step into a spa that was not working. Being older people is was very scary having to climb in with only one rail to help. No breakfast available Monday which was disappointing.

Comfortable room, very clean. Quiet aircon. Only issue was the spa in the room and hotel restaurant were not in service due to renovations which was not advertised when booking the room (kind of false advertising).

The Hotel was lovely, the room was very comfortable. Gerry's Restuarant was fabulous, the food was incredible, Bridgette was amazing she made our evenings a lot of fun and very welcoming We would go back again and again.

We did not like the food i actually belive i received food poisoning form breakfast i stuck in for the intire weekend witch was terrible for me because i had to cancelled alot of already made plans im sorry but it is the truth

Great location in the Swan Valley. The room was lovely and clean. Pool area was very inviting. Only down side is most restaurants in the area closed on Monday and Tuesday night, including Gerry’s. Also check in closes early 5pm and charges extra if you don’t do online check in. Be aware Wotif does not list the $250 bond required for the room.

It was very nice and the grounds were well taken care off, the only down fall was, we could get a coffee from the deli at 8am, but breakfast wasn’t available til 9am

Perfect for a quiet getaway. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and beautiful surrounds. Fantastic food and service at Gerry's Deli. Will definitely stay here again.

Great central location for what we were doing. Staff were fabulous and Gerry's cafe was an amazing find - excellent coffee and food. A slightly firmer mattress would have been perfection.

The hotel was located in a great spot, lots of wineries and restaurants in the area. Walking distance too. The hotel is self is clean and our 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean. Only minor issues were: Our toilet wouldn’t flush and I alerted staff but it was never fixed so hubby took it apart & fixed it himself & what I felt was a bit bold & direct is that there were laminated signs reminding us that “ if the linen was used without prior permission it would incur a fee” and if the spare key was lost a $50 fee, cleaning fee $50, Everything seemed to have a fee attached to it, so I was even too worried to use the spare blanket because it was a bit chilly. Or too nervous to spill a crumb off my plate. Or too scared we’d get told off for having light music on during dinner. I guess this was because people do have big parties, leave it in a mess and just leave. Which ruins it for everyone else who do the right thing. Other than that our stay was lovely.
